The rep came to do an estimate and was very courteous to my partner while I was away on business. We had communicated that we would like to see quotes preferably for vinyl, aluminum, or stainless steel. After multiple messages back and forth since then I still have not received the estimate at all as of 7/25/26. While I appreciate the attitude of the rep that came to do the estimate, after all this hassle of getting a simple railing installed, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
