Dylan was the absolute best doing our pool demo! He was professional, honest and followed through on his commitment. He quoted us a price and schedule and stuck to it including handling the city permit and inspection as well as the compaction report. We were looking for someone to do an in-ground spa and patio demo. These two items came with the home upon purchase. Dylan is very well mannered and professional. Wow! We decided to fill in our small "splash pool / spa" combo to get some usable space in our tiny Irvine backyard. We got multiple quotes and, though not the lowest, Casper's offered a competitive bid. When we told other vendors that we were going with Dylan / Casper's, we were surprised to hear "Oh! The entire process was lightning-fast - quote, then back for one day of draining pool/jackhammering holes in bottom/getting permit, the City inspector was out the next day, then Dylan and Nacho returned the next day with the dirt and got the compaction report. We had our swimming pool demolished recently and we spoke with different vendors for the job. We finally picked CASPER Demolition - Dylan. First, he came to our home on time when he was doing an estimate. This doesn't happen a lot when you schedule a contractor to come to your home. After Dylan did some measurement and he explained to us clearly about what were need to be done (electricity wiring disconnection, gas line shut off, pool equipment removal, drill holes etc) including the city's inspection task. Then he figured out the cost and his price is very reasonable comparing to other contractors. That is why at the end we picked him. It took him one day to drain the water, cut some holes and removing the pool equipment and electrical connection. That was super fast in my opinion, probably Dylan is young and energetic. We scheduled another day to fill the pool with soil and it was done in just one day too. He did all his work without the need for me to take off from work. Since my city requires the inspector to make sure our home has installed with carbon monoxide detectors in addition to checking all the city codes are followed about the pool's filling with soil, Dylan also scheduled it on a day which is convenience for me to take off from work when the city inspector came. He came on time, work fast and no dragging on his work. His price is reasonable. After the job is done, he also cleaned all the dirt around my home. With this kind of work attitude, what else can you ask for? If you decide to need to have some demolition work done including pool demolition, Dylan will be your choice.
