Moved from out of state and needed movers to unload uboxes. Used Yelp and got about 10 quotes. Decided on this company bc of the 5% discount link and the owner's warm and conscientious email in the quote offer. Paying hourly, one wonders about how speedy the workers will be. They came twice to move our 12 uboxes, unloading 6 uboxes at a time into the house. Uhaul delivered the uboxes into our driveway each time. 3 movers unloaded the 6 uboxes in less than 3 hrs (min charge is 3 hrs) in an OUTSTANDING manner. Speedy, diligent, attention to detail, kind, and cheerful! Happy to tip them after such amazing work. Needed only 2 workers two days later, so they adjusted the service request and they unloaded 6 uboxes into the house in 3 hrs. Tipped again for such amazing work. Again, so conscientious, diligent, respectful, and hardworking. They charged less than they could have, with many heavy items that could have had an extra charge. Again, outstanding service. Without a doubt, hands down, I would hire them again. The employer seems fair and good to work for bc the WORKERS get the extra payment for moving the heavy items!! That was impressive to me, instead of the owner getting a cut for the extra heavy items that others moved. They were very conscious of time and worked so fast. Wow. Our Move was a huge success...!! We basically had a 7-Bedroom move that took (2) 26' trucks and 5 of the best movers ever from Space Y. We were at it all day and night, and overall the move was pretty much flawless. Right from the start, Crew Leader Bak was very professional, organized and knew just what we needed to do. They packed both trucks from floor to ceiling all the way to the back of both doors. It was incredible. Plus we all had lunch and dinner together while we banged out the move, and even had some time for ice cream ! These guys all worked like you would not believe, were super strong and never broke or damaged 1 single item. Space Y was not our first choice but they were the right choice. Our original movers canceled on us two days before the scheduled move date, and Space Y not only was reliable and responsive but they did a great job packing and unloading. Moving isnt cheap in general but we do feel we were under sold on the number of movers we needed and trucks it would take to move our house, but that's why they call it an estimate. Just plan for it to take longer than quoted and cost more. read more

Contacted Space Y Moving to help us move from Wrightwood to La Verne, both houses around 2,000 sq ft and one house with stairs. Jake responded right away with a reasonable quote and answered all of my questions promptly. They had a lot of availability. Russell texted me about an hour before they came at the time we had scheduled. Russell, Turat, and Yerlan are extremely hard workers! They were very respectful of our properties and all of our belongings which included a good amount of furniture, a few large appliances, boxes we pre packed, and boxes they packed for us, some containing fragile items. Everything fit into one truck with barely any room to spare but luckily it all fit! They handled everything with care and they moved everything without damaging or breaking anything. It took longer than expected and we could've used another worker but they did great considering the circumstances and I'd rather them be more careful than rush and damage/break things which has happened to us before with a different moving company but not this time with Space Y Moving so the extra time that was taken to protect our belongings was worth it. They were honest with the price and there were no hidden fees as promised. They were polite and professional the whole time and made this moving experience as stress free as possible for us. We were seriously impressed. By far the best movers we've ever had! Highly recommend Space Y Moving and would use their services again if needed! read more
