Easy to schedule, fast and reliable service! Everything went smoothly, they were very polite.
I worked with Zane from the beginning and he was excellent to work with. Very honest and genuine in work. I have never seen a mover who has been upfront in all the cost with no hidden fees like Step moving. Very thankful that we chose this moving company. They were professional in loading everything from our home in California and moved it safely across the country to Texas. Nothing was broken and all arrived in great condition. I highly recommend them for local and cross country moves. Thank you
Great experience with Step Moving & Storage! Chino, Mark, and Dida were professional, friendly, and worked very efficiently. They handled all of our furniture and belongings carefully, wrapped everything properly, and organized the truck really well. The entire move took only 3 hours, which was faster than I expected. The crew worked hard the whole time and made the process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Step Moving & Storage, especially Chino, Mark, and Dida. I would definitely use them again!
Step Moving arrived on time and didn't slack off like other movers. They did a great job moving all my furniture. I would definitely use them again.
They were so great! They showed up on time, worked very hard, and helped us with un-mounting our TV's and re-mounting the TV's at our new home. They also handled our stuff super well. I highly recommend them for any moving needs.
I hired them for a one bedroom move. They were pretty quick, which was nice and the only reason they have even 2 stars. When they arrived to the new location, they wouldn't unload until I paid, even though the job wasn't done yet. They said they were charging for 3 hours, which was the minimum. They were unloading and there were 2 of their wardrobe boxes left unpacked. They said they were thinking about leaving the boxes, with no charge, or if I wanted they could unpack them. I asked to have them unpacked. They went back outside, I thought to continue unloading, but no, they left without saying a word and without unpacking the two boxes. After they left, I was unpacking and moving boxes out of the way, and saw my couch. Before they brought it over it was clean, it arrived dirty and had dirty hand prints and a large smudge of something. I contacted the company on yelp and sent pictures. They said they would talk to the team and get back to me. I messaged again after a week or two to follow up and no response. Very disappointed, can't recommend.
I requested an in state move an they were great! Space Y Moving was able to get everything loaded an delivered to the storage within 5 hours for a very reasonable price. Thanks so much for your hard work!
Hired Space Y Moving to help me move some furniture I purchased. Rate was a good price and the contract had normal fees for large items and double drive time rate etc. The two men Dennis and I believe Antonio were very nice to me. They finished the job in the same time I anticipated so they were efficient. One thing I will complain about is that they would not assemble my bed without trying to charge me additional money even though the contract stated disassembly and reassembly of non appliance type items. First they said they'd assemble it for $400 which was insane when I said no id do it myself he tried to say he'd do it for $100. Not sure why I needed to pay additional money when the contract stated assembly but I declined and built it myself. Took me less than 40 minutes to just screw a couple bolts and slide slats in by myself. Very scammy. Although the rate was good and service was fast I don't appreciate them thinking they could scam me into additional charges when the service should've already been provided. If you do book with them just double check your contract and verify they're not trying to charge you extra.
Allan and Johnny were amazing!!! We had a last minute urgent need to hoist a furniture up to the third floor, from the moment I contacted them, to the straight forward flat fee quote to how quickly they came out and how carefully and perfectly and fast they finished the job. 1000% recommended!
Firstly, they pressure you into writing the review when they're there at the end of the service. Do not do this until you have checked all your belongings! And it's clearly why they have such great reviews. Initially, I thought these guys were great! Arrived promptly, started to load. Then the slow down happened... they wasted significant time dismantling furniture. They do didn't bring their own tools (or were out of battery) to do this. I was watching the clock, hours on hours. It took over 8 hours to move a 2 bedroom apartment from the ground floor. I paid for their lunch break, inclusive of food, and all this was added to the cost, and didn't complain about it. Here comes the fun bit. Upon arrival to my new apartment, the tv was unwrapped, so assumed it was fine, until it wasn't and there was clearly damage. They have been less than helpful in resolving the matter, so avoid Space-Y movers!! There are plenty of other moving companies to go with in LA, I would suggest you use them instead!! *UPDATE: reported the issue the morning after the move, so as the lead Jake suggested, a timely manner was done. Do not listen to them.

Space Y Moving was very response, respectful and efficient with my move from Rancho Cucamonga to Irvine. Alan and his colleague arrived on time, boxed up my wardrobe, protected my belongings and safely made it to my new place without issues. As a single young female I felt safe and at ease. Would definitely recommend to anyone moving in Southern California! read more

Great service and pricing! We had stairs and only street parking at our old place so it was a lot of work for the guys! The moving truck is HUGE. Not a standard box u-haul. More like a semi truck, so make sure to plan ahead. If you only have street parking, try to save a few spots in front for them. read more

If there were 10 stars, I'd choose that. 10/5! Aidan and Bay are the ultimate champs !!! This was our first time moving from a shared apartment to our own and their pricing, quick response, efficiency was BEYOND what we had expected. They literally work so quickly ! It's a 3 hrs minimum charge and we completed the move for a 1 bedroom apartment plus some kitchen and living room things in about 4.5hr. We tipped them too bc it was such great service. They work very hard and we will definitely recommend to anyone we know. If you're thinking about it, DO IT! read more

Alan and the team were really fast and efficient, they moved all of our big appliances upstairs, we paid a little extra for heavy items and they took the washer and dryer to our 3rd floor, and the dining table through the patio to the 2nd floor. Jake the booking agent replied to my messages quickly, and accommodated when we had to rebook our move. They worked really quickly and we got everything in our 2bd apt moved in 5.5 hours. I would definitely recommend them! read more

Moving is painful but they made it easier. They respond very fast and the price is reasonable. They wrap all of your big furnitures and give free small boxes for small items. I was moving to a place on the 4th floor without elevators so I was a bit concerned but it was fine and I was also worried my steam closet would break, but it's also fine! Overall, I would go with them again when I have to move, and do recommend them! read more

Amazing!! Space Y was so helpful for our move from Los Angeles to Summerlin Nevada. They were thorough, kind, and communicative. All of our stuff made it safely and not a single thing broke during the long move. The guys worked so hard all day and had such great attitudes. We will only be using Space Y moving for any of our future moving needs. 10/10 experience all around. Thanks again! read more

Stellar service all around from Al and his team. Whole process started with great communication via phone and they were quick to answer when I had all kinds of follow up questions the week of the move. Al got in contact with me when they were on the way and they were able to navigate a massive truck into the busy apartment streets no problem. Next is probably the best part, all three of them worked quickly but packed things meticulously every step of the way. I've moved a lot and you can tell when someone is either rushing and not being careful or dragging their feet and they were being super efficient but wrapping everything (including special attention to corners) in such a way to prevent damage. Getting out they had to navigate stairs and I was super pleased at how careful they were with the dolly. We had some speciality items (lots of large plants) and they waited to load them in the truck til the end and did so in such a way to keep them protected. Unloading was much easier without stairs but somehow they were able to reassemble a bed frame in about 10 minutes that took me hours to put together when I bought it. They were also patient with where things went in each room of the new house to prevent more work in unpacking. These guys were prompt, reliable, polite, and good at what they do, highly recommend and will use again if I need movers. Stellar service all around from Al and his team. Space Y moving is the best! I have moved with them twice now and each time has been so easy and stress free. Alan and Russell helped me out for my most recent move. I had indicated I had a large one bedroom, and they were prepared with a large truck so I knew everything including my bulky furniture would fit. They also bring all of the moving equipment you would need, like furniture dollys, cling wrap, protective coverings, etc so there are no damages to your things. They are extremely competent and careful--for example, I have a lot of trailing indoor plants and they took care to make sure they were packaged away without any damage. Additionally, they were very attentive and made sure that all of the things I needed out of the unit were taken out. They were very efficient with their time and helped me move without any stress, especially considering how hectic DTLA is! I will definitely be moving with them again! read more

Y'all This crew is amazing. When they came through we did a quick walk through of the house letting them know what needed to be moved and they got right to work. From the moment they showed up to the moment the truck was loaded they took one, two minute break if that. They move quickly and efficiently. Everything is wrapped up really well. I have multiple heavy items and a lot of stairs. We're talking a king size purple mattress which is ridiculously heavy. They were able to wrap it up and get it down three stories. This was no problem for them. It was a 3 story, 3 bedroom townhome. I really appreciate how well equipped they were with supplies. Blankets, wrap, wardrobe boxes, etc. They communicated well with me and with each other to take special care of items. I would highly recommend this crew. Thanks Space Y! read more

Bak and Ali are the best! Took the time to wrap everything carefully. Very accommodating, polite and professional. Our move took longer than expected but they were very patient. We had to take two trips though because of a miscalculation on the amount of stuff we had but other than that all went well.Their pricing compared to other moving companies was better than expected.
