I have come here about four times in last two months asking for different coffees. Like iced Caramel macchiato sorry sir out of caramel. Mainly I asked for just a nitro cold brew and they keep saying the machine is broken for over two months now. I came here today just for a nitro on my way to an appointment nearby figuring they'd finally have this fixed. Unfortunately I didn't go to the ones out of the way who always have what I order. To top it off these Managers aren't like the ones of the past that seemed like they cared ans would offer you a Complimentary drink for the hassle. Why is the machine broken months later . I stopped going to the one on Alta Murrieta and Murrieta hot springs for the same reason so now I'm done with this one too. Of all the Starbucks in the local area it is sad to say that this one seems to ne the one that has more than its share of rude employees. They are great at their welcoming chours if that means shouting good morning or welcome to starbucks. But God forbid you ask for a knife to spread butter or cream cheese on a bagel and you get an attitude about waste...... am I supposed to use my fingers???? Just politely say let me get that. Don't get me started about getting a refill. Which according to corporate picy u can get in house or drive thru. And said policy says hot or cold coffee or tea refill is allowed. This Starbucks is by far the best I have EVER been too. It has the nicest, and most dedicated staff. Even when I go early in the morning, they are nothing but smiles. They are all so sweet and hard working. I know how dealing with customers can be sometimes, but this amazing staff makes it look so easy. I love that this location is right by my work because the location by my house, unfortunately isn't that good. I'm officially making this my new coffee spot because it has soft seating area. My reason for 4star was due to dirty tables and seats that the employees didn't bother cleaning up. It was very quiet in terms of number of customers so the employees would have had plenty of time to tidy up the place. But still, I'll be back to have my coffee here again and again. read more

Need to take a stop on the way to my friends' house in San Diego. When I asked for a tall iced coffee with two shots, one pump of white mocha and I said one 1 pump of with whipped cream. The staff didn't laugh, instead proactively rephrased what I wanted. You want whipped cream, right? With a big Matt Damon smile. Brief stop to get a refresher and do some light school work. Sadly all, and I mean all of the electrical outlets are not working! The outlets are so loose that your charging plug will collapse onto the floor. So much for this Starbucks!! Avoid this place if you want to use your laptop or charge anything. I'm not sure why some people seem to have horrible reviews. This one is better in my opinion than the one down the road. Maybe the morning crew is better than the evening. The manager, Omar, was super chipper today. He was sweeping up the debris off the floor and was being friendly with all the customers. Cookie takes your order and she's always nice! She shares my love of a dirty chai! She even made sure the barista knew how to make it right. There is also another awesome older lady who also works the cashier, I haven't caught her name yet. Overall, I enjoy stopping by in the morning on my way to work and I think they have a great crew working here despite the other reviews. read more

I go here every morning because it's close to my job, unfortunately this is the only Starbucks that has messed up my order multiple times consecutively. It's really annoying. I order a white mocha they give me a chocolate mocha after I corrected them more then once. I order an iced drink they make it hot... I've seen them mess up the order for the person in front of me in drive through multiple times. And hey don't give you that Starbucks free drink card they used to when they mess up. This Starbucks is the closest in proximity to SCEGA gymnastics. It is also the most disappointing Starbucks. When I go there, I expect my drink to be wrong. The baristas that have helped me are rude more often than not. I once had a supervisor tell me that the barista just had "resting b*tch face" and that it couldn't be helped. My biggest problem with this Starbucks is the fact that my drink is wrong EVERY single time, and I go out of my way to go to a different Starbucks to avoid the hassle. So, I go to the drive-thru and order a VENTI caramel brûlée latte. Get to the window and pay with my card , and the smiley kid hands me a frequent coffee card and my beverage. Like some people , I pop my beverage in my drink holder and get back on the road . I take a sip and the cup feels "light". I look in there and it's only 2/3 full ! Frustrated because I have to get to my destination on time , I keep rolling. This is unacceptable.
