Service was absolutely horrible. I walked in with nobody in line, 3 workers behind the register. Not one of them welcomed me in, or asked if I needed anything. Once they finally stopped talking amongst themselves one of the workers who was disassociated from the whole situation looks up and says oh hey I didn't see you there. As if I wasn't standing there for 3 minutes twiddling my thumbs. No thank you, no have a good day. We were shopping in this plaza and decided to go in for a caffeine fix. As others have noted this is a standard Starbucks but nothing super exceptional about this location. The barista wasn't super friendly, but since it wasn't busy our drinks did come out quickly. They did have a nice couch seating area that my family was able to spread out on since we didn't need a table. We were there on a Saturday, but there were still quite a few people working from this location. This location doesn't have a drive-thru, but if you want to save time I'd order on the app for pickup so you can just walk right in. As others also said it definitely wasn't the cleanest Starbucks. They weren't very busy, but picking up the store wasn't high on the list I guess. The coffees were tasty! read more

This SB is okay, but the wait can be maddening when the line is past the baked assortments. Also, parking can be a problem as there's other competition for business, i.e. the Subway, Harris Teeter, the Sushi joint, Rite Aid, etc. And furthermore, it took me forever to realize the little trick for connecting my phone to their wifi. It was always say that it isn't a secure connection and reject me. Well, turns out, the answer is changing the "https" to "http" on the factory installed Samsung internet app. It never works for me with Chrome tho. Moving on, it's still a Starbucks, and not a bad one at that. There are lots of windows, nice outdoor seating, strong enough coffee, and they seem to routinely keep my favorite Evolution Fresh veggie drinks stocked. The service is good, however sometimes a little on the slow end. If I'm in a hurry and I see that line near the door, I know what I'm getting into and will just turn back around. read more

Wow, another Starbucks review. Well you think you have been to them all and another one pops up. I hope I do not get them mixed up, I have reviewed 3 in a row. At this point in time Starbucks is my favorite coffee spot. I have tried a few other chains and never get the same result when I go there, with Starbucks I do. Always friendly Batista's, great coffee and free wifi. Outdoor seating is a plus. You have seating in front and in a large outdoor cove. What a great place to meet a client or friend. The baked goods look very delicious and they had a great selection. Consistency is what keeps Starbucks ahead of the pack. read more

I am a loyal Starbucks customer that rarely has issues when it comes to this business, but this particular location was the definition of terrible service. Either hire the older employees back or shut the doors because the employees you all have now are racist and rude. This is a nice little Starbucks. It is not as massivve as some of the others, but still a nice size. They do have indoor seating, plus also outside covered seating. They get plenty of traffic, and the staff if very friendly. read more

A really nice SBX destination. Sure, it's in the middle of a parking lot, but there is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Some of the outdoor seating is covered in between the two building sort of making it a promenade. Emphasize on the "sort of," but it's nice. They updated their outside furniture so it can be cozy. I like the staff here too. They are always nice and very attentive to customers. The only issue I have here is their wifi. Every now and then it's on the fritz and I'm forced to go elsewhere. I'd had a couple of issues with service here at this Starbucks in the last couple of months, specifically regarding ordering a simple cold brew. I am impressed that Jennifer, the manager reached out and apologized for what happened, and has mode some changes, especially with the increased availability for cold brew (one of my favorite summer drinks here). I ordered a grande cappuccino which I get all the time from various other locations, and it was at least half foam. Usually it has maybe 1/3 foam. It was finished in a couple of sips for a grande, which is not right. When I called to talk to the manager about it, she was too busy to take my call. With tons of Starbucks in the area, I'll be sure to avoid this location going forward. read more

So, I realize we live in the south and there are certain bugs you can't escape...but when a customer points out that there is a roach crawling in the baked goods...you remove said bakes goods the bug was on! I didn't have a problem with how they quietly handled the disposal, but wanted to stand there and warn any potential customers that while they may look forward to that muffin...so did the roach that had been crawling on it. My favorite Starbucks in Raleigh! I usually go here every Sunday morning to pick up specialty coffee to enjoy with our brunch. The shop is in the Stonehenge shopping center, which is beautiful. The staff is always cheery and the service is quick. There is always open seating and it feels very cozy inside. There is some seating out front with a view of Creedmoor. My one suggestion would be to skip the pastry counter and take your coffee over to Daylight Donuts, which is within walking distance across the parking lot, for a breakfast treat. read more

Sbux is normal just a Sbux, but this one consistently has their crap together. I have frequented this Sbux since I was in college, so for a long time. They are always friendly, always get the order right, and the line moves quickly. My only issue is that they do not have a drive-thru. It would be really nice to swing in and grab it and go, and the parking is usually an issue. Not sure if they can do anything about that, but it would make the visit much nicer! read more

This location consistently seems to struggle with making a Starbucks double shot on ice correctly -- at least 30% of the time I have to have them fix it. Also, there are too many times I have to wait in excess of 10 minutes for a mobile order. And that's after allowing for 5 minutes to drive and park. Try your favorite latte with coconut milk. It's a great alternative. My favorite is the iced coconut milk mocha macchiato. It's not always on the menu but they'll make it when asked. It really packs a espresso punch! read more

While its your average Starbucks, its got a ton more seating than any other in Raleigh that I have been too. Located off Creedmoor Rd, it offers a wide open seating selection outside to a rather nice view of the up-town Raleigh area. The service leaves something to be desired, but that's okay. read more

Busy, but speedy service. Great food, nice cashiers, yummy drinks. My barista was nice and checked in the back for the lunch sandwiches we ordered, which was nice of her. They had a busy morning, so they only had one of the sandwiches we wanted, but the Veggie and Fontiago cheese sandwich was good, but the egg inside was cold and tasteless. The spinach and sauce complimenting it more than made up for it. The ordering area was a tight fit, but plenty of comfy spots to sit and mingle. The atmosphere was upscale and people seemed dressy and posh. Parking surrounding it was awkward, but not too far. The coolest thing were the tons of decorated gift cards to choose from that I had never seen before. I had no intent to purchase one, but they were so cute I considered it. read more

Mobile app order was ready when I arrived, no problem. Just have a slight issue not being greeted when entering store, customer service 101. Customers not acknowledged until you walked up to initiate a order. Location was not busy, just seemed everyone was having a good time chatting etc behind the counter. read more

This used to be my favorite Starbucks in the area but sadly I choose to pass them by now after several stops to pick up my favorite beverage. Not only did the drink not taste like normal (weak and with an odd taste as well) but the staff were overheard making negative comments about customers placing customized drink orders. Terrible. Walked in at 9:30pm and the barista {Deb} looks up, rolls her eyes and shakes her head at us in disgust because we came in 30 mins to closing. Was very rude and made it clear we were an inconvenience. Most Starbucks we frequent say hello and treat us with kindness even if 5 mins to closing. We were taking it to go so not sure what the problem was. I had planned to have a coffee but decided to spend my money elsewhere. I don't think I have ever gone here when they have got my order correct. First of all, they are always understaffed. Today, the busiest part of Sunday afternoon, they have only one barista working. It took over 10 minutes to get my Americano. But more importantly they never get the order correct. They often forget the "decaf" part. They make it iced when I don't want iced. Today they used cream instead of milk. They always offer to re do it, but I don't want to wait another ten minutes. Poor management and training. read more

This is a very tired Starbucks that has been here for years and seriously needs a renovation. I would give it a 4 for the beverages but only a 2 for ambiance and cleanliness and that averages a 3. Fine to pick up coffee here but don't expect an experience. read more

They remodeled this store a few weeks ago to a much more sparse look. My immediate impression impression was they want you to get your drink and get out. Right now. There are far fewer tables and the chairs seem designed to simulate the comfort of a bus stop. It's borderline hostile to the regulars. read more

I think it was only once where I got not so good service from a blonde girl with red apron (not sure how they decide who wears the red aprons.) I'm not a coffee person (I know most of my coffee snob friends hate starbucks). In fact, the only coffee I typically drink is Frappuccinos (an excuse to have a milkshake for breakfast). However, when I went in to this starbucks the batista was so friendly and helpful that I branched out from my milkshake. He told me about the cold brew, and I loved it. This starbucks is the first one that helped me make a coffee choice that I enjoyed. The place was clean and the staff was super helpful. I am an avid Starbucks customer, and understand that sometimes it gets busy and the team does the best they can. Today, the AC is not working, and this must be putting the team in a sluggish mood. I ordered a s'mores frappachino and have been waiting 15 minutes already in the hot store. It appeared that only 4 people were in front of me when I came in. At this point, I have walked up and asked for an update and they have apologized and said they are working on it. The past couple of times I have stopped by here, the service has been very slow. I do not plan on stopping by here any longer, as I unfortunately do not have 20-25 minutes to be waiting. When I asked for a refund so I can go ahead and go, the manager said I have all new people working so it will be a few minutes. I feel that while they are working hard, the time management and communication with the customers is not efficient. The other people on the store are also frustrated and appear to be just as uneasy about the service. I hope in time, the new management will improve on these areas with their new hire training. read more

This is the most disappointing Starbucks I have ever been to with a very poor experience with the staff. We ordered two fraps , my husbands strawberry came out great- Mine was done as a latte. When my husband noticed the mistake he politely said to the barista "I'm sorry about this, but we ordered both of these done as fraps and this was done as a latte". The rude barista was annoyed that we asked FOR WHAT WE ORDERED said "Um.... ok, I guess" and then turned to a coworker and asked they make the new drink. When the co worker asked if the customer wanted whipped cream she snottily replied "I don't care". Sad we just spent $11 to be spoken to so rudely- Maybe they would have gotten the order right if the staff wasn't so preoccupied with personal conversations while taking orders and making the drinks. Also, there were only two people in front of us so the amount of wait time was a bit much being they weren't busy especially since we had to wait that long for a wrong order. Glad we aren't local and this was just a one time stop. Save your money and go one exit up to another location. read more
