The service here was great! The staff checked in often and ensured all our questions were answered. I enjoyed the blueberry slushies here. This is hands down a great spot to enjoy on a warm afternoon. The buffalo chicken pizza was decent but not something I'd run back to get. The chicken on the pizza could have been better.

Don't let the name fool you! This is an awesome place. There seemed to be a lot of locals possibly from the residences above. A dog friendly outdoor space which is always a plus for dog lovers. They do have a food menu but we just made a quick stop for a beer. The pizzas looked delish. The staff was super nice and they were all super attentive. The bartender really took her time to talk through their beer selection making sure we picked the perfect pint. Would highly recommend putting Ponysaurus on your brewery to do list in Raleigh.

Man the curly fries were absolutely delicious and the burger was so good! I will say the mayonnaise based lemon aoili was just a little strong to eat with all the fries but I'm sure you can get other condiments. Overall the portions were very generous and we ended up taking home leftovers. Overall the service was great and the people were very friendly. The giant dinosaur in the center was awesome and made the ambiance such a lively place. It was nice being in the hub of ironworks with all the market fun and other shops to check out!

Visited Ponysaurus Brewing and it was packed when we arrived -- and stayed that way all the way until closing, which says a lot about how popular this place is. The space itself is lovely with a great vibe, making it an awesome spot to hang out. They have a solid selection of beers along with a good food menu. I sampled a few beers as part of a flight and really enjoyed them. Standouts for me were the Ponysaurus Off-Dry NC Cider, DBMTP (Don't Be Mean to People: A Golden Rule Saison), and the Mango Guava Wit -- all flavorful and well crafted. For food, we ordered the hot chicken buffalo wings and fried Brussels sprouts, both of which were tasty. The absolute highlight on the food side, though, was the curly fries -- crispy, perfectly seasoned, and honestly addictive. They also have a wide variety of pizzas on the menu, which are definitely on my list to try next time. Overall, a fantastic brewery with great beer, satisfying food, and an energetic atmosphere. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area!

Our go to brewery in Raleigh. The frozen espresso martini is so good! Beers are also great. We love the food here. Best buffalo chicken pizza in Raleigh! Great place to spend an afternoon.

Nice spot for a relaxing drink! Came here after Brodeto and got a couple glasses of bubbles - appreciate the price point compared to dinner. Friendly service, even able to order while sitting outside when the bussers stopped by. Good indoor/outdoor seating available, great location underneath the new Forge apartments and close to the climbing gym. @azfitfoodfun

First time coming here even though I'm familiar with the shopping center , was able to get served quickly so I tried the flight which came with 4 flight size beers. I chose 1 cider, 2 sours and a weisse. I thought it was plentiful and the presentation was cute. My group sat upstairs where it was more seating and they also had a server up there to take drink orders. Would try this place again.

Really good! Came here before going to a concert close by at the Ritz. It was crowded but we were able to get a table upstairs. We ordered drinks at the bar like the instructions said, but they did end up having a server that was working upstairs to help with drink orders. We ordered our food on our phones, and service was fast. The artichoke pizza and Brussels sprouts were both really good!

This is our second time here. It's located in RIW (Raleigh Iron Works), with a decent amount of indoor/outdoor seating. The staff is very friendly, wanting to assist you during your visit. The beer selection on tap is pretty extensive, they allow for samples before purchasing a beer (beers on tap only). This was our first time getting food here, we decided on pizza and believe me we were in no way disappointed by our selection. We got the Porchetta Pie... absolute slam dunk! Decent amount of TV's to watch things or just hang out and listen to music, overall this place is super cool.

Despite the fact that the place was just about bursting at the seams on a Saturday evening, I was able to order a beer at the bar but I even found a quiet two-top where I could set up my laptop and write a few Yelp reviews. Plenty of taps, cocktails and wines. As well, the pizzas looked pretty darned awesome at the table next to me. Good tunes, great beer, a comfy space with a surprisingly speedy wifi. This was a great spot for my last stop of the day. I had their Tell the Truth kolsch which I thought was draft but ended up being poured from a tin. Which was nice because the beer came with a message. The can reads, "The truth is the truth can be hard to see anymore. The waters have been muddied, the air has been smudged, the obfuscators have obfuscated. Well, we've decided to take a stand with a beer that supports hiring more journalists and funding better journalism. People who will make the calls, dig up the documents, and find out what's really going on, like what's really, really doing on, because enough is enough with the alternative facts. This beer is a Kölsch, an easy-drinking beer, brewed with Magnum and Tettnang hops and Carolina Gold, Carolina Wheat and Vienna grains. Its notes of lemon peel, melon, and biscuit are just like the truth, refreshing and made for savoring." [Round number review 3900 in North Carolina - 2444 of 2024 - 23457 overall]

A really great spot for casual pizza and brews! Parties seat themselves and can order food through a QR code on the table and drinks are ordered either through your server or the bar. I think this style of ordering allows you to focus more on the company you bring here with you. The pizzas here can be create your own or created by them. We chose from their menu and you can tell that they prioritize seasonal ingredients! On a next visit, we're hoping to try the non-pizza entree's, too.

Does anyone know if the Raleigh location allows dogs? There's no phone number on their website and the Durham location doesn't answer their phone.

I'm not 100% sure but usually if food is served, no dogs are allowed inside. Maybe the patio?

Our server was a little slow but still friendly. For starters we got a Margherita pizza, calamari, the grilled caesar, and they brought us a complimentary bread basket with oil. Everything except the caesar was good. I guess we didn't expect the caesar to taste THAT charred and the lettuce to not be chopped. For main entrees, we ordered lasagna, lobster ravioli, penne alla vodka, and alfredo. The vodka pasta and lasagna were unflavored and disliked among the table. I would not recommend those dishes. The alfredo was okay. The best dish was the lobster ravioli.

First of all, I implore anyone wanting to go, make reservations during peak hours! We entered through a big heavy wooden door into the quasi-dark atmosphere and were promptly seated, despite most of the tables being occupied. We were given a two top and started with chips and guacamole. I was impressed with the chips, they were a little extra thick, had tiny bubbles in them. Certainly a far departure from the typical thin, overly salty chip found at most restaurants and grocery stores. Excellent guac with a little pico and lime wedge on the side. I ordered the Baja bowl with shredded adobo chicken. The bowl had green rice, black beans, a whole lot of kale, tomatillo sauce, pickled red onions, crema, and cilantro. It needed a little more, so I added in some of the guac, a few chips I crumbled in my hands for some crunch, and some fresh lime juice. Noah did a good job keeping our water glasses full and he was quite friendly. However, the restroom situation is a bit difficult. There are two small unisex bathrooms, both of which have to be locked. There can't be more than one person in there at the same time, so plan accordingly. Granted, since there isn't much space in the restaurant, it's not as if they have a ton of options.

"Best Pizza" many years running back when that actually meant something. Now? It feels less like a restaurant and more like a nostalgic reenactment gone very wrong. The menu still reads like a dream--Carolina crust this, atomic sauce that--but ordering has become a real exercise in imagination. Half the ingredients are apparently on a spiritual journey and no longer physically present. You'll ask for sharp cheddar and get a thoughtful pause, followed by, "We don't have sharp cheddar, we might have a Wisconsin sharp cheddar?" --which, to their credit, has the word "cheddar" in it. The staff move with the energy of a group project that everyone forgot was due today. Pizzas emerge... interpretively. You might order a margherita and receive something that captures its essence, emotionally, if not structurally. It's less "wrong order" and more "pizza as a suggestion." A master of creative problem-solving, this cashier has boldly redefined the concept of "making change." Why fumble with buttons and math when you can simply hand over two beers and call it even? It's less of a transaction and more of a surprise gift exchange--one where the rules are unclear and the outcome is mildly concerning. And the wine list--oh, the wine list--is a beautiful historical document. A relic. A time capsule from at least six months ago, when bottles still existed and hope flowed freely. Now, asking for wine feels like asking about a long-lost friend. "We don't have that," they'll say, gazing into the middle distance. Still, there's something oddly annoying about it all. Like walking into a once-revered theater that still clings to its golden-age reputation. The performances feel like echoes rather than art, the lighting flat where it once dazzled, and every scene drags with the weight of trying to live up to a forgotten past. It's not bad enough to be a disaster--just disappointing enough to make you wonder if the hype was ever real or if you're just eating the ghost of someone else's great experience. Cheers!
