Crumbl is a adorable artisan cookie shop! The cookies are HUGE here so you will get a great bang for your buck! The only negative is that the cookies are superrrr sweet. The sugar content is overpowering so I would recommend only indulging in a 1/4 of a cookie rather then a whole cookie. Side note: The shop doesn't carry any gluten free or vegan options. Overall a cute spot to enjoy an occasional treat.
We were just taking a walk nearby and decided to grab some dessert here and did not regret it. It's very modern inside and photo op friendly. You walk up and order via the self service kiosk. They prepare your order quickly and call your name. We had a 4pk Box, it's a bit pricey but the cookie are huge and absolutely delicious. We ordered one of each to give them all a try. Oatmeal Skillet Cookie, Raspberry Butter Cookie, Key Lime Pie, and Classic Pink. The Oatmeal Skillet Cookie, Raspberry Butter Cookies were amazing and my favorites. Would definitely try it again
TLDR: Large, tasty, but expensive cookies. Exciting rotating menu. Subpar flavors. While in the area and needing a Friday sugar fix, I stopped at Crumbl. To save time I started an online order. It took a while to go through the log in process and a $2 tip was required. This brought the total of one cookie to nearly $7! Then when it said the wait time was 15-20 min, I decided to abandon the online order and order at the counter. There were about 3 employees busy at work and no customers. I was greeted upon arrival and helped right away. I ordered one cookie and the order came to over $9 before tip. I questioned the total and the employee returned to fix it. I like how you can easily see and pay on the screen so I could see the error. When fixed the total was about $5. Pricy for one cookie, but they do look pretty and are packaged well so they make a great gift. The rotating weekly menu is exciting, but the cookies are not very flavorful so they taste similar. Even the guava cookie had a very faint fruity flavor and mainly tasted like sugar. Many times I have noticed that the unique flavors are just in the frosting not the cookie itself. I understand having a weekly changing menu is challenging, but there is room for improvement on their flavors. The cookies are all perfectly baked and decorated beautifully. Overall, good place for the occasional treat or gift.

We also got the triple chocolate chip and peach pie. The cookies were huge and served warm. We placed an order through the app, and it was ready really fast.

That's how the cookies Crumbl! I'm a sucker for sugar cookies and frosting, and this location did not disappoint. Crumbl Cookies offers variety! I tried one cookie on my first visit (see photo) and I was hooked. I've been back to this location once since my initial visit. Side note - Ordering is self serve and I recommend you purchase the four pack!
When my sister moved back to Maine from Raleigh, I asked her to bring home chocolate deliciousness from a bakery of her choice. She brought me cookies from Crumbl and I am in love! These cookies are thick, cake-ey, gooey, and dreamy. 30 seconds in the microwave and the chocolate lava cookies melt in your mouth. It's a good thing my family knows I don't share because I wasn't about to let these cookies out of my sight!
Wow! So good ! When you go in you look at all the delicious cookies then place your order on an iPad the lemon poppyseed was still warm and filled with lemon custard. The employees are extremely nice and make sure they look at the cookie with you
10/17/20: We visited for the first time & got 4 chocolate chip, 1 Smore, & 1 Sugar with icing. The box was super heavy because these cookies are like hockey pucks. I can't imagine how many calories they have. Lol. My favorite was the sugar cookie. It tasted like a cupcake in my mind. The icing is so yummy. I didn't care for the other flavors, but my family devoured them. The service was good & they did curbside. We will definitely go back.

When I went I fell all the way in love with the raspberry cheesecake!!!!! The cookies are moist and decadent. I can not wait to have the ice cream yes you read that correctly they even have custom ice cream! You will not be disappointed when you go!
We were craving something for dessert and didn't want to deal with the craziness of a chain restaurant so we decided to check out Crumbl. This was our first time at any Crumbl location and were excited to see what they had to offer. They offer curbside and in-store pickup. All employees were wearing masks and gloves. It was a little before 10pm when we went so there wasn't a line, but they do have signs posted regarding social distancing. It is a really cute and simple shop. They have an open kitchen where you can see them mixing dough for new batches of cookies so you know they are truly handmade and not just a frozen dough. They have 2 "resident" cookies that they always offer. They have a frosted sugar cookie that is served chilled and their chocolate chip that is served warm. They offer 4 weekly flavors that are also served warm. The current flavors are peanut butter bar (with chocolate icing on top), snickerdoodle, funfetti and honey graham cracker. They also have half pints of ice cream available. We ordered a box of cookies (4 count) and got 2 chocolate chip, a peanut butter bar and a honey graham cracker. We also got a half pint of the biscoff ice cream. The chocolate chip cookies were really good. They can be so hit and miss wherever you go but these had the perfect balance of chocolate. I did find the center of mine to be slightly under done but that is just personal preference. The biscoff ice cream is good. I think I would have liked the cookie pieces to be bigger and not ground up but again, personal preference. We were definitely pleased with our items and still have the peanut butter bar and honey graham cracker cookies to eat. They are definitely worth the price. We will definitely visit again next time we are in Raleigh.
I think Crumbl is a great addition to Midtown East. I'm all about more food options going there. I love that they do delivery and curbside pickup right through the app (which is super easy to use). I went with the four cookie samper, it cost a little under $14 after tip. At first I thought that was a lot, but the cookies are huge!! I ordered ahead of time and then when I got there clicked I'm Here on the app. The wait did take a bit since they didn't start on my cookies until I arrived. There were quite a few cars there since it was opening day so totally understand the wait. I watched (from my car) the two lovely girls behind the counter hustling to get everyone's cookie orders out. The cookies themselves, my favorite was the German Chocolate. The sugar cookie and chocolate chip cookie were good, but tasted super underbaked, and not in the way you'd hope. Like someone else said it did taste like biting into flour. It could totally just be a new business learning curve. I see on the app their change out their flavors weekly which is a neat plus. I'd definitely head on over again and try out a different variety of sweet treats. This week's flavors looks pretty awesome. Oh and they have ice cream too!! Perfect if you are craving ice cream and want it delivered!
Today was my first time visiting Crumbl after hearing about it from a friend, and it was amazing! The employees there today were super good about being safe as they were both wearing masks and immediately explained to us how to use the self-serve kiosk to order and pay when we entered the space. As it was my first time, I decided to just get one cookie to see how it is -- I opted for their pumpkin oreo cookie as fall is coming around the corner! Boy oh boy, the cookie was massive and SO soft on the inside. It almost felt like I was eating a brownie in cookie form since the base is a dark chocolate cookie, and I personally am a huge fan of warm and soft cookies over more crunchy cookies. On top of that, the pumpkin cream cheese frosting was perfection and paired deliciously with the cookie itself. I cannot wait to go back to try more of their different flavors as they vary each week, and this time around I will be ordering a 4-pack! Cannot recommend enough.

There was no one in sight when we walked in. Thought the place was closed. Young lady came and greeted us and asked for our order. I asked for a moment (had two kids that wanted to look at the cookies and choose). Cookies live up to the hype. They're delicious and fresh. Place is clean, staff is nice/helpful, ordering is convenient. Downside is that they're often out of the more popular flavors. A little frustrating considering there are only 6 flavors to choose from to begin with. read more

So, really fast service, huge cookies and great flavor. Not exactly what I was craving at the time; was feeling a smaller hand held cookie - these things were the size of a large burger and half of them would "crumbl" when we tried to pick them up. But either way, impressive enough for us to grab a second box to drop off for our neighbors. read more

What a great place to get cookies!! We tried a four pack for variety on our visit (chocolate chip, strawberry shortcake, caramel coconut fudge, chocolate brownie peanut butter) All of the cookies were good. The caramel coconut was a chilled cookie and was shocking heavy, but super flavorful. My favorite was the chocolate chip. So many chips it was heavenly. The store was very crowded because they ran out of three of the flavors and folks were having to wait around for cookies to finish baking and cooling. Hopefully, this issue will be resolved as they get more experience. The flavors change weekly and I can't wait for the one to open up near my house! read more
We are all entitled to our own opinions, right? Well here's mine: Parking: 5 Location: 5 Decor/ambiance: 5 Customer Service: 5 **STRAIGHT UP... 5 STARS MAN - all the way down to the cup of water you can ask for... 5 STARS!!!** We stumbled upon this place by accident scrolling on social media. I also happen to see several friends who were all posting about it ranting and Raven about how amazing these cookies were. So, lo and behold I had to try for myself. Let's get right to the girls stuff. These cookies are huge. They are about big is around as the palm of your hand. They are fairly thick as well some of them can be a stick ass half an inch tall. These cookies are super yummy. Depending on the flavor that you get they may even come chilled or warm. I'll go ahead and warn you now, you'll never get tired of coming to this place. They have new flavors that fall on the menu every Monday and those flavors play throughout the week ending on Saturdays. They are closed on Sundays as they are resetting getting ready for the next week. I'll go ahead and warn you now, these cookies are like crack. Well I've never had crack before so maybe I should use a different analogy. Oh well you get the point. The parking situation is always lovely here as they have parking on the side and on the front. The establishment is always super clean. The staff are always so eager to help in these young folks look like they really love their job. I love this location as it sits right outside of one of my favorite grocery stores in the world... Wegmans. Give these guys a try. You can thank me later. And yes they are actually open right now throughout all of the COVID-19 scare. Curbside is available! read more

These cookies are massive and tasty. We ordered a crumbl box which includes your choice of 4 cookies. We chose the chocolate crunch, circus animal, salted caramel cheesecake and chocolate chip. When you arrive you click i'm here on the receipt sent to you by text, you enter your name and what car you are in and they bring them out to you. My personal favorite was the salted caramel cheesecake. They change their flavors weekly so it keeps it interesting. I'm excited to try a few others. read more
