I asked for a moment (had two kids that wanted to look at the cookies and choose). Crumbl is a adorable artisan cookie shop! The cookies are HUGE here so you will get a great bang for your buck! The only negative is that the cookies are superrrr sweet. The sugar content is overpowering so I would recommend only indulging in a 1/4 of a cookie rather then a whole cookie. Side note: The shop doesn't carry any gluten free or vegan options. We were just taking a walk nearby and decided to grab some dessert here and did not regret it. It's very modern inside and photo op friendly. You walk up and order via the self service kiosk. They prepare your order quickly and call your name. We had a 4pk Box, it's a bit pricey but the cookie are huge and absolutely delicious. We ordered one of each to give them all a try. TLDR: Large, tasty, but expensive cookies. Exciting rotating menu. Subpar flavors. While in the area and needing a Friday sugar fix, I stopped at Crumbl. To save time I started an online order. It took a while to go through the log in process and a $2 tip was required. This brought the total of one cookie to nearly $7! Then when it said the wait time was 15-20 min, I decided to abandon the online order and order at the counter. There were about 3 employees busy at work and no customers. I was greeted upon arrival and helped right away. I ordered one cookie and the order came to over $9 before tip. I questioned the total and the employee returned to fix it. I like how you can easily see and pay on the screen so I could see the error. When fixed the total was about $5. Pricy for one cookie, but they do look pretty and are packaged well so they make a great gift. The rotating weekly menu is exciting, but the cookies are not very flavorful so they taste similar. Even the guava cookie had a very faint fruity flavor and mainly tasted like sugar. Many times I have noticed that the unique flavors are just in the frosting not the cookie itself. I understand having a weekly changing menu is challenging, but there is room for improvement on their flavors. The cookies are all perfectly baked and decorated beautifully. We were craving something for dessert and didn't want to deal with the craziness of a chain restaurant so we decided to check out Crumbl. This was our first time at any Crumbl location and were excited to see what they had to offer. They offer curbside and in-store pickup. All employees were wearing masks and gloves. It was a little before 10pm when we went so there wasn't a line, but they do have signs posted regarding social distancing. It is a really cute and simple shop. They have an open kitchen where you can see them mixing dough for new batches of cookies so you know they are truly handmade and not just a frozen dough. They have 2 "resident" cookies that they always offer. They have a frosted sugar cookie that is served chilled and their chocolate chip that is served warm. They offer 4 weekly flavors that are also served warm. The current flavors are peanut butter bar (with chocolate icing on top), snickerdoodle, funfetti and honey graham cracker. They also have half pints of ice cream available. We ordered a box of cookies (4 count) and got 2 chocolate chip, a peanut butter bar and a honey graham cracker. We also got a half pint of the biscoff ice cream. The chocolate chip cookies were really good. They can be so hit and miss wherever you go but these had the perfect balance of chocolate. I did find the center of mine to be slightly under done but that is just personal preference. The biscoff ice cream is good. I think I would have liked the cookie pieces to be bigger and not ground up but again, personal preference. We were definitely pleased with our items and still have the peanut butter bar and honey graham cracker cookies to eat. They are definitely worth the price. We will definitely visit again next time we are in Raleigh. read more

I think Crumbl is a great addition to Midtown East. I'm all about more food options going there. I love that they do delivery and curbside pickup right through the app (which is super easy to use). I went with the four cookie samper, it cost a little under $14 after tip. At first I thought that was a lot, but the cookies are huge!! I ordered ahead of time and then when I got there clicked I'm Here on the app. The wait did take a bit since they didn't start on my cookies until I arrived. There were quite a few cars there since it was opening day so totally understand the wait. I watched (from my car) the two lovely girls behind the counter hustling to get everyone's cookie orders out. The cookies themselves, my favorite was the German Chocolate. The sugar cookie and chocolate chip cookie were good, but tasted super underbaked, and not in the way you'd hope. Like someone else said it did taste like biting into flour. It could totally just be a new business learning curve. I see on the app their change out their flavors weekly which is a neat plus. I'd definitely head on over again and try out a different variety of sweet treats. This week's flavors looks pretty awesome. Oh and they have ice cream too!! Today was my first time visiting Crumbl after hearing about it from a friend, and it was amazing! The employees there today were super good about being safe as they were both wearing masks and immediately explained to us how to use the self-serve kiosk to order and pay when we entered the space. As it was my first time, I decided to just get one cookie to see how it is -- I opted for their pumpkin oreo cookie as fall is coming around the corner! Boy oh boy, the cookie was massive and SO soft on the inside. It almost felt like I was eating a brownie in cookie form since the base is a dark chocolate cookie, and I personally am a huge fan of warm and soft cookies over more crunchy cookies. On top of that, the pumpkin cream cheese frosting was perfection and paired deliciously with the cookie itself. My 4 Stars is based on how quick the service was at this location, how delicious the cookies are, how large the cookies are, but also want to mention that they are very sweet! I got the 4-pack which is $13.25 (a little on the pricey side, but you get this giant dense cookie). This was my first visit to Crumbl and I was impressed with the apparent cleanliness and bright atmosphere as well as how quickly I was greeted/welcomed. I chose and purchased two cookie types. They were warm and delicious! I was, however, a bit surprised at the price; and that the lowest tip amount selection was $2 and I don't believe there was an "other" option for a lower tip. I did leave a tip but would have been much happier leaving a $1 tip. Most likely I will not return just due to cost but the cookies are very good and service was excellent! read more

If you're a fan of soft cookies, this is a place for you. They serve large and soft (albeit not cheap) cookies in various flavors. The flavors rotate constantly so be sure to check their website to know what they've got. It'll also tell you what's in stock. When we went we got a chocolate chip, snickerdoodle, and two of the biscoff cookie butter ones. They were out of stock of the s'mores cookie unfortunately. The cookies are served warm straight from a warming oven so they taste fresh. The frosting is piped on to order in the case of the snickerdoodle. Note: the chocolate chip cookie had a LOT of chocolate in it. I personally don't enjoy that but I know some people do. Just keep this in mind if you like the dough more than the chocolate (like me). The service was quick but nothing spectacular. The employees were mostly focused on making cookies. I was also disappointed that they didn't have any hand sanitizer even though the ordering stations were all self-service touch screens. Overall this place is good for a special occasion. What a great place to get cookies!! We tried a four pack for variety on our visit (chocolate chip, strawberry shortcake, caramel coconut fudge, chocolate brownie peanut butter) All of the cookies were good. The caramel coconut was a chilled cookie and was shocking heavy, but super flavorful. My favorite was the chocolate chip. So many chips it was heavenly. The store was very crowded because they ran out of three of the flavors and folks were having to wait around for cookies to finish baking and cooling. The reason I give this business 1 star is because I value health & safety the most during this pandemic. Upon entering the store I was greeted by the masked cashier and went ahead to place my order. My order was promptly taken care of and as I was paying I noticed that the staff member actually making the cookies and placing them In the boxes ( A red headed female) was not wearing a mask! All the customers in the store where wearing a mask and 2 out of the 3 employees where wearing masks but this one staff member was not. If I had noticed prior to paying for my cookies I would have left. The last thing I want is to contract COVID from this COVID-Cookie. The safest way to prevent the spread of COVID is to wear a mask. Let's get right to the girls stuff. These cookies are huge. They are about big is around as the palm of your hand. They are fairly thick as well some of them can be a stick ass half an inch tall. These cookies are super yummy. Depending on the flavor that you get they may even come chilled or warm. I'll go ahead and warn you now, you'll never get tired of coming to this place. They have new flavors that fall on the menu every Monday and those flavors play throughout the week ending on Saturdays. They are closed on Sundays as they are resetting getting ready for the next week. I'll go ahead and warn you now, these cookies are like crack. Well I've never had crack before so maybe I should use a different analogy. Oh well you get the point. The parking situation is always lovely here as they have parking on the side and on the front. the cookies were good, super sweet but tasty. The customer service at Raleigh NC location was subpar and offensive. My friend and I bought 4 cookies which were placed in one box. We were so excited about trying the cookies that we forgot to ask that they be put in two separate boxes as we were not traveling together and would be leaving separately. I returned to the store 5 minutes or less after we got our cookies to ask for a smaller empty box in order to divide our cookies between us. The Crumbl attendants, didn't get their names, a brunette/ short red head lady and a young man, dark hair that was dyed blond on top, is what I recall. I asked the attendants for an empty box, explained the situation about the division of cookies, yet I was given the third degree. I was asked for my order number, order name, order time etc. I asked, why do you need all of that when all im asking for is an empty box, im confused. Mind you, im holding my original box with our previously purchased four cookies inside. I asked the attendant, "do you normally give this much drama and conversation to your guests who need to go boxes or is it just me?" I felt humiliated as if I did something wrong when all I wanted was an empty box to take my cookies home. I could paid have for an empty box but sheesh is it really that serious to go through all of that after I paid for my order?
