I love a good bakery and this place did not disappoint! I stopped here on the way to work because I wanted something different than a usual chain coffee shop. Everything I tried was absolutely delicious! The staff were so helpful in explaining how things worked when I told them it was my first time there. I had a chocolate croissant and a strawberry gooey bar. I shared them with my kids when I got home from work and they devoured them!

Absolutely love this spot!! So many awesome treats to choose from. I'm gluten free and love the gluten free and macaron cases! The coffee is incredible. The people, always kind, wonderful and focused on creating a welcoming community.

Cool concept! I'm still chasing my white rabbit on the best Raleigh desserts. Of what the hubs and I sampled-- The Little Blue Bakehouse has a great brownie (by Blue Ox), a great brown butter sugar cookie (by Sweet Nothings), and solid macarons (by Blue Macarons)! Service was friendly and the shop is clean. Love that you can try several bakeries under one roof. We tried and struck out on the cupcakes (strawberry + vegan chocolate) and the Blue Ox snickerdoodle. Unfortunately, hard passes. The "best desserts" search continues...

OMG - 2 cases of gf pastries!

Super excellent coffee and dessert. They had several gluten free selections. They were excellent. They had some unique coffee selections and the couple our group had were delicious. Little Blue Bakehouse is not in a super busy part of town. We went after watching a movie at the Alamo Drafthouse theatre. We would make it a special trip now.

These skull pancakes were soo cute!

The Little Blue Bakehouse is such a cute bakery that I found on accident. I'm mad I didn't find this place sooner. I spent almost $50 here for my babies photoshoot. I love how unique this place is. Everything was a really good experience. I took small bites because I didn't want it to end, lol.. Just note that they are closed on Mondays unfortunately.

Still a favorite! Stopped in to try seasonal macarons and was not disappointed. Carrot cake and lemon poppyseed both delicious. I also got salted caramel and browned butter as they are favs. Wasn't crazy about the lavender one. Always courteous employees and clean and quiet spot. I will continue to make a trip here occasionally and maybe one day get something else but those macarons are way too good to resist!

Interesting concept. 4 different small bakers working out of one space. Sweet Nothings is one of the bakers. They are gluten-free and quite tasty for being gluten-free. I have taken photos of each case so you can see what was offered when we visited l. Plenty of indoor tables to sit at.

Walking in the bakery/coffee/tea and drinks- it was bright and cheerful. The man behind counter was super friendly and helpful. I got the wine infused chocolate cupcake for my husband and the key lime macron for me. The key lime macron was good not enough key lime flavor for me it was very sweet. They have plenty of choices for coffee and tea drinks. Service was pretty quick.

Food 4 Service 4 Ambiance 4 I settled on cupcakes bc I was having a rough day and when I say they hit the spot, oh my they hit the spot. I got the assortment pack with 6 flavors the chocolates, and the lemon raspberry are my top two but honestly, they were all amazing! I can not wait to go back!

I've been wanting to try LBB, specifically Bitten Bakery, for ages. Despite not being far from me, I just now got around to it before hitting a movie at Alamo. It's bright, colorful and open when you go in. There were several employees working so I didn't have to wait to order. Bitten Bakery was a little low on items (which they said was due to a busy weekend, so yay for small business support). I went with a Reese Cup chocolate chip cookie. It was around $5 and delicious! I bet it would be even better warmed in the microwave or toaster oven for a few seconds. Definitely want to return to try one of their coffee drinks and more of the delicious looking desserts like carrot cake and more cookies.

I wanted macarons for my birthday so this was my first stop of the day. Little Blue Macaron was so good!! We got Key Lime, Raspberry Champagne, Almond Berry Jam, Chocolate Ganache, Oreo Cheesecake, and Fruity Pebbles (listed in favorite order). I wish I got more for later. We also had an iced pistachio mocha, chai latte, buttered croissant and a blueberry muffin. All just so tasty. And the shop is so cute and the employees were wonderful. Thank you for a great morning!

Amazing bakery with EVERYTHING made in house. We had the mango coconut scone, chocolate donut, and croissant. All high quality and not too sugary. Surprisingly good coffee for being a bakery. Staff was super friendly and helpful. It's a grab and go kinda place as the inside feels very sterile.

Met the owner who is super nice!

Amazing establishment. If you ever been to Morgan Street Food Hall and/or Transfer Co, this is on the smaller scale but super cool. Only deserts and coffee sold here. Different bakeries featured. The owners are super nice. They designed this place to allow other bakers a space to sell their products in a retail setting. Service was great! They have drinks of the month. Right now they have this watermelon lemonade which is very refreshing on a hot day! A good amount of seating inside and a few tables outside. If you are in the area or before/after movies at the Alamo stop by. You won't be disappointed.

She has such a wonderful personality and knows her ice cream. I was one of the first to enjoy her Gluten free Coffee ice cream with chopped up chocolate-covered espresso beans throughout. Then George took the cup of this delicious ice cream and torched it for a brulee finish. Amazing, indescribable, and I will be back for more soon kind of flavors! I have since checked out her flavor options and kick myself for not visiting her shop soon over at Iron Works. It is so close to where we live in downtown Raleigh. No more excuses. We are heading there this weekend for a Valentine's Day treat of one of her many boutique flavors. Plus I love that Andia truly cares about the Gluten Free population and offers so many wonderful-sounding flavors for them.

We decided to get ice cream in waffle cone since we couldn't get the milkshakes. I got the Cookies N Cream in a waffle cone My wife got the Cotton Candy in a waffle cone. The cookies N Cream was good but, the waffle cone was not. The waffle cones are the "softer" ones, i was expecting the classic crunchy waffle cone. I just ate the ice cream with a spoon out of the cone. The cotton candy was not good. It tasted like sugar free ice cream. Same thing with the waffle cone as I previously wrote. The service was great! The ambiance was nice. Not sure if we would go back, our favorite ice cream shop is in Durham and I would prefer to drive 30Min to that place. I would rate Andia's ice cream shop 5th in the Raleigh/Durham area for ice cream. *I would say give it a try I may love it.

Nice option for someone like me trying to watch sugar intake with diabetes. The sweetness comes from stevia, and it worked well without tasting artificial. My wife went with a mix of the dairy free chocolate and vanilla. With her gluten allergy and dairy sensitivity, finding dessert options can sometimes be challenging, and she really enjoyed it. She said the vanilla reminded her of old fashioned ice milk, which for her was absolutely a compliment. As usual, we put a place through a bit of a stress test. Between my tree nut allergy, Alpha Gal, diabetes, and my wife's gluten allergy and dairy sensitivity, flexibility matters. It was nice seeing options that worked for different dietary needs without making it feel complicated. Staff was helpful in navigating our challenges. The selection here is honestly impressive. The variety of milkshakes and combinations gives you plenty of reasons to come back and try something different next time. Even if milkshakes are not normally your thing, the range of choices stands out. Atmosphere is casual and fun. Great spot for families, friends hanging out, or a casual date night. I think the price is a little ridiculous considering they're not making the ice cream in house. I also looked up blacktap prices in nyc (the original crazy shake) and it was less expensive than here. If you get a milkshake, you get to keep the glass jar it comes in. They make that process convenient by having a washing station and takeout bags. I was also shocked at the service. There was only one girl working in the front and she looked like she wanted to be anywhere but there. Really brought the excitement of trying this place down. I think this place is pretty average but there's room for improvement.
