The cookies weren't good overall. It was just sweet on top of sweet. They are huge and I can see the appeal - but they weren't for me or my family at all. It was like eating a cake cookie with no real flavor - just sweetness. The staff wasn't that friendly when we went as well. So, that made for the visit to be less than enjoyable. We walked in - no one addressed us. We had to figure out to order at the self-check out station by watching others that had been greeted when they entered. We made our order, waited, no one ever said anything until our order was ready and that was it. I really wanted to love this place. This is more about the company, not this particular Crumbl location. They are just not great tasting cookies. They are very very sweet and so large it's ridiculous. I just think they're over-rated and it's more about posting them on the 'gram and not the quality of the cookie. read more

I usually am gluten free but during a period when I decided to try including gluten again to see how I felt, I was invited to try Crumbl. Fresh baked cookies and brownies are my favorite baked treats and I rarely if ever use or purchase gluten free alternatives to baked goods (and the few times I have I was disappointed, other than cauliflower crust pizza) so I was a little giddy at the prospect; The young people working were friendly, everything looked clean, and the choices sounded very appealing, but the flavor and textures were disappointing: bland and sweet for the sake of sweet. This was during a time when I was practically enraptured by something as simple as a slice of lemon pound cake or a sandwich, so I feel like my bar was pretty low, yet they still didn't exceed it. I don't understand how fresh baked cookies can have so few of the qualities that make homemade cookies so amazing. I'm back to being gluten free, as my little experiment confirmed it's the better choice for me. There are things I miss (like homemade cookies and sandwiches and brownies and pancakes and so on) but at least passing by a Crumbl doesn't make me feel like I'm missing out. read more

I've been here in person & I've gotten a few deliveries. I think I need an intervention at this point because I'm ADDICTED. I LOVE cinnamon roll most of all. We've gotten a lot of their flavors. I can't complain at all. The staff is friendly and the store is clean. I love the self-service kiosks and going to pick up my order greeted by smiling faces. I can't recommend this place enough!! I have always seen this place so busy! I decided to stop in after getting a pizza at mod. I got four cookies. S'mores, double chocolate, sugar, and snickerdoodle. All four cookies were incredibly delicious. So good. We warmed up the s'mores, double chocolate and snickerdoodle at home. They were to die for. Like heaven in my mouth!!! The staff was all friendly. The line does move very quickly. So we weren't waiting for our cookies very long at all. They rotate their flavors so I definitely think I need to come back and try some of the other flavors!!! read more

Delicious giant cookies! Stopped in for the soft opening of the Wake Forest outpost of this storied cookie place. It's a storefront in a small strip center, next to a Starbucks and a pizza place. Orders are placed self-serve on an easy to figure out iPad. Orders are served at the end of counter. It's strictly to-go. In this day there were 8 choices. Each was delicious, still warm from the oven. A few seasonal (pumpkin) choices, sugar cookies, chocolate with a gummy worm on top, peanut butter and of course chocolate chip. Cookies are big - 5" around. And at least an inch thick. I ended up chopping mine up into quarters and savoring in multiple snacks. Cookies ain't cheap at $4 a piece. Service is super quick and super friendly. And they deliver! read more

The staff were friendly and working diligently on making cookies in the back. The store smelled like heaven and cookies were being freshly baked, as I browsed the menu. Ordering was simple and I waited just a few minutes before they brought me my cookies in the cutest pink boxes. I ordered two sugar cookies with pink frosting. Chocolate chip cookie is a classic that I could never complain about! But let's talk about the best flavors this week. Strawberry cake was my second favorite flavor. The cookie was composed of strawberry frosting, which was creamy and airy, topped on their classic cookie! Overall, this cookie tasted as if I was running through a beautiful flower garden on a warm spring day. I genuinely thought it tasted extremely fresh, which was perfect because it didn't feel too heavy on my stomach. However, let's talk about the true star of the night. Miss Pumpkin chocolate cookie. This cookie was the perfect blend between pumpkin flavor and chocolate. Recently, I have been loving pumpkin flavors, and this cookie really hit the spot. It was so delicious, and I would go back regularly for this flavor. Too bad it only lasts a week. The atmosphere was pleasant. The building is small, but service is very fast. They are kind, and make sure your order is correct before leaving the store, which is something I appreciate, considering we've all experienced getting the wrong order before. I would check their weekly flavors on their website, and if you see one that you think may taste good, you're probably right. This location is the first and only Crumbl Cookies I've been in. The staff greets everyone as they walk in, and if it's busy you can easily order at one of their kiosks. I love the constantly rotating menu so you never know what they might have. I think my favorite so far has been the white chocolate coconut. The only downside is that the parking lot can get quite busy, and sometimes it can be hard to park when the Starbucks drive thru line wraps around the building. read more

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. Pictured is the dulce de leche, chocolate chip, pecan pie, and cookies and cream. The pie cookie was my absolute favorite. Fought my husband for the last few pieces. The sugar cookie crust was unforgettable, and the pie filling was soft not chewy. The chocolate chip was a close second. I love milk chocolate and so happy they use those chips.
