This is one of the Starbucks that has been around for quite a long time in the LBC area. Located on 2nd St., it's a very large location. Meaning, it commonly has a lot of business. This Starbucks is housed in the corner location. Thus, it's very easy to find. You can't miss it. The moment you walk inside, what you'll find is a very large open space. They've got tables, as would be expected from any Starbucks. As is the case with all Starbucks, you go up to the counter, place your order, and they get it done. Of course, you can order on the app, which is the best way to do it. That way, when you arrive, your drink and/or food will be most probably be waiting for you. This location also has a few tables outdoors, as well. So, if you wanna enjoy the environment, this is a great way to do it. As is the case with most Starbucks, the staff here are on a constant rotating basis. Most of the time, the staff here are super nice. And, they're happy to help you with whatever you need. Overall, there's a million Starbucks in the world, and this is another one. They offer what Starbucks has to offer. A woman came in barefoot and sat down. Walking everywhere barely had a bottom on. Returned her cold drink because she needed 2 sugar free vanilla shots instead AFTER she drank from it! The barrista took the same cup, used it on other internal cups to remske her drink and gave her the sane cup back! Then the barrista used the same internal long cup to make someone else cold drink. Barrista working the shakers right now 1:14pm. Very disappointed with cross contamination and post-covid!!!! Really!!! Just throw away the used cup and use a new one. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST LOCATION EVER. I live in the area and have been coming here off and on over the past 7 years. This is by far the absolute WORST location I have ever been to. Always understaffed, takes 20+ minutes to get a simple black cold brew. Even when you order ahead 10 minutes then walk there... drink still not ready. To top it off, the staff are RUDE. I asked for my drink to be in a ceramic cup. After waiting for it, I realized that my drink was sitting in a paper cup. When I asked what happened, they said oh we only have one cup and it's dirty. Even though they have nine ceramic cups on display behind the counter, they said those are only for deceiving customers. I should have known better. Even though I live here and have come here countless times, the last time my kid needed to use the restroom, they said I have to pay before he uses the bathroom. Like geez! The greed. This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations friendly great staff. I find always organized are their food, snack beverages displays and stocked. Their bathrooms are cleàn as well. I the front is definitely outdoor seating. This Starbucks is in a excellent spot as their are many different cuisines (Chinese, Japanese, Italian, Mexican, American, Greek). Nearby street parking can be scarce. Luckily for me, I was here at about 6 am, so that wasn't really a problem. Per the usual with all of my Starbucks visits, I ordered ahead of time on the mobile app before going inside. After a short wait, I got my grande pistachio latte. I am visiting LB this week and I have been going to this location for an easy order: Blonde Roast - Sunsera drip with room for Oat Milk. + The oat milk is on the napkin counter so I can add just the right amount. The staff here is what my 5 stars are all about. I'm not a regular, but the staff has been consistently excellent at greeting me (and all of the customers) with a genuine feeling. There's a nice outdoor patio as well as a large interior for those cold mornings or if you don't want to hear the 2nd St traffic. No pics, but I'll be back there this AM for what I know will be a great cup of coffee. read more

Starbucks is very good at being consistent. Their coffee and pastries and breakfast sandwiches seems to always taste the same regardless which location. I guess that is the whole point.... I had some breakfast and I love that the water is free. I sat here and worked for a while and it was pretty loud but I could still have a few conference call with no issues...however I would recommend that during the busy hours not to do so. read more

I'm disappointed Starbucks. You took a nice functional store and turned it into a cluttered furniture showroom. Way too many tables and chairs. No real area to queue to order because of all the tables. An unnecessary couch and lounging area. This is a small shop. It needs to be efficient and functional, not cramming as many tables and chairs into it like it's a popular restaurant flighting for its life. Whoever designed the remodel has no sense of space. No matter where you sit now if just feels awkward. There are some improvements but overall it's a mess. Please consider removing a couple of sets of tables and chairs to make it inviting again. You can always store them as a replacement. Otherwise staff is usually great and they do a good job getting orders completed promptly and friendly. They deserve better and the customers deserve better than this remodel. read more

This starbucks is always clean but the staff... thats a different story. The manager with the thick rimmed glasses always has an attitude every time I go in there. Well this last time I finally snapped back at her. So her store was closing in 15 mins and my husband had to use the restroom badly. So we asked to use it. And mind we have tattoos but we are well kept. Anyways my husband goes to use it and as I was waiting i thought about getting something but felt bad because the store was pretty much packed up and ready to be closed so I decided not to. Anyways my husband comes out we thank her and with an attitude goes "next time its for paying customers" as she bobs her head back and forth like a turkey. I have had more than one bad experience there. In that particular branch. And i had. let it go before. I decided quite s.ometime ago not to go back there. Even tho I live right there within walking distance. But today i said what the heck and Iwalked in. Once again I remembered why i havent been there for so long . So I finally decided to leave a review. 2 people yhere are working stocking and prepping some orders. Honestly not that busy. I syarted a phone call since no one even looked at me.After 5 mins I asked one of them if I can get some latte. He said the other gal would take the order. Five more minutes later while the young lady sees me waiting and waiting just calmly continues to stock pastries. So I just walked out and told them if they are THAT busy they should hire more help. There was no one ahead of me for 10 mins ands no one behind me in line or anything. Wasted 15 mins just standing there and they didn't even give a damn. Honestly the worst Starbucks I have sees and I drink coffee like crazy. Oh well there are 3 or 4 more coffee places within 2 blocks. It's just thats I'm used to Starbucks and I dont usually care for changing brands when I'm used to something. I usually go to drive through but I think I'm just done with Starbucks. It's your standard Starbucks, but this one is on 2nd Street in the Belmont Shore area. They have a small patio in front to enjoy your food and drink and maybe people watch a bit. They also have seating inside if you'd prefer. I like to order through the app so my drink is ready to go when I get there. I thought that the location in Belmont Shore would mean that there was not a lot of parking out front but, at least on a Monday mid-morning, it wasn't a problem. I regularly visit this particular Starbucks in the early morning. On most occasions I'll grab a table and work on my laptop after ordering a cup of coffee. How was I the only guest in the store at 6a and they didn't start making my drink until 10 mins in

I really loved location of this Starbucks. I tend to order one particular type of Frappuccino on a consistent basis for the last 10+ years, but for whatever reason this location does not seem to be able to manufacture it to the standards that Starbucks is set up for the product. I did bring it to the management attention and they said they would look into it. I went back and even though that they knew that the manager was asking for it to be made for me it was still made incorrectly and I didn't have the heart to tell them that and then I thought I'd come back yet again and my fourth visit to the place the Drink was also very watery and not made correctly. And on the last visit, the staff there that I interacted with did not have much in the way of the ability to interact with customers and make them feel welcomed. It was very businesslike and transactional. They were more interested in doing their inventory rather than. engaging the customer. This month was my birthday month and like most bakeries and small shops. They sometimes offer birthday treats for the entire month of your birthday, but apparently it was Starbucks. You have to come in on your actual day of your birthday. Which in my particular case would not be at all convenient because it's a national holiday. As I was told by the staff that everything has to be done through the Starbucks app, and since it was malfunctioning, and I made that point apparent to the staff, they still said that there is nothing they could do to assist me and everything has to be ordered through the Starbucks app itself. so I think the company itself needs to take a look at these little things and see where they can improve them because they may be growing too big and becoming too large to offer personalized service read more

Amazing, amazing service! It's been a minute since we've yelped anyone but it was towards closing, and I messed up my family's orders, but, due to dietary issues needed to get them correct. In the age of Covid it's difficult to get accustomed to lagging service or subpar products but this Starbucks never fails. This place has saved me so many mornings and they're always on time with the perfect product, exactly as I ordered (which I can't say the same for other Starbucks I've been to). This morning, around 10:30am on a Sunday, this location was packed. It was obvious the baristas were short staffed and the growing customers would cause anyone working there to have a panic attack. The baristas were hastily making drink after drink without missing a beat. When my coffees weren't ready on time (and I was getting a little stressed out because we were running late for church) due to their mobile orders being backed up and the store brimming with people, they checked in on me and made sure to help me get my drink. It was perfect and I really appreciated the customer service during such a stressful period. Way to go, baristas. I'm sure it's a crazy, fast-paced job especially now when people call out sick or quit so often, so your efforts are really appreciated. read more
