Great service. I usually don't leave reviews but I had a nice experience in this Starbucks today. Lauren was my cashier when I placed my order for a caramel mochiato or however you spell it. I also brought with me my bag of coffee that I forgot to grind and she was happy to help me. Drink came out pretty fast and it's pretty good. read more

There should be an option for 0 stars! Rude Barista with hula hoops as earrings and bad customer service(asking me if I made a purchase). It's just a bathroom! I understand keeping it clean, but there's no line of people using it without purchasing. Starbucks is known to have clean and accessible restrooms, that's why I go there. I've never been harassed before even when i don't make a purchase. Whether I purchase or not, that day, I've invested enough $$$$ to have a GOLDEN pass to be able to use the restrooms at any location! I will not be giving this location my business. Actually fed up with their Starbucks. First of all their doors are backwards and the place is always dirty. You push instead of pull when entering, why tho? Second of all, all the employees are slow and sometimes rude. Third, the coffee is mostly if not always bad tasting. You had one job. Today, was the cherry on top. Placed an order on door dash, and they forgot my drink. I called Starbucks and they said no worries, come down, we'll make you a new one. I walk my happy ass down to Starbucks and get there, stand in line for 10 mins and GREG, the manager, wants to tell me I didn't pay for my drink. As I show him proof and he doesn't make eye contact, he tries to charge me $5 more for a drink that I already paid for. There's also a line of 5 people behind me. Long story short he doesn't make my drink and I leave empty handed. Greg would rather argue with me for 10 mins, waste several more customers time and let me leave empty handed than to make a drink I paid for. This is STARBUCKS, makes money hand over fist. Can't remedy one bad situation. Keep my $4 Starbucks, you obviously need it. No tip for you Greg. Never coming here again. Bye. read more

Ladies are very nice and chill the guys too they always get my drinks right they greet me by my name which is cool. Wish I knew their names to give individual kudos, but overall their service is great. I don't understand what people bitch about on some of these reviews its fucking coffee and they can't help that it gets busy, give em' an effin break. The outside can get sketchy but whatever it's California there IS a homeless problem get over it. So overall expect your drinks to be good service to be good and the staff to be cool. This is my go to Sbux since it's the closest to my job. The baristas are always bright and cheery and they always get my drink right...and I don't have a regular drink, so it changes with my mood. The line can sometimes be out the door some days, but they take care of us efficiently. read more

I have only been to this starbucks a handful of times and I never have any issues here. My drinks are always made accurately. The workers are super nice! Especially the African American male that is usually making the drinks. When I went in there, he asked everyone individually who were waiting for their drinks, how their day was and other friendly questions. I thought it was super nice. Not all Starbucks are created equal. Yes, this is a chain. Yes, the food and experience should be the same at all locations; isn't that the point of a chain? So that you know that no matter where you go, the food will always taste the same? Well, this is definitely not the case for this Starbucks. I'm not a huge coffee drinker nor Starbucks lover by any means. I'm not even a fan of writing reviews for chains like this, but the drinks they make here are so terrible that it's driven me to Yelp about it. I've gone to this location a few times, but always end up wondering why I even bothered to begin with. There's always something wrong with my drink. Either my frappucino is liquid instead of icy or my lemonade iced tea tastes like lemon tap water; they just can't seem to get it right. I love this place but tiday my double smoked bacon sandwich had RAW bacon. I asked the girl to cook it ahe said cant do that but I'll get you a new sandwich. I had already waited 10 mins. I told her no thanks. They are always friendly, the girl who usually makes my coffee was not there today. :( I was disappointed that I had a bad experience I cannot give a better rating today because the bacon was RAW that is unsanitary, and it will make you very sick. read more

This store is understaffed, like one cashier and one barista, which is why all the problems below exist: 1. Dirty bathrooms 2. Not well stocked shelves 3. Dirty dining room 4. Slower than normal service The staff are working feverishly, but for the customers here one barista isn't enough! The poor girl needs a break! The cashier is trying to make hot items in between register customers, which is why the cashier is only intermittently there. Doesn't Starbucks care about customer service? Hire more people! I used to come here almost every other day, but I only visit this location every once in a while now that I have a different job that's farther away. When I come in, some of the employees here still remember me and have small conversations with me, and it really brightens my day. There were a lot of people that left, but that doesn't surprise me for a place like this. I'm happy to still see Marissa here though, she gets my drink right evvvvvery time (no matter how cray cray I'm feeling in the moment with my modifications ). I've seen her even call other people by their names as they were walking up to the register, and I think it's awesome that she adds such a good personal touch to each persons starbucks "experience". read more

You can find this little Starbucks in a working class strip mall close-ish to downtown Concord. The baristas are knowledgeable and the service is good- they are efficient, kind, and fun! What more can you ask for?! I have had the pleasure of being served by many different baristas here over the years but this whole location is consistently a step above, particularly Samantha, Sam, and Ashley always have a smile on and are a joy to see. The drinks are always on point and the food items are always yummy as well. As for one of the previous reviews, I'm not sure what kind of diva gets their bagel scooped out at a Starbucks but if that's what they want I'd direct them to an actual bagel place perhaps... Also just an FYI, Panera doesn't scoop out your bagel either. Maybe you should just get something else if you're avoiding carbs? read more

Put in a mobile order for a hot grande PSL. Went in to pick it up and got into my car. Took a sip and noticed that it felt a little....empty? I took off the lid and see that it's filled maybe a little over 3/4. I just stopped by just to grab a quick breakfast of three bananas and an ethos water which I assumed would be pretty cheap considering it's just a water bottle nope came out to about nine dollars for three bananas and a bottle of water and the bananas they were kind of brown and tan like they had been sitting there for at least a couple weeks they still tasted decent so I can't totally complain moreover,I thought it was pretty cool to know that those water bottles they sell there at for every bottle of water you by Starbucks will donate money to a charity over there where they really need help unfortunately what really pissed me off after I drink the water bottle was I read the fine print on the water bottle if this is a multi million company maybe multi billion dollar Starbucks comp company and they're only giving every any like the people in those poor countries five cents for every water bottle they sell five cents can't even get you down the street on the bus that's not gonna make an impact good business pitch though I should also like to make a sidenote that when I was finding a place to park didn't take very long the servers were very polite very nice although there was a huge line that was wrapping around the place inside it only took five minutes or so they're great workers read more

Okay Starbucks located at the Willow Pass Shopping Center near Ranch 99. Came for an iced caramel latte and cake pop after work last week. The place is alright but I definitely like the Starbucks at Todos Santos Plaza better. The parking lot is always busy here but it's bigger so there's a better chance of finding parking here than TSP if you're going at a busy hour. read more

This Starbucks is a very nice place to know. It is in the middle of a mid-price-range stores shopping center and gets a lot of traffic. It is small but is very well-done inside so besides getting expedited very fast if not staying, the space offers communal seating, ample window seating with changing views, dark-corner tables and high tables for an experience of your choice. The staff are great. The line is always super fast. Everything is always fresh and as expected. They even have wall sockets (removed from most Starbucks) that come handy until abused and disappear. For the tiny place it is huge traffic can go through it without a hiccup and somehow there is no shartage of seating even when super busy. Good place to know. read more

I order from Starbucks nearly every morning for YEARS for my entire family and more recently from UberEats since the COVID lockdown in March. One day it led me to this specific location out of the blue, although there were several other Starbucks locations nearby where I live, Uber Eats suggested I order from this location because it was the fastest delivery. The first time I ordered, there was a friendly message written on my Starbucks bag that was personalized with my name and a thank you from the Starbucks Park & Shop. I thought it was very kind of them to take the time to do that. So I continued to order from them daily, and each morning another lovely personalized message. Same for my eldest daughter, each time she ordered... a friendly note written on the bag to her to says thanks for choosing them. These little things go a long way, especially with all the negativity surrounding the world these days. I truly appreciate the above & beyond efforts of your employees. That's customer service I wish more places had. Management... corporate... listen!.. Give the staff at this location praise (and a raise) because they deserve it for not only their tasty drinks, but their commitment to outstanding service. Thank you for brightening our day each time we order.
