myself and a friend came in here after a meeting to get a drink, and there was a group of employees sitting at these tables over by the cups, and this one lady with blonde hair ( i believe this was the manager) had looked to another employee who had marks on his arm and asked if he was suicidal in front of the whole store. This was like super uncomfortable for myself and my friend, and the employees didn't look to comfortable either. I had asked the people behind the counter who she was and the gentleman with the beard said she was the store manager. That is ridiculous. Why would you treat someone like this in front of so many people. I went in here asking for a cup of tap water for my dog and I on a 95degree day, visibly sweaty and in need of water. The lady said we needed to buy something. The dude and I came to this Starbucks in Concord, Ca before leaving back to the Central Valley. The dude used mobile ordering as lines in Starbucks can be long at times. I ordered my usual Matcha Green Tea Latte with almond milk which is always perfect! It's not as sweet, which I like and low calories! Which definitely fits into my diet if you are health conscious! My cup was a sippy cup lols which California is trying to get rid of straws. Which I thought was gonna be messy but it wasn't. The staff was friendly and my drink was instantly ready when I came in. As he arrives at the store, I can hear a lady in the background telling him the employees are just arriving and he confirms with me that is what he sees. That is around 6:54am, and they are already supposed to be open by 6am per Yelp. So i can't get a refund for the drink through the app or cancel my order, and my husband cannot there wait for his drink to be made. I attempt to call the store number to see if I can speak with management to still get a refund, and the line has no ring tone. Starbucks where Fry's Electronics and 99 cent store is at attracts a lot of people and they don't get a drink but ask for the code to the restroom. I do buy a drink from them then I ask for the code for the restroom. When I come to this location I see people that done their shopping at the 99 cent store just sit down and drink their Starbucks order (not sure if they been there over an hour). I have not had any bad experience at this location. I gotten the great service that they given me whenever I order there. If you have to go to this Starbucks my suggestion to park at is where Fry's Electronics is at. read more

Its just like any other Starbucks really, the coffee is consistent of course so the only other thing to talk about would be the customer service and the interior/exterior. The customer service has been great each time l've gone. The lines tend to be longer at this location but in my experience they've moved fast which is a plus. Per usual, the drinks are made in the order they are received and it usually takes about 5-10 minutes before they are ready. I haven't had any mistakes with my drinks....then again, I don't usually request complicated drinks lol. The interior looks like any other Starbucks, they have their condiments table near the entrance of the business, their wall display with their mugs and coffee near the line, and food/pastries near the register. There are tables and chairs inside. No drive thru at this location and no outdoor seating. Plenty of parking since it's inside a shopping center. read more

She was told she could not and it was too close to closing. She advised she was a customer and would be making a purchase but had to use the restroom before ordering. She was again told no. I am trying to find parking after dropping her at the door. She leaves because now she really has to go and starts to have to wander to locate another restroom. I came here many times and the staff there are always more than friendly when I do come here (and I'm not even considered a regular yet). Last time I visited, I ordered a crushed passion tea with 4 pumps classic syrup and even though they had never made it before, it came out perfect - not too slushy or too icy. UPDATE: a couple years later, all the same problems. -------------------- It's the closest Starbucks to my home and the staff is friendly and all, but the place always seems understaffed and a little messy. Then, I just placed a mobile order and waited (because I saw a long line of cups that appeared to be a large order for someone ahead of me, but after waiting for 15 minutes, I asked about my order and they hadn't even bothered to look at where the mobile orders come in. Starbucks, if you're going to offer this feature, train your staff to check for the orders. Make the damned thing go "DING!" or something! UPDATE: they've gotten better about the mobile orders (maybe some training was needed, no big deal) but Saturday at 10:30 AM, it's a madhouse and there are only 3 people working here. HORE MORE STAFF! Also, their mobile order printer jammed and they, again, didn't see my order this morning. Moved here 5 years ago. Started going to this location and it was pretty upsetting. Nobody cared for customer service or quality products. So I stopped going. Wife has been sending me for the last month or so and I have to tell you, quality everything all in one and it starts with the staff! Pretty clear the people behind the counter care and it shows in volume! Friendly, knowledgeable, clean and on point! Not sure of the young mans name but he was solid for remembering my name since I had only been there a few days in a row. Also, yesterday morning I encountered Angie!
