I demolished that thang so fast it was ridiculous! There was a little line but the customer service was wonderful so I understand because the young lady so patient and asked and answered questions. My mini bun was hot and delicious.

This review is only for their Oreo® Cookies & Cream Chillattas: it was a creamy blended beverage resembling a milkshake with prominent, delicious cookies and cream flavor with real Oreo cookie bits in the drink. It was expectedly delicious given how highly caloric this dessert, I mean drink, is (the regular size [24 fl oz] delivered 850 calories to your body!). Definitely something you should indulge in only once in a while. The service was quick and staff was very nice and friendly. I'd definitely go back to this Cinnabon. Two thumbs up.

Quick and perfect experience got a nice sweet cinnabon to go couldn't have asked for any better sweet tasting treat to treat myself after walking around the mall for a few hours they were so kind and nice and there was no wait time great service great desert treat.

This Cinnabon is located on the first floor of the Concord Sunvalley Mall and you can smell it from miles away! I love the smell of fresh cinnamon rolls! They have many quick and efficient workers here and they have social distant lines. The line can be long but it can go by really quickly. I'm always a can of their classic cinnamon rolls, pecan caramel, and mini cinnamon rolls. It's always so good fresh because it's very soft and chewy on the inside. You can buy the large packs and take them home and just zap them in the microwave and they're good to go!

Always delicious and never disappointing. There are not many Cinnabon locations left in the Bay Area. Whenever you are craving some okey gooey goodness this is the place to go. I got lucky because they had just put out a fresh batch of cinnamon rolls. It was nice and warm the icing perfectly melted. Not too sweet and just the right amount of cinnamon on the inside.

They closed without saying anything for over a month and reopened back up... seems like a common thing after I looked at the tips. ^^Came here before and after the fact, I love their cinnabon and coffee, all super sweet and sugary. I enjoy eating it fresh or if I take some home, I warm it in the microwave for a few seconds. The cashier was meh, didn't talk, besides telling me the total and just grabbed the cinnabon for me and took my payment.

I'm a fan! Cinnabon is such a great dessert spot! Super casual and plenty of malls have this place. It's usually a quick service, you show up, order, and be ready to indulge. I love this place for the cinnastix! It comes with a side of cream and it never disappoints. They also have a variety of ice coffee drinks. The stix are so fresh and the buns are delicious too! I definitely recommend getting an order here!

The bread was moist, the homemade cream was creamy and delish with little mango chunks . I also decided to try their tiramisu latte. It was so good, creamy chocolateee smooth with a coffee kick, and the homemade whipped cream was so good. The tiramisu latte was so good I had to go back to get a second one as I gave my mom some to try and she loved it, lol. Service was great too, very friendly. The ambiance is fa French bakery with light earthy colors not too bright or dim. There's plenty of seating looking out the window. Parking is in front of the store too.

I had a roller coaster moment of feelings about this visit to Tous Les Jours!…read more I was happy to venture out into the rain to go to Tous Les Jours thinking that they would have some of the cream filled donuts due to the inclement weather (rainy weather typically means less customers to contend with )! I was even happier to walk into this bakery of delectable delights to see that indeed the cream filled donuts were available!!! The white speckled sugar coated donuts all looked enticing behind the transparent glass sliding doors, all topped off with their beautifully piped cream hats of flavor representation- mango, pistachio, strawberry, matcha, vanilla ... (pastry conundrum of what to get!!! ) The lucky cream filled donut flavors picked: mango, strawberry, and pistachio. (Mind you, these looked stunningly delicious to get your tastebuds wet, even though you are no longer out in the rain!) The nice TLJ staffer packed the goodies nicely (so I thought). The packaging for the baked butter buns and cream filled donuts arrived to the gathering safely! Eyes were on the beautiful TLJ box ... ... Opened to a visual disappointment!!! I was let down and felt betrayed! The cream filled donuts' beautifully piped tops were no longer visually appealing, but a rather messy smushed gob of cream abuse!!! I was also disappointed that the box top tasted it before my friends and I did!!! How rude!!! TLJ please do better in prepping your cream filled donuts for transport!!! Perhaps use a cake slice to-go box? After having to apologize and tell my friends that the cream filled donuts looked good in the bakery (with a Pinky promise! ), we each partake in a sugary chorus of creamy filled euphony of moans and groans. The creaminess of the filling, light and flavorful, tantalizing all of our tastebuds!! One lucky friend even swiped the TLJ box lid for cream remnants that didn't make it all the way with the donut part! Happy to finally get a chance to purchase the cream filled donuts. Disappointed in the visual after transport and unboxing to share. And happy to enjoy the flavorful pastry. Can't wait to go back for more scrumptious treats!!

Had to finally commit, since there isn't one close to where I live. All the locations are in the East Bay. Thankfully, I made it. I chose two selections. The banana pudding and the chocolate raspberry. I was surprised of the price points. Pretty affordable, more than other bakeries I can think of. The cookies are not little. They smelled wonderful. They taste even better. The customer service was terrific. Friendly and efficient staff members. I enjoyed both flavors and appreciated the high-quality ingredient list is clearly used in the production. I noticed that the cookies are not as sweet as they appear to be. I detected more salt, than sugar in the finish/aftertaste. I look forward to coming back again to sample more flavors. There was a flyer on the front door promoting the upcoming grand opening of the latest new location, in Hayward.

I came earlier today and bought 3 cookies: Classic brown butter pecan, banana pudding, and cookies and cream. All three were amazing! They each had a crunch, crispy outer layer with a moist inside. They're buttery and have this pan crust taste to them which stick out from the rest. There were so many other flavors I wanted to try but I didn't want to go overboard lol. Cookies were going for about $3.50-$3.75 each which is regular for a boutique cookie. My ultimate favorites so far is the brown butter pecan and banana pudding. These stick out from every cookie I've had over the years. They're so delicious and tasty that I want a whole box. I really wish they had a Butter Pecan cookie shop where I'm from in the South Bay. The East Bay is lucky to have these cookies! To the owners or whoever is going to franchise this place, please open up in Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, Cupertino, or Mountain View! Trust me, people will go crazy for these. I'm definitely coming back!

Paris Baguette - Pain Au Chocolat pastry. BAM! Flakey, melts like butter in your mouth. $4.99 (?). Pastries come in a nice Parisian-style confectionary box.

If you know, you know. The pastries here are absolutely worth the detour--and honestly, wherever I see a Paris Baguette, I do pull over. That includes locations I've visited in Northern California, North Brunswick, New Jersey, Atlanta, Georgia, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and even the one here in Charlotte down in Pineville. It's a bit of a drive for me, but when I'm in that area, I always make a point to stop in and pick up a couple of their delicious croissant-donut pastries and marzipan or almond croissants. That's the beauty of this bakery--it's a chain, yes, but the consistency is what keeps me coming back. I have yet to be disappointed. Of course, I had to stop at this Hilton Head location--and I didn't come empty-handed. Food connects people, and bringing pastries to your host is always a winning move. I picked up three different varieties of their famous croissant-donut style pastries (similar to the well-known cronut): * Chocolate * Tiramisu * Mango And I added two large almond croissants that were beautifully filled, flaky, and indulgent. Everything looked fresh, full, and irresistible. The setup inside is easy and efficient. It's self-serve: you grab a tray, line it with parchment, use the tongs, and select whatever catches your eye--from baguettes to cakes to coffee drinks. Checkout was quick, Apple Pay was accepted, and the whole experience felt smooth and well organized. The space was clean, friendly, and inviting, with plenty of outdoor seating. Bottom line: Whenever you see a Paris Baguette on your radar, pull over. It's dependable, delicious, and perfect for picking up pastries to share--or to treat yourself. For me, it's one of those rare places that delivers the same quality every single time, no matter the city--and that kind of consistency is something I truly appreciate as a traveler and lifelong foodie.

I had signed up for the store app. and decided to hit up their store here in Pleasant Hill, CA for a preview. There were some mixed observations for my 1st visit, which explains my 3 star rating (think a grade of C, C+ or possibly eeking out a B-, idk?). Parking's a snap behind the store in a large lot and free for up to 3 hrs. Upon my arrival to the street facing storefront, I encountered 3 of the 4 entrance doors locked from the outside. Gadzooks! How the heck do you get inside this security zone of a store, lol? Finally entered through the 1 unlocked door after naturally trying all the others first . Once inside, it would've been nice to have been greeted/welcomed by a host or floorperson for those of us unfamiliar with the store concept or the procedure of how you serve yourself. As you walk in, there's cafeteria-like trays, tongs and tray liners to your left. You grab this setup to begin your pastry and goodies selection. Pretty much self-serve from there until you queue up to pay. There's also a self-service ordering kiosk inside and you can order ahead on the Paris Baguette app. Speaking of the app, it pays to install it on your device as doing so entitles you to a free pastry with purchase upon your 1st visit. Anywhere from a $3.99-$5.99 value this is, so nothing to sneeze at. And they send you other freebies & deals through this medium also. Pricing for your basic pastries: Think Starbuck's prices + 15-20% or thereabouts. Not sure how the rewards system works here yet or how it might stack up to the aforementioned Starbuck's program or others? The pastries: Oh so good! Definitely no complaints here. If not for them being a bit on the pricier side, as alluded to already. Warm, flaky & fresh out of the oven. Parisian style. Definite niche appeal outside of your random donut shop or Starbucks' offerings. I did not try any of their different beverage options like coffees, teas, lattes or frappes this visit. No doubt this chain will succeed, as is evidenced by their rapid store growth, "newness" of the brand/concept and customer popularity. My pastry choices were the Pain Au Chocolat and the Pain Aux Raisins. One being the free one with the promotion. 10 out of 10. They also do whole bread loaves, cakes and other confectionaries + special orders. Pretty much a full service bakery, Paris style. And if you're sugar and/or calorie cautious, this bakery will no doubt appear like a mine field, lol. Everything in moderation I guess as the saying goes? It's a winner overall. Subtractions for the Fort Knox-like entrance issues and a lack of customer intro-greeting. It looked very popular inside for an early Saturday morning.
