Been coming to this location as far back as I can remember. This time, I parked on the side near Red Robin so as to avoid having to walk through as much of the mall as possible. This led me right to the escalator that leads right down to Cinnabon. It was later in the day and they closed at 7pm so there wasn't too much of a line. I was greeted right away and didn't have to wait too long to ring out. I didn't want to buy too much as I just came from dinner. Purchased a mini Cinnabon that came out to about $7 more or less. Perfect size for one person with no leftovers. The bigger one is more bang for your buck, but I knew I wouldn't be able to finish it all and didn't want leftover so I opted for the smaller size. Ended up working out. Mall was a little hectic as people were trying to get what they needed last minute but this area seemed fine. Never an issue when I come here. read more

Great product, crappy customer service. There was a deal on screen that said buy 4 cinnamon rolls for the price of 3. We explicitly told the cashier that we wanted that deal. He asked if we wanted individual or a pack. We told him whatever the deal was. He proceeded to pack up the individual rolls. I noticed that he didn't give the discount and my partner asked him if this was the deal that was buy for for the price of three. He said no it was the pack. So we said well we want the discount so please give us the pack. He audibly sighed in annoyance. I decided that if he was going to be a jerk about it then I'd spend my money elsewhere. This review is only for their Oreo® Cookies & Cream Chillattas: it was a creamy blended beverage resembling a milkshake with prominent, delicious cookies and cream flavor with real Oreo cookie bits in the drink. It was expectedly delicious given how highly caloric this dessert, I mean drink, is (the regular size [24 fl oz] delivered 850 calories to your body!). My daughter has loved this place ever since she tried it at the age of 4. I've got to admit, I do too. And don't even get me started on the soft center of the roll- the best parts of the cinnamon roll drizzled in the perfect amount of cream cheese frosting. This Cinnabon is located on the first floor of the Concord Sunvalley Mall and you can smell it from miles away! I love the smell of fresh cinnamon rolls! They have many quick and efficient workers here and they have social distant lines. The line can be long but it can go by really quickly. I'm always a can of their classic cinnamon rolls, pecan caramel, and mini cinnamon rolls. It's always so good fresh because it's very soft and chewy on the inside. You can buy the large packs and take them home and just zap them in the microwave and they're good to go! read more

Mmmm OMG make me drool! I was craving Cinnabon ever since my pregnant friend mentioned it LOL This Cinnabon location is the biggest I've seen! Most Cinnabons are just walk-up counters or if they have seating it's usually only like one or two tables. This Cinnabon is kind of like a mini cafe, and they have a few tables out. I like that it's nice, wide and bright. I got a classic cinnabon and their mochalatta. Both are super delicious! I love me some iced coffee and their mochalatta hit the spot! Every time you go to Sun Valley Mall this place lures you in just by the wonderful aroma of Cinnabons! However, I am quite a lucky girl since I do not like Cinnabons. Alternatively, they do have other drinks/treats that aren't 1000 calories at a time. I wanted to get something small and not too sweet. I asked the cashier if I can get a fresh order of Cinnasweeties. She stood there and finally said yeah I guess.. I mean, I know it's 30 minutes to closing and you need to sell what you have but I am not eating something that has been sitting for hours. The malls are known to hire young kids who try their absolute best to provide customer service but it always fails. I love Cinnabon. There is nothing negative about those amazing buns of cinnamon love. The location in the SunValley mall is consistent with all other locations that I have been to. The area is always clean, plenty of napkins and utensils. The staff aren't super friendly but by no means are they mean or rude. Their staff was friendly today, the place was kept up, food looked oooey gooey & my memory sensors went into memory lane of how it tasted in years before and I knew in that second that when I ordered my Cinnabon, it would still taste the same way as when they first opened. Consistency guys... bcuz I'll be sad to have come here and it didn't taste the same. Well on this particular day and normally eating clean and salads and stuff like that... I had never before had Cinnabon. Yes! That's correct! I am the anomaly in today's mall culture. After watching an episode of Undercover Boss on the OWN network, I was so impressed with the company that I decided to try Cinnabon for the first time! I visited TWICE! One visit was good. The other visit was bad! : ( Visit #1: During my first visit, I brought my little nephew who had never tried Cinnabon either! (Who ARE we? : ) This first visit yielded good customer service from the manager and a fresh product. We enjoyed our to-go Cinnabon Classic Roll and Mini Rolls at home. I *thought* that I had seen the light! Wrong! Visit #2: I came in for a second visit after receiving a promotional e-mail for a Mocha Chillatta. Mmmm, sounds good, right? Wrong again! : ( When I arrived 30 minutes prior to closing, the cashier told me that they had run out of Mocha Chillatta! Another employee shook her head and suddenly the cashier said that this drink *was* available. A third employee proceeded to open a plastic bucket and pour the contents into a clear plastic cup, topping it with whipped cream. Ewww! When I inquired as to whether this was a Mocha Chillatta, the employees stated that it was. I asked why it was in a bucket and they told me that they started to clean up early since it was 30 minutes before closing. The unappetizing manner in which the drink was "prepared" made me concerned : ( In addition to the Mocha Chillatta, I purchased a Cinnabon Classic Roll to-go since my initial roll had been so good. Unfortunately, this was the worst $4.16 I have ever spent. (That's saying a lot). The Cinnabon Roll tasted odd!! I asked a family member to taste the roll, and they also said that it had a weird taste. It was so unpleasant that we could NOT consume the Cinnabon Classic Roll and threw it away : ( Thus, I won't be returning to Cinnabon anytime soon and will simply remember my one and only good Cinnabon. They are usually pretty good but a little pricey for what you get. The other day we spent over 20 bucks on a box of cinnamon rolls. We got them home and heated them as directed on the box. The dough had hardly even rose when they were baked. Almost like they rolled them up and threw them right in the oven. Very disappointing. Ended up tossing them because they were so bad. read more
