Everytime I eat at any Auntie Anne's, I always order the Almond Pretzel ($3.19) and a cheese dip ($0.79) on the side. I like the sweet and salty combination. I'm only giving this location 3 stars because in the few times I've ordered here, the pretzels weren't as fresh. It's like it's been sitting there longer than the other pretzels. They recently changed their promotional program from an FBC (Frequent Buyer Card) and e-mail blast to an app. I recommend downloading the app because you get a lot of freebies and deals, including a free pretzel for your b-day! : ) If you ask, they will give you a hot, freshly baked pretzel or pretzel-dog, as long as you don't mind waiting a few minutes. At this location, I decided to switch it up and I got a sweet almond pretzel, but I usually get a normal one. MMMMMM! This place is delicious--as if you couldn't tell from the miles of pretzel scent that literally draws you right over. Everyone is always walking around the mall eating Auntie Anne's. They're pretty cheap and probably the best pretzels I've ever had. The line can get long, but most of the time there's no wait or possibly only a couple of people infront of you (it really depends what time and day you head over to the mall). They also have slushy drinks which are great! The best things there are the pretzel hot dog (yes, I know it sounds weird..but it's addictive!) and the pretzel sticks with cheese dipping sauce. No trip to the mall is complete without stopping here. A note: they don't accept credit cards (they have big signs saying this all over the place), so bring cash! There's about 40 million ways to acquire a junk food fix, and a yummy pretzel is a great one! Auntie Anne's has plenty of locations, and this Sun Valley Mall spot was open pretty late on a weeknight, we scored our snack just shy of 9:00 pm. A classic pretzel with cream cheese dip never fails to rock my world. Round it out with an ice cold lemonade from the friendly workers, and all is right in the world again! The three stars are ONLY because of their employees Carla and Kevin, which I'm so grateful that they were working this afternoon when my coworkers and I stopped by. The reason they didn't get 5 stars is because of Alexander. We went up to redeem our reward and Alexander just said you need to download the app & walked away. After struggling with the app due to "error" we went up to ask for help. Alexander clearly wanted nothing to do with us- Carla was the first one to be patient and really tried to help us then Kevin starting helping too. A long line started forming and Alexander didn't even try to take customers, as he stood there doing nothing. I could hear him making remarks in Spanish not knowing that we all spoke Spanish. Finally a customer who was in line was able to help us out and we got everything handled! Mind you we were kind to all the workers the whole time so it was definitely his POOR customer service. So.. incredibly.. overpriced. I came here a few days ago and ordered the combo meal (a pretzel dog, your choice of dipping sauce, and small drink.) For $8 I expected a little more. The pretzel dog was so teeny, tiny I devoured it in 30 seconds and was still left absolutely starving. Not to mention how damn SALTY this thing was! not sure if it was the hot dog part (most likely was) or the dough but it was almost over-powering the amount of sodium present in this thing. The cheese dipping sauce was pretty good, and was more than enough for my toddler sized bagel dog. no complaints there. The strawberry lemonade was also not horrible, also not great though either, tasted very artificial. I probably will not be coming here again. If I do, I'll get something a lot cheaper than the rip-off "combo meal" and have lower expectations than to walk away from this place satisfied. Customer service isn't bad, but there's a lot of better food places (for half the price) to go to in the Sunvalley Mall. read more

I don't usually get their pretzels... but the bagel dogs are great, although sometimes burnt, but nothing that can't be fixed with a nice smothering of mayonnaise. I love the pretzels here. I have tried the raisin, cinnamon, and the regular pretzels. I love the cinnamon ones. The raisin pretzels have a lot of icing and come in their own boxes. If you want something really sweet try the raisin pretzel for the icing. The regular pretzels are classic and have a great buttery flavor. Their pretzels and drinks are good. Lines can get long, but it is worth the wait. The place is noisy, but that is because it is in an area where you see a huge portion of shooppers. The workers are friendly. The place is good to get a meal, but more so for snacking. read more
