Burnt mini begal dogs that were cold and needed reheating.
Andy I.

So sad. I travel A LOT so hit Auntie Anne's at many airports. LOVE THEM! Was happy when one opened by our house. But this location's execution is consistently poor. Just got this take out order and it was burnt and cold. Sad to have to reheat burnt food. PLEASE FIX THIS BEFORE YOU HAVE TO CLOSE. Would hate to see that.

I haven't had an Auntie Anne's pretzel in years, great snack for this Spring-like weather!

Whenever I see Auntie Anne's it reminds me of a time when I used to be heavily interested in shopping at the mall. Being a creature of habit, I always treated myself to an Auntie Anne's pretzel to cap off a day (or evening) of shopping. Now that I'm more of an online shopper, I'm rarely at the mall; therefore, there is hardly an opportunity for me to enjoy an Auntie Anne's pretzel. However, that all changed after a recent trip to the nearby Wal-Mart with my son. After a failed attempt to purchase red bark from Wal-Mart, we were walking to my car when we spotted the Auntie Anne's x Cinnabon location. I rarely visit this portion of Elk Grove, so I had absolutely no idea that it existed. What I can tell you is that my son and I were equally excited to have a little afternoon treat. Upon entry we were greeted by an employee who was ready to take our orders. My son ordered the "Center of the Roll" and I ordered a Jalapeño pretzel. Five minutes later we were stuffing our faces as we walked to my car. For vanity reasons, I definitely do not want to make this my new habit. However, whenever I get a strong craving for an Auntie Anne's pretzel, I am happy to know that I no longer have to be near a mall to have one! Thank you Auntie Anne's x Cinnabon of Elk Grove!

This is a constant snack stop for me everytime I'm in the area. I love walking into the smell of warm pretzels with that nostalgia of the mall except that I didn't need to spend so many hours walking around the stores to just come by here. I have always loved coming to this location specifically because parking is a lot better and it's less of a line for a quick bite. The staff here are always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a snack on their way home or on their way to run some errands. It's even connected to Cinnabon if you want something with a little more sugar!

Only the hotdog was edible

The coupon scanner didn't work so I entered my email to the system - even though I bought exactly the required purchase (worker confirmed as well), the coupon still didn't go through. She didn't even bother trying to figure out a different way to do it. The mini pretzel dogs were burnt. Only thing that was edible were the hot dogs inside the pretzel. Store was clean. Line gets long quick. There seems to be more employees rolling dough and baking on the Cinnabon side. They only have one cashier and one food bagger working at the counter.

Auntie Anne's shares the same location as Cinnabon, next to Dutch Bros. I showed up 10 minutes early and there was already a line forming. Once they opened up the doors though, the line moved pretty quickly. We were done ordering and paying within 10 minutes but they only had one classic cinnabon left so we had to wait another 10 minutes for the next batch to get my second one. Luckily they gave us everything else while we waited so my son and I could snack on the pretzel bites. The guy and girl at the cashiers this morning were very nice and they apologized to each person about the wait. They had great customer service skills. Everyone working on the food was not so friendly and seemed stressed out, but since they're still in the front of the counters they should still be friendly. There was one lady who appeared to be in charge and managing which items were left but she did not crack a smile or an apology. It seems like they're still a bit disorganized because I saw the group of people ahead of me and they were all waiting on food and given their Cinnabons in different orders, so people who ordered first were getting upset. Hopefully they'll work this out as the store is open longer. As for the taste, really can't go wrong with a classic pretzel but the pretzel bites are definitely easier to munch on. So glad there's a close location for me to get a pretzel now!

I've been waiting for a pretzel shop that doesn't require me to go to a crowded mall. My wish has come true lol. Very crowded when I came in on a Friday but that's a given since it's a brand new spot that everyone wants to check out. You can see them actually make the cinnamon rolls right in front of you. I actually didn't get any cinnamon rolls but I will return to grab some. Today I only got the cinnamon sugar pretzel and the pepperoni pretzel. They were checking out customers at the register quicker than they were handing out orders. I'm sure they'll get this down better as time goes on. Small place and not many chairs/tables for dine in.

The nostalgia... I really loved this place growing up. Waiting in line every Friday with my friends as a mall rat with my allowance money in hand. Now I'm an "adult" and I crave the pretzels every so often. I got the mini bites, plain and cinnamon sugar, with caramel and cheese dipping sauces. the pretzels were hot and soft as if they were just baked. I'm not sure if they were but I could see the staff making more pretzels and Cinnabons! front cashier was friendly throughout our visit

The matcha was present but not too bitter, and the avocado made it creamy. I tried this with medium matcha 3/24/26 and forgot to mix it prior to drinking (my fault; it'd be nice if they did it beforehand)-- I got all of the matcha at the top with no avocado which was bitter, but bearable with the boba balls. (I was driving so I didn't have a chance to properly mix it after I put the straw in the store.) The avocado portion with only boba was very good. If you like the taste of strong matcha then you'll like YiFang; I prefer the avocado drink with light matcha.

This was my first time trying YiFang Taiwan and I was craving a refreshing mango pomelo sago drink after eating a savory meal but the mango pomelo sago was unfortunately sold out so I went with the mango sago and added jelly instead. They made my order wrong, but remade it for me and let me keep the first drink so I appreciated that very much. Their customer service is good and they were quick to resolve the issue. However, I did not really enjoy my drink. When they gave me the first drink with only jelly and no sago, my first impression was surprise at the large quantity of jelly topping in the drink. The toppings made up like 35-40% of the drink. I had the thought to ask them to use less toppings when remaking the drink but I assumed that if they were going to remake it and add two toppings, that it would be the same amount but divided into two. I regretted not asking though because in the corrected drink, they gave me so much topping that it made up half of the drink. They also did not drain the sago and it was not mixed in with the mango drink so it was very off putting and tasted strange compared to the first drink. Even when I tried mixing it all together, there was hardly any drink and all that was coming through the straw were the toppings. I gave up on the drink and ended up just drinking the first drink they made me. I think the topping portions is kind of crazy and I have never really experienced that before. I would much rather have more drink than toppings. I wish I knew about this beforehand or I wouldn't have added an extra topping. I would be open to trying this place again but only ordering their original drinks as is and/or requesting less toppings. I don't want to make quick judgements from this one drink because I have heard good things about YiFang drinks and they had great customer service. I am hopping that my next experience will be better!

After a long day at work, I needed something easy, comforting, and guaranteed to make people smile. So naturally, I turned to DoorDash and scheduled a pickup order for after work -- one less thing to worry about. In the notes section, I politely asked if they could warm the bread right before pickup. Let me tell you... they understood the assignment. The bakery was only three minutes away from my job, and the moment the associate handed me that HOT box filled with twenty-five Señorita Bread Rolls (or Spanish Bread, depending on who you ask), my car instantly smelled like childhood memories and Filipino family gatherings. Sweet buttery bread wrapped in warm paper? That's the kind of comfort you can't fake. I drove fifteen minutes to dinner trying very hard not to "accidentally" eat a few rolls in the car. The second I placed the box on the dessert table, it was over. Hands started reaching in immediately. No introductions, no hesitation -- just pure survival mode. Everyone kept grabbing "just one more." About thirty minutes later, the host looked around and asked, "Wait... what happened to the box of Señorita rolls?" I couldn't stop laughing. "I think the people have spoken," I said. The entire box had vanished. Honestly, watching grown adults hover around a pastry box like kids at a birthday party was probably the highlight of the night. Those rolls didn't just bring dessert -- they brought comfort, nostalgia, and a whole lot of happiness to the table. Next time, I'm definitely ordering double. Maybe triple.
