Been a regular for years. This location used to be a favorite, but it has gone downhill over the last few years. If I come in the evenings the trash smell upon walking in is often over powering. I think it may be due to the trash compacting garbage cans. Maybe they're not changed often enough. But the lobby, and sometimes into the restaurant, can have an overwhelming trash smell. And in the evenings the floors are usually dirty. Like sticky, food everywhere, not sure when they were mopped last, dirty. The customer service aspect of CFA at this location seems to be pretty much non existent (there are a few employee exceptions to this). I ordered a Mac and cheese on the app around 9pm-ish. The employee came over and said they were out of Mac and cheese. Then we just kind of awkwardly looked at each other because I was not offered any resolution, and I don't know what my options are. At that point I just wanted my money back because I had already paid in the app. But she said "I can offer you a medium fry instead". I just said sure. Even though, not working there I know that the medium fry and the medium Mac and cheese aren't the same price. But I just wanted to be done. I picked up the chicken biscuit breakfast sandwich, and actually like the biscuit better than the regular chicken sandwich. The chicken may be a tiny bit smaller but it's the same patty, which is pretty good. There were no long lines in the drive-thru today, about 10:00 am. read more

This store is so clean and spacious! They also have automatic trash doors, so you don't get your hands dirty throwing stuff away. Everybody was so kind, smiley, and kept saying "My Pleasure". I especially want to shoutout Angie! She's so attentive, helpful, and sweet. She checked up on us to make sure we had everything we needed, refilled my drink. Did everything with a smile! She also greeted us when we walked in and said goodbye, wished us a great day as we left. Made my dining experience so much better! The food came out quickly even though it was packed! All of the tables were full, there was a long line, not to mention the drive thru cars. And yet my whole table received our food within 10 minutes. Insanely fast! Not a fan of the new Dragonfruit Lemonade, too tart, nothing special about the dragonfruit flavor- so faint. Also if you order a meal with the new drink, there's an up-charge. Wish that would've been communicated. Just stick to the sweet tea! Also, my meal came with ice cream. And they gave it to me first? Making it melted by the time I got to eat it as a dessert. I had already been standing in line before 10:30, patiently waiting my turn, and when I finally got to the counter, the employee showed absolutely no compassion or understanding. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable -- just a breakfast item I had been waiting for -- but instead I was met with a cold "we're not serving breakfast anymore." I ended up leaving with nothing, completely livid and disappointed. For a brand that prides itself on kindness and customer service, this location showed neither. I understand policies, but sometimes a little empathy goes a long way -- especially when someone makes a special trip just to bring food home to their family. Honestly disappointed. We stopped coming here for a while because our last order was missing my kids' drinks. We decided to give this location another try, and now this order was missing fries. I know mistakes happen, especially when it's busy, but it's frustrating when it keeps happening more than once. When you're ordering for kids and family, you expect the order to be checked before it's handed out. The food is usually good, which is why we came back, but repeated mistakes make the experience disappointing. My wife requested Chick-fil-A for breakfast this morning. I'm back after the unnecessarily long line visit last month. Would you be shocked to learn it happened again? This time, there was no line except for two cars in front of me. Long story short, the black truck in front of me took ten minutes to serve. Check the video from 8:35-8:45 if you don't believe me. Now what is the point of those four lanes you have in the parking lot exactly? All those times you guys had me park there for a small order and I said nothing, but these days you'll continue to allow cars with large orders to hold up the line? It's disrespectful. At this point it's flat out disrespectful of our time. Time is money. There's no excuse for this, and your employees could not care less. Hard to find location, Directions for interior are poor, pickup area is not clear...it is directly to the left of entrance with do signs, just a couple of shelves and a counter that was blocked by a customer when I came in so I saw nothing...I waited for 10 minutes looking at another counter up by the front. Obviously our food was cold when I picked it up after asking for help which was appreciated but disappointing such a simple thing wasn't more obvious with the restaurant's layout. They don't have enough parking for parking your car to go in because they cut through the parking lot for their mobile order drive through. I like Chick-fil-A but I am not a fan of the mobile order pickup process here. They don't even have designated spots to park for mobile pickup/third party delivery orders. You basically have to block the parked cars in the parking lot (if that makes sense) till they come out with your food, which makes for a totally awkward and avoidable situation when one of them is trying to leave. Food was alright, as per usual, but I wish I didn't have to deal with the mobile order parking headache. Oh well. Probably won't come here again. read more

Very organized, and fairly fast for as many orders going out. Orders two of the lemon Caesar salads and two drinks. Very impressed with the salads! I have come to Chick-fil-A in Elk Grove many times for lunch and something for dinner. But this is my first time trying their breakfast. It is very good too. The breakfast time in Chick-fil-A is not as busy as the lunch or dinner times. I ordered the Sausage bowl and Frozen coffee. The frozen coffee is delicious! I think They're better than Starbucks. Very tasty but not overly sweet. However, the sausage bowl is just okay, and a tiny portion. The bowl is pretty small, and the food is only one layer, just enough to cover the bottom of the bowl. I'm sure the potato and egg are not very expensive, or they can charge a couple of dollars more! The dining room is clean, and not many people in the morning. I have my food to go. But I'm sure I can enjoy my breakfast there next time. read more
