I've been addicted to eating their tacos lately. I order 6 pack of tacos, for $4.29. I prefer this location because their tacos are bigger than other locations. They're great when they're fresh and hot! I like how I can order through the app and just pick up in the drive thru. This isn't the easiest location to get in and out of, which might be why the wait is usually short. There's not much to note about the service when going through the drive-thru. read more

Go here once a year for the last 3 years and every time there's something missing from my order. Save your time and money and don't eat from here. Here you can clearly see there's an empty space where the fries should be. read more

$4.01 for a large diet Coke? This was last week and I'm still bitter about it. Shame... shame...

This place takes FOREVERRRRR !! I would not recommend coming if you're on a lunch break and have to be back quickly !

I've tried this location using the drive-thru and DoorDash. Both times had good results. Food was made timely. Order was complete. There was an oops when we ordered at the drive-thru, but that resulted in 2 free tacos. The lady working Christmas morning was very nice & helpful. I usually don't rate this high on fast food, but this location seems good. read more

I called asking some simple questions as I didnt remember what I ordered last time. As I was describing these items to the lady on the phone. She hung up on me. Terrible customer service I will NOT be returning. read more

The Jack in the box here is awesome but they need to train their employee Renyan a bit better, had to ask for my receipt from him because every time I dealt with him he never puts the receipt with the meal at the drive thru . I need the receipt so I can add my Jack in the box points because I don't know how well the employees at this location can handle an app order , so just as a go between I do standard order to keep the peace .Other than that awesome staff in general. I ordered my food around 10:50 pm ish if you want to know when this employee is on shift , just be aware if you like to keep your receipts . read more

I've been to this Jack in the Box twice in the last week, both times to purchase a Diet Coke. It's a new restaurant, good parking, convenient location and near 99. Customer service is outstanding! I was served by the same Asian woman, really good service! read more

Went the the drive thru to place and order for my wife and kids. We were told to park in front. Waited 15 minutes for food to come out and they didn't bring the drinks. My daughter went to the door to tell them they not only forgot our drinks but 4 tacos and 2 fries. They told us they had to make more fries and would be longer. Several time while we were waiting, I tried calling the store and no one answered. Finally when we got home, the food was cold and disgusting and what they called a mozzarella stick was a disgusting piece of rubber. I tried calling again and still no answer. We threw away most of the $40 of food we got. If anyone from the store actually reads this, I WANT A FULL REFUND!!!!! I would tell you once the phone but you don't answer and ignore your customers. Tried calling again today to speak to a manager and still no one answers the phone. Must get a lot of complaints and just ignore calls. read more

The food and service was absolutely terrible. We were already waiting forever, like 20 minutes, for a coffee a hash brown and for a crossiant supreme. We get my food after 20 minutes with a rude service worker and I head to school because I was already running late. As SOON as I open to eat my crossiant supreme, the ham has mold. Absolutely disgusting. read more

It was my first time going to this jack in the box. I usually go to the one on Elk Grove florin, I ordered the mini variety box that comes with curly fries, onion rings and mozzarella sticks. The only thing good was the curly fries. The mozzarella sticks had a sour taste to it and the onion rings were dried out like it was sitting out and they refried it. I was waiting for my food and saw one of the worker just on her phone not even working. I'll pass on this place. read more

Nothing special. This location just has 1 person working so when I came, they were on their 15 minute break. I had to wait in the drive through line behind other cars for 20 mins to get a burger read more

Ian helped us at 2 am on my friends birthday, Ian is the kindest worker ever! He is awesome!

I typically don't mind the wait here; I stop at Dutch Bros and have to wait 15 min and then typically end up waiting 15 min for my food after ordering here. Today, I waited more than 20 minutes at the drive thru window without so much as being greeted, after placing a pickup order and letting them know at the speaker. When the guy, who looked like he was sleep walking, came with our food he did not say a single word. He handed over the bags and we drove off, only to find the croissants were completely raw, like they have stuck them in the fryer for one second. As someone who works in customer service, I know it's not that hard to do a fucking job. read more

I will start by saying I tried to leave this for Door Dash, but they are not on here I guess. That leaves the restaurant that allows them to represent for them! My order was VERY expensive because I used Dash. It was fast food, but the situation left no choice. My order took 45 minutes to get here and they are not even a mile away from me! My Dasher came from another delivery he felt should be first on Calvine Road about 5 miles away! The order was incorrect, and came with melted ice, cold Fries and no straws!!! I will NEVER. use Door Dash for ANY reason again! I will consider driving 4 miles to the other Jack in the Box!! read more

Walked in, family of four with two kids. A 2 and 4 year old. NO HIGH CHAIRS. none in the store. Tons of plugs but no high chairs. We decide to stay. They take and fill several orders through the drive thru before helping us. Start to order, no apple sauce which is a side option On the kids meals. No churros. Almost no milk - went to back find some. Bathrooms were filthy. And side note - if you're going for the windows looks - put a cleaner on payroll or regular contract. read more

I've been to the drive-thru here. It sucks. You seem better off going to the other Jack in the Box on Elk Grove-Florin. It's a more bit of a drive, but I'd rather drive for 5 more minutes than torture myself with anxiety over whether these people get my order right. That's too much stress for a late-night munch. No, thanks. read more

3/3 times i been here, something was left out of my order. In the last visit multiple items were left out including fries and two burgers. WHAT THE HECK?!?! I have given this place too many chances. It took me 6 minutes to order, then another 10 minutes to get my food. they forgot my applesauce so i went back around to get it thinking it would be quick. took another 10 minutes when there was one person in front of me who just got a small bag of food. I ordered 8 tacos no sauce extra lettuce like i always do, but instead i got soggy tacos covered in sauce and little to NO lettuce. read more

We had been in the car for over 4 hours and still had several to go. We stopped for food and a restroom break. The inside of the business was open. My 92 yr old Dad was with us. He takes about 10 minutes to get out of the car. He got inside and was told the restrooms were not open to customers.... Do not tell me this is a "covid" thing because big lots across the street had their restrooms open. Our fries were cold as soon as we got them.... I went to this Jack in the box and the employee Carlos is really slow when it comes to getting your order right and you have to repeat your self more than once and I went there on 6/23/2020 because I didn't know that Burger King changed their hours to 11:00 P.M. now and I ordered the new Southwest cheddar combo and I wanted the large size not the small size and when I got up to the drive thur window he had the small size and I had to talk to the manager and I ended up paying for the large combo and I ended up paying $ 6.88 plus tax 53 cents and it came to $ 7.41 and if you call this Jack in the box they don't answer their dare phone at all and they only have 2 employees on at night time when they are really busy and that is really wrong so last night I went to the Jack in the box across from the Arco gas station and they always get my order right but my burger was lukewarm and I wanted the grilled onions on the burger not on the side and the manager put them on the burger and then she Charged me for large size combo and that was at the Stockton Blvd Jack in the box number 4440. and their is this one girl who's name starts with an S and she is really great at getting the orders right all of the time read more

We moved a year ago to Elk Grove and this Jack in the box is closer to us. Today we stopped to get some breakfast and they got it all wrong! Worst service I have gotten at this location. We had a coupon for 2 ultimate breakfast sandwiches so we order those along with a supreme croissant sandwich, a jr bacon cheese burger. Well when we got our food it was all wrong, they gave us the new everything croissants instead of the ultimate sandwiches, the supreme croissant had no cheese, the JR bacon cheese burger was wrapped in the paper labeled correctly but what was inside was a breakfast sandwich if some sort. To say the least this location is all bad. When we first moved here we were actually amazed with the great service we had received. They need to re-train all their staff! read more

For the second time in last two weeks they have been out of the kids nuggets and Cheddar potatoe wages. Those are the only two things my two year old will eat from there. I have been having to go to McDonald's to get him nuggets. It's so frustrating to have to go to two different places. Like come on, two times in two weeks. You should already gotten your new shipment in by now. read more

Me and my two friends and decided to each order the 2 for $4 breakfast croissants which would have come out to around $12 but instead we were charged around $24. Went through the drive through and ordered a few things including cheeseburger combo. The worst customer service I have ever witnessed. Best of luck to this business hope they get it together.

If you're a crackhead looking for food in Elk Grove any time of night come here. Fast food isn't real food but it fooled me.

This is a new location that opened up a couple months ago. The store is clean and the employees are pretty friendly.
