I stopped by Panera's for a sandwich for dinner after receiving an offer for $3 off. I ordered one of my usuals. My hot sandwich usually is the chicken avocado chipotle sandwich. I mentioned the $3 discount to the cashier so she doesn't forget to deduct it, but when she told me the total, it was over $15. I told her it should not be that much because it's $13.99 before the discount, The cashier changed something in the register and my total became just under $12. I paid it because it sounded close enough, and waited for my order. When I received my order, it seemed awfully small to be a whole sandwich, so I questioned it, and Rosey, said my order was a half cold sandwich and on the wrong bread. She double checked with the cashier and printed my order out, and I told her it was completely wrong, so I had to wait for my order to be made. They called my name for pick up, but there were two orders ready at the same time. The other customer was given one of the bags, and was digging through, and opening everything to confirm the order. She said it was not hers, and thinking that the other bag for me, may have been her order, I didn't grab it, and eventually, they confirmed the bag left for me was her order, so she took it and left, after she questioned whether I opened it or not. They gave me the other customer's bag, but I brought up the fact that the other lady went through my entire order instead of having the preparer check the order, so Rosey offered to remake my sandwich, which meant more waiting. But I was very pleased with Rosey's attention to the matter, abs swift action to make everything right, and added a complimentary cookie for the mix up. I didn't ask whether Rosey was the manager or not, but my guess is, she IS, based on her pleasant and positive demeanor, and her efficiency. I could have left very frustrated, but because of Rosey, I left with a smile because she made sure I received what I ordered. read more

I tried Panera Bread for the first time through DoorDash while I was sick and just wanted something simple. I ordered three breakfast sandwiches to share with my kids: the Sausage & Egg Asiago Bagel, the NEW Wake-Up BLT Asiago Everything Bagel, and the NEW Farmhouse Duo Asiago. The food was meh.. the sandwiches were smaller than expected for the price, and one had way too much arugula, which overpowered the taste of the sandwiches. On top of that, two of the sandwiches were missing ingredients (no cheese or tomatoes). And how are you out of croissant sandwiches at 9 AM? Came at 10am today and it was still breakfast menu, heard the soup wouldn't be available until 10:30. Got the toasted caprese focaccia and highly recommended. The cashier was very helpful and professional and she let me browse through the electronic menu to help make my decision since it looked different than the menus above the counter. When she stepped away to give me more time, another cashier offered to assist me. Great service. I saw another employee ready to clean up my table as well when I stepped away to pick up my order. My order came with chips. Plenty of parking and plenty of customers seated, but still lots of seating available. A great place to conversate and comfortable temperature inside with the rainy weather outside. Later ordered the tomato soup and was able to purchase by typing in my card numbers. I come here for carbs with my tennis team during tennis tournaments and it always hits the spot. We love love love the you pick two--salad and sandwich AND an apple or baguette or chips? Amazing. There's something for everyone. Portions are large and filling and bread is fresh and warm. I also loved the salad--lots of protein! More than I expected so it's good bang for your buck. You can order on kiosks and service is pretty fast. I also love the ambiance--it's homey and cozy and reminds me of home. It reminds me of the Panera I grew up going to! We were there at 1pm so kinda after their lunch rush, but tables are not frequently wiped down (had to wet down a few napkins and clean the table top) and then that burning smell came back. So there's a piece of equipment that the employees don't maintain, luckily the smell lasted only a few minutes. Food came out a few moments after, my Caesar salad was nothing really special but what did stand out was the croutons and Parmesan slices, the corn chowder had nice Smokey & sweet savory flavor (maybe that's the burning smell LOL) My BF's Greek Goddess salad was "okay" but filling since he only finished half his soup. His tomato bisque was thick and had a starchy taste to it. I just quit my job today and I need a little pick me up of course Panera always provides specially this location. I was helped by Chyanne. Who is only the biggest ray of sunshine in human form you could speak to. I ordered a mac & cheese bread bowl, which I didn't know as possible until she told me also got a bag of chips agave lemonade, green tea, and mixed it with starry, and it was really good. I'm pregnant and I'm technically homeless I have temporary housing right now, but it's been a struggle and I'm just glad I can come somewhere. I feel safe and Wi-Fi and be welcomed. How you run out of fries and apparently you can't add extra cream in the dirty drinks never comin back

I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent visit. This is the closest Panera to where I live now. Overall, I am very pleased with the quality of the bagels--they are soft, fresh, and have excellent flavor. However, I did experience a concern with the packaging process during this rapid pick up order visit. I ordered a baker's dozen that included both savory and sweet bagels. When I picked up my order, I noticed that the everything bagels were mixed in with the rest, including the sweet ones. As a result, all of my bagels ended up with everything bagel seasoning, which was disappointing. This is the first time I've encountered this issue, and I'm unsure if it's specific to this location. I brought this up to the associate that gave me my pickup order and all they said was "next time put it in your special request portion." At other Panera locations I've visited, the everything bagels were always AUTOMATICALLY separated to avoid cross-contamination with the other bagels. I actually learned this from a Panera associate that actually told me that they have to separate it. I've already reached out to customer service and received an automated response stating someone would follow up within a few business days. Additionally, I've noticed that the service at this particular location seems to take longer than at others I've been to, with food often taking more time to come out. I hope this review is helpful. Next time I will definitely put it on my request to separate the everything bagel from the rest of my order. read more

I'm usually all for giving good reviews, but this experience was just unacceptable. The woman who helped us was great -- she had a Stitch sticker on her name tag and provided really kind service. However, the reason I'm giving one star is because of what I saw around the food and drink area. As shown in the pictures below, there were ants crawling all over the counter where my drink and food were placed, and several more on the ground nearby. To me, this is a food safety issue -- and when I'm paying nearly $40 for a meal, I don't expect to be eating next to an ant trail. The photo might not capture it perfectly, but I've included a screenshot of my maps location to confirm that this was indeed the Panera we visited. Sheesh. Panera Bread at this location used to get my pick-up order incorrect constantly, so I stopped going for a long while. On December 26th, 2023, I decided to give them another shot since I had some shopping to do in the same complex during my lunch hour. Set up the rapid pick-up order within their app, and off I went. Easy breezy. Except. Upon picking up my order (no human interaction).... my smoothie (full size, full price) Appears to be something off the kids menu???? What in the H is this? You want me to spend upwards of $6-7 dollars for a full sized smoothie, with a cup that looks like the same size when people ask for a small cup of water. I'm so done. I've tried and tried with Panera. Obviously, prices are sky rocketing these days, and that's fine, but this sizing of charge more, skimp on the product, no way. Nooooo way. There isn't even flavor in the food. It's almost one step ahead of McDonald's, and that's not a compliment. If reading this, take it from me, I will pay for quality, I will pay for proper product sizing for the prices, but I will not pay for menu items that look like I ordered off the secret child's menu. Shrinking Portions & Slow Service Used to Love It, Now a Huge Disappointment I've been a regular at this Panera for months, but the quality has dropped drastically. The portions keep getting smaller (especially for the price), and the wait times are ridiculous because they're always short-staffed in the kitchen. Last weekend, my order took **30+ minutes** during what should've been a quick visit, and sandwiches were embarrassingly small. It's clear this location cares more about cutting costs than customer satisfaction. Until they fix portion sizes and staffing issues, I won't be back. I will openly admit I have not always been a fan of Panera. I think they are overpriced and to be honest, pretentious. With that being said my daughter absolutely loves Panera, so we visit different locations when we are out and about. Panera has expanded their menu, and I was pleasantly impressed to see many vegetarian options as well as low carb dishes and diabetic friendly choices. The restaurant itself runs like a well oiled machine, and the efficiency is amazing. The interior of the establishment is well appointed with condiments, beverage stations and an area for bussing tables. And yes, you absolutely should be bussing your own table Karen. Cons; Firstly, I could not find a single ADA parking spot near the entrance. In the rain that made me extremely nervous with a mobile disability. Secondly, although tasty, $56 for what you see in my photo (each of us had a 1/2 sandwich and side plus a pastry) is a lot. Lastly, the demographic drawn in is definitely angled towards a certain clientele. And when I say clientele I mean a customer base of upper middle class older white people that like to stare at those of us with tattoos, piercings and colored hair. Visited 1/22/25, around 11:30. Buisness wasn't too busy, but did get busier as the lunch hour hit. Service was fast, order came out fast. Whoever adjusts the soda ratios is doing an amazing job. Same for the brewed tea. Myself and two others dined. Everyone was extremely happy with their meal. This was only my second time visiting, and their first time. We had two "pick two's" which includes a half sandwich, and a soup or side. Or any mix thereof. And their new Cranberry walnut chicken salad sandwich. The pick twos were both BBQ chicken sandwiches, one with chili, one with their new potato soup. The sandwich with the potato soup complimented eachother beautifully. Chili was also great, but didn't compliment the sandwich as well. The side of bread that came along with it was nice and fluffy, freshly baked. All in all, a wonderful experience that I will definately return to try again. read more

It's a Panera, the same as any other Panera. I've mobile ordered from here several times. On my most recent visit, they were quite busy and I had to inquire about my order, but other than that occasion, my order has been ready by the time specified. I like their seasonal Strawberry Poppyseed Salad with Chicken, since you also get a good serving of fruit alongside your lettuce. I do wish they gave more dressing though. I used to visit Paneras more frequently 5+ years ago; nowadays I just prefer to make my own salad. Nonetheless, it's a quick, relatively healthy option. read more

I felt like getting a salad so we went here. I haven't been here for years. They went to placing your orders on ipads as you walk in. There are five of them in a row. I think they are too close together and I don't think 5 people would fit well when ordering. Not sure if you can just go up to the counter and order to. The place looked clean and there is a big parking lot since it's in a strip mall. They have a lot of seating and free wifi to. The place wasn't crowded at all and our food only took a few minutes to come out. They take your name and call it out when the food was ready. They have cups for water at the fountain machine. There are no extra napkins or silverware set out so you have to ask for extra if needed. I ordered the Green Goddess cobb. It was kind of small for 12.39 I had the dressing on the side because I didn't know what it would taste like. It was fine so in it went. The chicken was like high end lunch meat not chunks of real chicken. Everything looked fresh and it didn't taste bad. It was just ok. it came with a piece of French bread which was kind of hard and not the nice kind. My wife got the chicken avocado melt. It was lack luster for sure. Only a piece of chicken in it.
