You can see this coffee machine is dirty on the top it looks like no body cleaned for days

I went to this location last week and I noticed that the place is not very clean and I asked one of the workers if she be able to clean and she said that is not part of her job I was really disappointed that a place like Panera doesn't look clean on this areas imagine how the kitchen looks

You pick two
Lizzie S.

I come here for carbs with my tennis team during tennis tournaments and it always hits the spot. We love love love the you pick two--salad and sandwich AND an apple or baguette or chips? Amazing. There's something for everyone. Portions are large and filling and bread is fresh and warm. I also loved the salad--lots of protein! More than I expected so it's good bang for your buck. You can order on kiosks and service is pretty fast. I also love the ambiance--it's homey and cozy and reminds me of home. It reminds me of the Panera I grew up going to! There's lots of people sitting and doing work here, like they camp out for the AC and wifi.

Greek Goddess Salad & Creamy Tomato Soup

Food: 3.6 Service: 3.0 Came in on a Monday and upon entering my BF said what's burning, but didn't deter us from ordering and sitting down for lunch inside. He doesn't frequent Panera so he didn't know what a "Pick-2" was; so I needed to explain to pick two items from under the "pick-2" columns on the menu. Order 1: Greek Goddess chicken salad with a bowl of tomato bisque Order 2: chicken Caesar salad with Mexican chowder w / street corn & chicken After ordering everything is self-serve: get your own drinks from the drink station and pick-up your entire order once they call your name. We were there at 1pm so kinda after their lunch rush, but tables are not frequently wiped down (had to wet down a few napkins and clean the table top) and then that burning smell came back. So there's a piece of equipment that the employees don't maintain, luckily the smell lasted only a few minutes. Food came out a few moments after, my Caesar salad was nothing really special but what did stand out was the croutons and Parmesan slices, the corn chowder had nice Smokey & sweet savory flavor (maybe that's the burning smell LOL) My BF's Greek Goddess salad was "okay" but filling since he only finished half his soup. His tomato bisque was thick and had a starchy taste to it. Overall, the food was just above average which reminds me why I don't frequent these establishments and try to support more local restaurants.

Fast and friendly service. I didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes for my order, even on a busy Saturday morning! I ordered the warm, hearty oatmeal for breakfast. The restaurant was clean with a nice, cozy vibe inside. Great place to start the day!

I just quit my job today and I need a little pick me up of course Panera always provides specially this location. I was helped by Chyanne. Who is only the biggest ray of sunshine in human form you could speak to. I ordered a mac & cheese bread bowl, which I didn't know as possible until she told me also got a bag of chips agave lemonade, green tea, and mixed it with starry, and it was really good. I'm pregnant and I'm technically homeless I have temporary housing right now, but it's been a struggle and I'm just glad I can come somewhere. I feel safe and Wi-Fi and be welcomed. Julieanna was so sweet. I didn't order with her but she helped immensely just w a simple conversation and a smile. My panera in Elk Grove for sure.

My husband was craving a grilled cheese sandwich. You did not disappoint. Best grilled cheese I ever ate. Nothing fancy, but so delicious. I ordered the chicken salad sandwich and it was very good too. Service is always good and fast. Very nice restaurant, clean, clean bathrooms plenty of room.

Everything bagel seasoning on my sesame bagel
Portia C.

I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent visit. This is the closest Panera to where I live now. Overall, I am very pleased with the quality of the bagels--they are soft, fresh, and have excellent flavor. However, I did experience a concern with the packaging process during this rapid pick up order visit. I ordered a baker's dozen that included both savory and sweet bagels. When I picked up my order, I noticed that the everything bagels were mixed in with the rest, including the sweet ones. As a result, all of my bagels ended up with everything bagel seasoning, which was disappointing. This is the first time I've encountered this issue, and I'm unsure if it's specific to this location. I brought this up to the associate that gave me my pickup order and all they said was "next time put it in your special request portion." At other Panera locations I've visited, the everything bagels were always AUTOMATICALLY separated to avoid cross-contamination with the other bagels. I actually learned this from a Panera associate that actually told me that they have to separate it. I've already reached out to customer service and received an automated response stating someone would follow up within a few business days. Additionally, I've noticed that the service at this particular location seems to take longer than at others I've been to, with food often taking more time to come out. I hope this review is helpful. Next time I will definitely put it on my request to separate the everything bagel from the rest of my order.

Broccoli Cheddar Soup and Chipotle Chicken Avo Melt
Hilda A.

My family and I absolutely love our hospital food, (LOL). Soups, salads, sandwiches, bagels and pastries! Kids asked for Panera on NYE lunch and we ordered our favorites, chipotle chicken avocado melts, broccoli cheddar soup, rice and chicken soup and chicken noodle. Our food is always great, but it is on the pricier end given the portions. We love this location, great customer service and great quality. My only issue, the location is very busy, and the dining is constantly in need of cleaning.

Zoom in and you will see the ants

I'm usually all for giving good reviews, but this experience was just unacceptable. The woman who helped us was great -- she had a Stitch sticker on her name tag and provided really kind service. However, the reason I'm giving one star is because of what I saw around the food and drink area. As shown in the pictures below, there were ants crawling all over the counter where my drink and food were placed, and several more on the ground nearby. To me, this is a food safety issue -- and when I'm paying nearly $40 for a meal, I don't expect to be eating next to an ant trail. The photo might not capture it perfectly, but I've included a screenshot of my maps location to confirm that this was indeed the Panera we visited. I truly hope management addresses the cleanliness and pest issue here, because the staff deserve better working conditions and customers deserve a cleaner dining experience.

Ordered a few sandwiches togo and when we got home, we noticed one of our Tuna Salad sandwich is missing something, something really important. How can a tuna salad sandwich be missing tuna salad lol. That's hilarious. To make matters more humiliating, they only offered a cookie for wasting 50 mins of my time (roundtrip), and the rest of the orders was cold by the time I'm back with the correct sandwich.

French dip sandwich a bit light on the beef.
steve s.

I really like the ambiance of this place. It's feels homey to me. The cashier was courteous. The were out of the bread side. What? "Bread" is in their name! I chose the French dip sandwich based on the thick layer of beef in their menu photo. This was a disappointment (see my photo). I give them a D. Below average.

Broccoli Cheddar Soup
Ashley M.

Can't make this shit up, I brought this order home to go - not feeling well- and I got half way through the soup thinking I don't think this is any good- and found this! Do better - this is completely disgusting Like are we not cleaning soup containers and just dumping bags in ? Why is it clumpy ? Are we letting soups sit overnight ?! Will not be returning to this location . BEWARE ..!!!

This is my top favorite place to go to get individual hot pot. Some days you just want your own hot…read morepot and not share your germ. There are some days where it's a hit and miss for flavor wise. But lately it seems to be just right . Before coming I like to check on yelp to see how busy it is and add myself on waitlist . By the time I get there my table is ready . Tasty pot is always packed, the waitress is very nice. I go there so often they know my name and what I want to order. My favorite pot is the beef hot pot. You can't substitute items but you can always just trade with a friend if you don't like it :). Some days I feel like getting the Thai broth they are nice enough to let me get the beef hot pot with the Thai broth. For spice wise I tend to get medium because I will end up on the toilet if I get very spicy . But sometimes it's worth the booty burn. I love sauce each table has sauce you can mix it with. I like to mix mines with garlic soy and bean sauce . I like to ask for chilli oils with the pepper and put it in for a nice kick . You have to ask for it it's not available on the table . I like coming here during lunch because you get a free green tea or black tea. Black tea is my favorite but I like sugar in my life so it can be on the sweet side . You get an option of noodles or rice. If I am feeling skinny I get the noodle option. They give a lot of rice I can only eat half . Portion wise it's good for an American size and cheaper during lunch. During mango season I like to get their mango sago . Not too sweet and it makes a good dessert if you are having a sweet tooth. For everyone that is leaving bad reviews for tasty pot they probably order mild because that had no flavor to me . You have to get at least medium.

My wife checked in at 12:44pm amd yelp said it would be an 11-25min wait. At 1:20pm I went inside to ask how much longer it would be because it said there were still 4 groups ahead of us and hadn't moved. The host then said he moved me to another list and that it would be 1-2 more groups ahead of us. They sat three more groups ahead of us and then sat us at 1:55pm. I understand wanting to service customers that check-in in person, but then that should be your only method of taking customers. We waited in the car because there was nothing on the yelp check-in that said to go inside for faster service. We would have gone inside if we had known.

Soo long ago, right? Well, their ramen has always been great and tasty. This is a small restaurant next to other small business. The atmosphere is casual and cozy. They have art pieces and pictures of their ramen on the walls. There are booth, table and bar area seating. They have a variety of ramen, rice bowls, salads & some appetizers. Theres soda, sweet drinks but no alcohol serve. We came here for dinner around 6pm, not busy which was perfect. We were greeted my the server and seated right away in a booth near the entrance. Food came out pretty quickly. We ordered the #3 Red-Tonkotsu, #11 Shio Ramen & Unagi Rice Bowl as well appetizer, Shrimp Har Gao. The #3 was creamy with a spicy, savory kick to it. The #11 was light with subtle taste, not too intense like the miso or soy sauce flavors. Both ramen were flavorful. My dish was the unagi rice which contains rice, scrambled eggs and grilled eel. The portion was pretty big, tasted buttery, and tender, with a sweet-savory balanced. It was good but I've had better, meaning that the way the eggs were made, made a difference. Just know this dish did said scrambled so I wasn't expecting the slighty beaten running eggs that im used to when eating this bowl. The shrimp har Gao was mediocre, not flavored until you dipped into the sauce. Overall, all 3 dishes were well made. Appetizers was not my favorite. Service was great! Will definitely come back more often.

The sauce in the skillet was not too heavy or sweet. It had a nice balanced flavor. All the different foods that came on the skillet were good. The meatball was a tad sweet for me. The baguette was warm and crispy. So good. Very good dish and one of the better ones I've had. Grilled rib eye rice combo: 5/5. I could be wrong, but I thought the beef had a slight lemongrass flavor that I love. The meat was tender. We got the garlic rice with it and it definitely elevates the flavors. Would recommend trying it with the garlic rice Egg rolls: 5/5. Came out nice and hot and crispy. The flavor is on the lighter side, but I thought it was flavorful enough. It also comes with fish sauce to dip in for more flavor and it was really good with that as well. Our boys love egg rolls and they approved. lol Kids noodle soup/pho: 4/5. Generous portion for the kids to share. They keep it simple for the kids. Just rice noodles and sliced beef. You can also add on meatballs, but we didn't since our boys don't always eat the meatballs. The pho broth was decent. The boys enjoyed it. I don't know if I would get a big bowl for myself.
