It's a Panera, the same as any other Panera. I've mobile ordered from here several times. On my most recent visit, they were quite busy and I had to inquire about my order, but other than that occasion, my order has been ready by the time specified. I like their seasonal Strawberry Poppyseed Salad with Chicken, since you also get a good serving of fruit alongside your lettuce. I do wish they gave more dressing though. I used to visit Paneras more frequently 5+ years ago; nowadays I just prefer to make my own salad. Nonetheless, it's a quick, relatively healthy option. read more

I felt like getting a salad so we went here. I haven't been here for years. They went to placing your orders on ipads as you walk in. There are five of them in a row. I think they are too close together and I don't think 5 people would fit well when ordering. Not sure if you can just go up to the counter and order to. The place looked clean and there is a big parking lot since it's in a strip mall. They have a lot of seating and free wifi to. The place wasn't crowded at all and our food only took a few minutes to come out. They take your name and call it out when the food was ready. They have cups for water at the fountain machine. There are no extra napkins or silverware set out so you have to ask for extra if needed. I ordered the Green Goddess cobb. It was kind of small for 12.39 I had the dressing on the side because I didn't know what it would taste like. It was fine so in it went. The chicken was like high end lunch meat not chunks of real chicken. Everything looked fresh and it didn't taste bad. I don't come here very often. I've only been here a couple of times. I know why now. They give you the option to order from the kiosk or at the counter. There was a long line, so we went to the kiosk. It was pretty easy to use the kiosk. After ordering, we went to find a table to sit at. A lot of the tables were not wiped down. I guess they don't clean tables often. We waited for our food, it was a little longer than expected. The salad by husband ordered looked fresh. He said it was pretty good. Just the price of the salad was a little more than we wanted to pay for a salad. $13, for a small portion size. Jack's Urban eats has bigger salads for less, $9. I ordered the chicken avocado melt. It was good, but there wasn't enough chicken in the sandwich. All I tasted was bread. The sandwich tasted good, but not much chicken. Lame. I paid $12 for some bread. Tl/dr needed: just don't!! It's always nice to call out when zero stars is the deserved score. Alas, I had to give one. It's been many years. Used to grab the bagels on the special deal and bread the same way. Those deals were not such a deal after time and I drifted away. The salads and soups were always too underwhelming for the price. It was too frequent for luncheon meetings on the companies dime. It's been at least a handful of years for my wife who was craving one of the signature salads. It's always nice to compromise for another's craving. The action was the right thing, the horrific and overpriced lunch was not. Cost first $30 for a salad a sandwich and one drink. Yikes!! I get costs are up but this simply isn't the right excuse. The math just does not equate. Note it was to go. I had no time to bring it back. I didn't bother to call. I get you need to cover the $3million CEO salary ( prior to perks and bonuses) while spreading the exorbitant minimum wage to the rank and file. Really you need do better. At the very least consistently with rare exceptions. At this point the true ZERO goes for how many times I intend to return. I know STOP!! I get we need to be happy for those who show up in these trying times. I still hold them accountable to show up with a level of interest in being there and to reflect back at least a hint of the kindness I tried to bring to your day. Add the three zeros, put in the required one, add one for showing up, minus one for failing the trifecta, add the cubed root of the barroom scoring for changing stations, add one for ada compliance, one star for cleanliness in the absence of quality, solve using sum of squares, results in 2.489732, then round up to three. Whew this is hard. Then take the three and divide it by 0 equals infinity, divide by infinity and you get the one star. Wow, totally disappointed this morning. I ordered the bacon double take sandwich which there was nothing double about this one. The advertisement showed bacon falling off the sides of the bread when I got the sandwich I couldn't even find the bacon until I opened it. there was only a few morsels in there. Also, I ordered the cup of fresh fruit and not one single piece was sweet. Everything in that cup was sour. I need to make it clear that this review is directed at upper management at this location. There is ABSOLUTELY NO REASON you should have only one person on the register during a Sunday lunch rush. She was AWESOME and so nice and was juggling handing out mobile orders and taking register orders. The people waiting to order were being SO rude to her because it was so busy. The managers at this location are horrible and don't deserve their positions. Go help the super young employees up front. This is a regular occurrence. You need to take care of your employees. Do what she was doing and then tell her it's ok to have her working that rush alone. The 3 people making food were just chatting and told us to ask the girl at the register for our food instead of helping her out even though they were clearly less busy than her. When I picked up the order, the gals behind the counter were very friendly. As fellow Yelper mentioned, since joining their Unlimited Sip Club, there have been issues with getting drinks in a timely manner. At the Delta Shores location, you can just pick up a cup at the self-order kiosk after you place your order for the self-serve drinks. I also wished their charged lemonades were also self service because I have to wait for them to fulfill my order if I get a lemonade. After waiting 5 minutes past the estimated pick up time (in addition to my experience with waiting longer than that in previous visits), I decided to just walk up to the cashier who wasn't preoccupied already to get my drink. She was very nice about it and apologized for the wait. Even if my drink wasn't a charged lemonade this time, I would still have to ask for the cup or wait until my order was fulfilled. In previous visits I have waited about 10-15 minutes before just walking up to them anyway, so I decided 5 minutes was fair especially since the cashiers weren't busy and the lemonade was right there. Shortly after the cashier went to fill up my drink, another employee walked past me and kindly asked if I needed any help, which I appreciate...just that it's more efficient if they could have someone designated to make drinks as they're ordered rather than have the food preparers also prepare drinks. I'd recommend walking up to the cashier to order in-person rather than order through the kiosk or do curbside pickup, because the pickup window employees/food preparers are so busy that if you're ordering only a drink/drinks, it'll take a long time for you to get! If you do opt for kiosk, it's probably best to go to the cashier and get your drink/cup. I still very much appreciate the service at this location! read more

I've ordered from Panera a handful of times over the last couple weeks since I joined their unlimited drink program. Unfortunately most of my orders result in an issue and I'm getting pretty tired of it. We usually order curbside pickup when we come in person to get our food so that we don't have to take our son out of the car seat. However every time we come, it takes forever to get our food even though it's way past our scheduled order pickup time. The order pickup time is almost pointless because we still end up waiting at least 10-15 minutes. I'm sure it would be faster to get out and pickup inside, but again we chose curbside for a reason and if they're not going to deliver efficiently, it defeats the purpose. Unfortunately there's no way to place a rating on the app for each order - I wish there was so I could provide some feedback on whoever was delivering. Today the person who brought my food out to the car (15 mins past pickup time) strolled up like she had nothing better to do with her time. Unfortunately also had another issue with my order today - a missing sandwich. The curbside bags are always stapled shut and in the past I've sometimes seen them mark off items on the receipt, assuming that someone's double checking. I really should double check myself because I didn't know the sandwich was missing until we got home! I called and called the store until finally someone picked up. It's a 15 minute drive so I was not going to come back for half of a sandwich. The guy who answered, Frank, took down my name and number and said I could come back another time for a full sandwich and pastry for my trouble. I appreciated how he handled it, but he seemed so numb to my complaint and responded so quickly that it almost seems like this is a regular occurrence to them, which is unfortunate because they're losing a lot of money by compensating for these missed orders. I had another issue last week and I had also spoken to the same person, Frank. He was much more upbeat and apologetic on that phone call. This issue wasn't related to Panera itself, just the Doordash delivery driver that got assigned to my order, but I'm bringing it up so I can reference how Frank handled it. He was super proactive and contacted Doordash for a full refund even though only one of my items was missing. I really appreciated how helpful he was and quick to go out of his way to help me. He was very apologetic during this call even though it wasn't his fault at all. Overall I'm not super eager to continue coming back here the more things go wrong, even if I have the unlimited drink program. It's such a hassle to keep dealing with these things that shouldn't be issues. They probably even know my name because I keep taking to the same person which makes me feel bad because it makes me feel like they think I am making things up to get free stuff, which definitely is not the case. This is by far our favorite Panera store. My daughter and I used to come every Friday before she went to school to get bagels and coffee and they were always quick even when they are busy. The food is always so good and the workers there are super nice! We love how they were open during COVID with the orders for pick up. The bacon turkey bravo is always our favorite along with either a soup or salad. My husband just tried their new southwestern Caesar salad and said it was amazing! I like Panera and I aim to keep my reviews positive and not unleash on businesses especially during this time when I know that good staff is hard to come by and that many business are struggling. I visited this location two days ago. Although the wait was about 30 minutes, my food was good, exactly as I ordered it but they were out of the baguette that came with my order. That's not a big deal, however I witnessed several customers complain about getting incorrect orders. But today they got my goat! I ordered a jalapeño cheese bagel and when I tell you my bagel was flat (as a piece of bread) please believe me. I was starving so i ate half the bagel. The taste and texture was off. The bagel was clearly not cooked properly and instead of respecting the fact that people expect good tasting bread from a place that specializes in bread, the staff decided to serve this item to a paying customer. So I called and spoke to the manager, Frank. While Frank did offer to give me something on my next visit I found him rude and unprofessional. He spoke over me and was unwilling to listen to my concerns. What I realized today is the business doing well in this economy appreciate their customers. They listen and they want us to be satisfied. I didn't care about getting a free bagel, I like Panera. It's close to my house and I like the offerings, but I'd rather NOT frequent a place that doesn't value me and my hard earned money. I ordered 8 lemon cookies. Why were only 6 cookies delivered? And why were none of them the lemon cookies. Sunday evening, ordered dinner through the app to have ready upon arrival, to eat dine in. My name was on the electronic board but then disappeared. Waited a few minutes before going to the counter to ask. No one assisted me. Finally I happened to notice a to go bag behind the front counter registers. No employees were around so I actually went behind the register to see if the to go bag belonged to me, and it did! I asked Why was it here to the closest by employee and they shrugged as if annoyed by the whole situation. My Caesar salad had the dressing in containers, I had to mix it into the salad myself. The salad also had no Parmesan cheese. The last time I ate here- two weeks ago- it was covered in parm cheese, was perfect! But this time there wasn't any, it was one let down after another. Some of the lettuce was very wilted too and wasn't fresh. The to go bag also contained the chips and cookie I had ordered, but no fork I had requested. Good thing this wasn't actually a to go order, I wouldn't have had a fork for the salad! So I go back to the counter and wait for an employee to stop talking and see me, instead of giving me a metal fork she said oh they're all up there and pointed to a cubby to the right. All were plastic utensils. The lettuce kept sliding off the plastic fork, it was useless. The plastic fork also wouldn't go through a crouton so I had to keep trying to balance each bite flat on top of the fork as the prongs were useless. And last but not least, the lemonade was watery.
