The bun was cool and not toasted or warmed up on the grill top and the slice of cheese used was cold like it was just pulled from the refrigerator while the lettuce and tomato was more at room temp; so when eating the sandwich that warm, then cold in one bite confused my taste buds or was the kitchen just ready to go home?
