5 star experience with bonus bonus bonus stars for their treatment on the eve of Mother's Day. Service was great. Our server was attentive and kind, food came out very quickly. Our server also confirmed we had a mom at our table and brought out a rose to celebrate her! She felt so special and thought that Station 16 doing this act of kindness was above and beyond. They dimmed the lights around 7 which was a nice touch, this is a great spot for nice dinners with friends/family or a date night. We had cocktails and mocktails which were refreshing and they had a lot of unique options. I initially held off eating here because I thought it was a seafood restaurant but once I saw the menu I realized there are TONS of food options even without seafood. I'm so thankful I booked our dinner here and we will definitely be recommending and coming back. We tried the chicken salad, Cajun pasta, burger, garlic noodles, Brussel sprouts, pretzels, and clam linguini. Everyone either finished their plates or took home leftovers with full bellies. The Brussel sprouts are a MUST! Food and plating looks amazing but tastes even better! You will not be disappointed with this restaurant.

Brunch is amazing, definitely a place I would go to again. I wish they would bring g back their regular French toast. Their pancakes Red wine sangria!! Everything was delicious

I wasn't going to update my review, but with high prices we pay eating at restaurants nowadays, I feel I should expresss how I feel! I was disappointed with my visit to station 16 on my birthday. The $30 lobster roll was overpriced given its small size and unpleasant fishy taste. My friend's Caesar salad had a gnat in it, but the restaurant redeemed themselves by replacing the salad. Despite being a fan of the restaurant, this visit fell short of expectations.

Parking: plenty, free Restroom: 3 stalls with one disabled access, clean, well stocked Service: attentive, waiter should be able to give better recommendation than saying "all of our brunch menu is good." Checks can be paid separately. We ordered: *STUFFED CROISSANT FRENCH TOAST: savory *SALMON HASH STACK: great balance of protein and carbs *CAJUN SAUSAGE OMELETTE: perfect omelette *Lychee tini: not too strong, clean taste *Vietnamese iced coffee: has a lot of condensed milk and cream. It is not your usual Vietnamese iced coffee, more of a milkshake. All of the foods and drinks are meticulously well presented and delicious. Ambience: upscale and beautifully decorated. It has outside patio seatings as well for sunny days.

Lavender adult beverage. So delicious and coincidentally matched my nails.

This was my first time at the Elk Grove location. My previous experiences have been at the downtown location. The ambience was great! As a frequent customer of the sports bar that occupied this location prior to Station 16 taking over, there definitely were major improvements done to the space and the outdoor patio is now so elegant and secluded, yet brings more vibrancy next to the plaza. We dined on the patio. Our server was amazing, attentive, and took great care to ensure my food allergies were accommodated so I could enjoy more items from the menu. As someone with a citrus allergy, eating out is tough because every place I go, especially bars, has citrus as part of 90% of their drinks or dishes. The patio was comfortable and made us forget we're only 5 minutes from our house! My daughter ordered the seasonal bass, which she devoured and loved. The truffle fries were plentiful and delicious, without the overpowering of truffle oils I find from other places. The crab cakes were good, but I'm sure they would be better if my citrus allergy didn't require the absence of the citrus slaw. The chef replaced it with an undressed spring mix salad amd pickled red onions. The Airline chicken crust was delicious with the hints of mustard sauce beneath. However, the chicken itself was rather dry. This also could be to the kitchen being backed up and the cooking time for the potatoes from both our dishes also held up our orders. My Lavender drink was delicious and I almost ordered a second, but it was getting late and bar became very busy by that time. We came in at 7:15 and were checked out by 9 p.m., so even with the delay with our main course, it was still a relaxed and enjoyable dinner during a reasonable amount of time. We definitely will be back! We love this location, atmosphere, and service!

Came here to celebrate my birthday and didn't have a reservation, so we ended up waiting about 45 mins and got seated outside. Servers were nice, but service was definitely on the slower side. Food took a while, and they didn't check in on us much. Also, it was pretty dark outside, so we had to ask for a table lamp... which helped for a bit until it died But they did bring out free ice cream for my birthday with a huge candle, which was cute and made up for some of it! I've been here before so I kinda knew what to expect, but it was my parents' first time. The calamari was crispy and not oily, good size too, but the batter itself didn't have much flavor. You definitely need the sauces. I got my usual Cajun pasta, and I normally love it, but this time it was REALLY salty for some reason. Like... had to keep drinking water the whole time salty. Not sure what happened there. Funnily, my mom got the shrimp scampi and said it was kinda bland. She said it just needed more salt and maybe some spice. At least the shrimp wasn't fishy though. My dad got the steak and lobster combo and he actually liked it a lot. Said the steak was cooked perfectly, mashed potatoes were nice and creamy, but the lobster tail was a bit small for the price.

The place is really nice. I love the dem lighting, it gives ROMANCE! Anyway the drinks were wonderful and pretty. The garlic noodles were delicious I give them an 8/10, they just needed more sauce, Caesar was a 5/10, it wasn't the best but definitely not the worst. The lobster roll was pretty good, it had a bit of a kick to it, I would give it a 7/10, the ribeye was cooked well. I'll say regarding service, while our server was very friendly, it did take a while for our food and others around us to receive their food. They also didn't check on us as much as they should have. It seemed like on this night everyone was doing multiple jobs, so I'm guessing they were short staffed. All and all I liked the vibe and the ambiance.

We choose this restaurant en route back from Turlock one afternoon mainly for the seafood options. To know: brunch and lunch served only on Saturday and Sunday, making reservations online is helpful but not necessary and comments about the waitstaff are true-they are professional, efficient and courteous. It seemed that the wait staff was shorthanded but they all worked seamlessly together, kudos to their leaders. There were about 3-4 "hostesses (?)" at the front desk who were standing around a lot, perhaps they could have helped out the wait staff- not a good look...We ordered a take out to go of clam linguine and it arrived just as we were starting our meal, this could have been timed to be received at the end of our meal. If you enjoy Brussel sprouts, you MUST order this, it is a taste delight! We also ordered the scallops ( sorry, no pic) and the ahi salad which were all delicious. Previously we ordered drinks- Jamison neat and a Tom Collin's (very refreshing!) and there were several different bartenders throughout our meal, the first Jamison neat order was a very nice pour about 2 inches yet the second was less than an inch- from a different bartender: consistency needs to be regulated. Ambiance was more "romantic" with huge bright chandeliers against black interior walls, bathroom was silver stalls adding to the black, silver motifs. Overall a nice experience, my rating down due to early delivery of take out, inconsistent pour of drink and hostesses "visiting" rather than attending to customers, perhaps helping the hard working wait staff.

I recently came here for Happy Hour with a couple of friends, and unfortunately the food and service didn't quite live up to the experience I remember from my last visit. It may have been because it was Happy Hour and it was fairly busy. We were seated outside, and there were several times when it took a while for our waitress to come by the table and longer to get the check. It would have been nice to have someone check in on us within a more reasonable timeframe. The food was just okay this time around. Clam Steamers - 3/5: They were okay. Oysters - 4/5: Fresh and enjoyable. Artichoke Spinach Dip - 3/5: The dip was a bit saltier than expected, and the chips tasted slightly stale. Sangria - 4/5: Refreshing and enjoyable. If you're visiting during the colder months, I recommend arriving early if you'd like to sit inside, where the ambiance is much cozier. The outdoor seating will probably be much nicer once the weather warms up.

We celebrated my moms birthday here for dinner. Of course cocktails, the seafood tower and other main dishes. The staff was very accommodating, especially Kevin our server. Attentive and just exceptional service. It was most memorable to see the smile on my mom's face and she was happy so thank you to Station 16! Check out some of the dishes we ordered, just so many delicious dish's to name and forgot to take photos of some too. You should def check it out.

Came here for happy hour on a Friday. Sat at the bar, but it was pretty busy. Service was pretty quick for all food and drinks! The garlic noodles were delicious. I've had better margaritas and mangonadas elsewhere though. Decent place for a quick drink. Prices were okay also.

If we lived closer we would for sure be regulars!!! Happy hour is awesome!! Oysters are top noch. I'm so bouggie when it comes to oysters!! And the blue point oysters are amazing!! No shells no grit would come every day if I could. I ordered the steamed muscles and it had cajan seasoning Adri was so kind to return them and bring a wine sauce. I'm allergic to Cajun seasoning. Over all the ambience is suiting staff is so friendly !! Wish I lived closer. But will for sure come out of my way to come here in the future.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by a full parking lot...which is always a good sign. Upon entering what we thought was the Velvet Martini Lounge, we were greeted by an employee named Matt. Matt was very friendly and understanding when he realized that we intended on being in the Velvet Martini Lounge, not the Sheldon Inn Restaurant. He went above and beyond by introducing us to an employee who worked at the Velvet Martini Lounge and escorted us upstairs to the lounge. Upon being seated at the lounge, we were greeted by server James, who provided us with menus. Our sole purpose was to connect solely over adult beverages, so we both placed orders for drinks. My wife ordered the Big Shot Martini with blue cheese stuffed olives, and I ordered the Havana Haze (a rum-based drink). As we slowly sipped our drinks, we enjoyed our date night in the dimly lit, romantic ambience of the lounge. The background music was played at a perfect volume to where you could hear the music as equally as you could hear the individual(s) talking at your table. James did a great job of not being a "helicopter server" by periodically checking in on us. We intended on ordering a second round, but the drinks were so deliciously stiff (a sneaky stiff) that we decided it would be a wise decision to end the night. I cannot wait to make a return visit to celebrate one of our monthly anniversaries, I recommend checking out Velvet Martini Lounge!

The drinks were okay, but we decided to get the espresso martini since we figured if the place is called Velvet Martini, maybe they specialize in Martinis. The espresso martini was the best cocktail out of the 3 we ordered and we were glad we got it to redeem the other drinks. There was a good amount of people here, some out celebrating birthdays, some on dates, and some tables of friends just hanging out and having food and drinks. There was also an outdoor area from the restaurant below which seemed to have a nice dinner setting. I would say the velvet martini is worth coming by if you're in the area and looking for drinks, but it is in a much more secluded area.

All eggs were served runny which I love but my partner isn't into. (Luckily for me I just got two eggs). Chicken sandwich was the best food item by far. The crunch of the chicken was amazing and overall it was cooked perfectly. The pepper on top was a great little spicy snack in between bites. The drinks were awesome. The horchata coffee was amazing, the sangria was so tasty, and the melon aqua Fresca was perfectly refreshing for our Sunday afternoon. My husband & I live in the Monterey area, but our elderly moms live in Galt & Pioneer. So, with busy lives we decided to try & give them a Mother's Day they'd really like. I was searching up restaurants that were doing Mother's Day events in their area. I didn't want to do a buffet or be in a place that was going to be so packed no one could hear each other. Tough challenge. But I found the Mother's Day brunch event at the Brick House, so decided to make reservations. I personally liked that you had to leave a deposit to hold the reservation. That tells me they're serious about making sure it was not overcrowded. The menu was limited due to it being a special event, but the items to choose from seemed interesting. Plus the bottomless mimosas & bloody Mary's was a big bonus. Our reservation was at 10:15AM. I'll start off with the review by mentioning my dad. He is a grumpy old guy who doesn't get out much. I've had to "warn" wait staff to ignore him; that he's a grump & won't be paying the bill, we will, so to not let any comments phase them, & we will try to keep him in line. Luckily he doesn't know what yelp is! When we were reviewing the menu the night before, he made the comments, "weird menu, it will be crowded, bottomless drinks? That means they will come by one time with tiny glasses." So we arrive a little early but are immediately seated in a very quiet area with only a couple of other tables occupied. The Grumpy old man: "see. They stuck us where we won't get any service." As soon as we sat down our waitress came over & immediately wished us all a happy mother's Day & could she get us a Bloody Mary or mimosa & that they were bottomless. And that she'd also be bringing our pastry board. We ordered our drinks & my dad made the comments, loud enough for the waitress to hear, "ok girls. Your one small mimosa will be coming out along with cold donuts. you'll never be offered another one, so enjoy." Within a few minutes us moms got our mimosas. In large wine glasses, filled to the top. Grumpy old man got a Bloody Mary. Nice selection of Pastries were hot out of the oven. He Made the comment, "great, a weak drink." (He hadn't taken a sip yet.") We told the waitress we would need a few minutes to look at the menu, she said fine. No rush. She came back & saw my mom & dad were nearly done with their drinks. Offered another while she took our order. My dad replied: "no. I'm driving." Translation: it's a strong drink. We went to order & my dad ordered the eggs Benedict with pork belly. also muttering it sounded weird, and it would be a shame to throw out such expensive food. He ate every bite & told the waitress it was "ok." (He rarely eats all his food.) Translation: it was probably one of the best he's had. I had the vegetable quiche & it was very good. The mimosas kept being offered & were flowing for the moms well after our food was finished which for it being a special, reservation only event was a pleasant surprise. We finely told the waitress at round 4 us girls were done. The restaurant remained quiet & when we left, it was busy, but not overly so. The manager, Chris, was greeting people & wishing the moms a happy Mother's Day. We were there for a couple of hours & never felt rushed to leave. When the bill came & my husband went to pay it, my dad told him to make sure the tip wasn't included before not leaving one. The waitress had to put up with us girls Constantly getting mimosas without asking for them. Translation: he felt like he had a nice time, the waitress made sure us moms had a nice time & wanted to make sure she got a tip. Us girls decided that we wanted to come back for regular happy hour/dinner next time we visited. My dad grumbled that he'd have to come too so we'd have a ride back. Translation: he wants to come back. Lol It was pricey, but worth every penny for the wonderful Mother's Day we were able to give our older moms. I'd definitely do it again next year if they have it. Thank you!
