Worst service we had from Yardhouse. It was very disappointing and ruined our experience. We go to many Yardhouse and the service has been great but at this location is was terrible. We had an option to go to BJ or Yardhouse for late night happy hour and decide to go to Yardhouse since their happy hour was decent, drinks only and they had burgers which I wanted to try and carb-up. We were seated right away cause it wasn't as busy and about 10 mins later we ordered our drinks and burgers. After 20 mins still no drinks while the other customers got theirs. The same server, Ryan who was waiting on other tables got their drinks. We got our food about 30 mins later and still no drinks. They ask if everything was fine, I replied no, we still didn't get our drinks and the fries are cold. We ask for new fries. It wasn't fresh but at least the manager Trevor made it right. He ask if everything was fine and I explain to him that the service was unacceptable and that the drinks should have been out. He then explained that they had issues with the keg but no one came back to explain. I could have ordered a different drink. We were disappointed because of their service. We go out for the service and drinks. That's where restaurants make their money, drinks and I explained that to Trevor. It was really bad service and we don't know if we will give this place another chance. The last restaurant we went to that gave bad service we didn't return and they finally closed for good. We came here opening week, during their happy hour, from 3-6pm, Monday through Friday. During happy hour, some of the selected items on the menu is half off appetizers and selected drinks are discounted. The place was very busy. There were a lot of people waiting for tables, but we gave it a try anyways. It was just two of us, and we got seated right away. I guess we were lucky. Everyone was waiting for tables for bigger parties. We ordered a variety of things to try. Chicken tenders, pizza, cheeseburger sliders and poke nachos. Everything was pretty good. The chicken tenders were not dry. The cheeseburger sliders were ok. I put mayonnaise and ketchup in the sliders. That made the sliders taste better. I thought the sliders were a little dry and needed something. Pizza was good, but the poke nachos were not my thing. The poke nachos were way too spicy for me. My husband liked it. Yeah, happy hour was worth it. It's a big plus in my book. I would probably not have ordered so many things to try if they were not half off. Service was ok. They have a lot of staff. Pulled up to Elk Grove to check out the newest Yardhouse location and also to celebrate a friend's birthday. The vibes were extremely high as the energy of the staff could be felt throughout the new building. There was a long wait for seating inside but patio seating was available so that's what we chose to do. They did a great job of laying down some turf and putting tables and chairs utilizing the entire outside space. It wasn't as hot as I expected either. If you've been to Yardhouse you know their menu is huge. In my opinion is comparable to BJ's and if I had to choose which one is better it would be like splitting hairs. They have the world's largest selection of beer on tap. And they are known for their unique glasses which are called Yards and half Yards. Liquor is also available here for cocktails and shots which we did a few of to celebrate. Went with the sliders. Always my favorite here. My friend enjoyed the vampire tacos which looked super crispy and cheesy. Going to order that one next time. We've been waiting for Yard House to open for a while. We even waited a few weeks before attempting to dine in. Sunday was probably a bad choice while FIFA World Cup game is playing! Yard House has TV's everywhere! The bar area was packed! Dining inside was not available. They have many outdoor tables. Note: not all tables have umbrellas in the sun! So, when we arrived, we were told approximately an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes. By the time we sat down, it was an hour and a half. We will write this off to the excitement of the game! When our hostess took us to our table, there were three guys who were already sitting there! They were politely asked to leave. It seemed there were people just entering the patio area and sat down to watch the games. Good for them for getting away with it, but probably bad for business. ( Some drinking Philz coffee ) Emily was our waitress. She's very helpful and friendly. We ordered the Thai Grilled Pork Chops! We had to stick with water due to our outdoor dining had no umbrella! Hydration is important! Overall, we've been to many Yard House locations. Their food has always been delicious and their employees are very cheerful and friendly. We noticed three empty tables while waiting. As we dined, we noticed it was unoccupied. As we left, it was still empty. I think they need to fine tune their table system! We stopped by the new Yard House in Elk Grove on a Friday afternoon around 3:15 and were pleasantly surprised to find out Happy Hour runs from 3-6 p.m. Since appetizers were half off, we ordered a variety so we could sample several items. The poke nachos were my favorite and something I'd definitely order again. The chicken lettuce wraps were delicious and came with two dipping sauces--I especially liked the peanut sauce. We also tried the boneless wings (lemon pepper and another flavor) and the calamari, and everything was tasty. Since it's one of Elk Grove's newest restaurants, it was definitely busy. We were quoted about a 25-minute wait, but it ended up being closer to 40 minutes. It seemed like they were pacing seating instead of filling every open table at once, which I appreciated because it probably helped keep the kitchen from getting overwhelmed during the opening rush. Once we were seated, our food came out quickly. Our server, Jordyn, was wonderful. She mentioned this was her first serving job, and honestly, you never would have guessed. She was friendly, attentive, checked on us throughout our meal, and kept my husband's iced tea refilled without us having to ask. The only minor hiccup was that they were out of the beer my husband originally ordered, but she let him know right away so he could choose something else. Parking was a bit of a walk since part of the shopping center is still under construction, and several spaces were being used by construction crews. Overall, we had a great first visit. We were told this restaurant has only been open about a month, and judging by the crowd, it's already a huge hit! I guess Elk Grove needed a Yard House!! We arrived around 1:30 on a Sunday, and the place was absolutely packed. There was about a45 minute wait, and people were everywhere. It was honestly pretty crazy. Temps were hot as hell outside but the restaurant was nice and cold!! Parking sucks a$$ because it's under construction. No fault of Yard House. Despite how busy they were, the staff had everything running like a well-oiled machine. Our party of seven was seated within the estimated wait time, and our waitress was friendly, patient, and attentive while we waited for the rest of our group to arrive. I like that we didn't have to have our whole party to be there in order to be seated! The biggest surprise was how quickly the food came out. Once we placed our order, our meals were on the table in what felt like less than 10 minutes. Waited a few weeks after Yard House had their grand opening because it's always crazy when a new restaurant opens in Elk Grove and takes awhile for the staff to get into the swing of things. When my small group arrived on a Sunday evening, parking was easy, we were quickly seated, and our waiter dropped by within minutes. The waiter had great suggestions especially when it came to the beer on tap. The atmosphere was popping with happy conversations and music that matched the videos on the multiple TVs. Our dishes started arriving after 5-10 minutes. Most tasted as expected; the best was the Mac & Cheese, but the Cheesesteak could've used onions, green peppers, and mushrooms. So excited that a yard house opened up by my house! It's still very busy here since it's been opened for less than a month, so be prepared to wait, especially during happy hour which is M-F from 3-6pm. We decided to come during happy hour for half off appetizers on a weds. We put our names down for a party of 6 and waited about 40 mins. After we got seated, ordering on the ziosk was seamless. All of the happy hour menu was in there and just a click away. Our server was amazing! He kept coming in several times to check on us and to refill our waters. We ordered a bunch of things from the happy hour menu and got to try all of it. It came out super quick, only like 10 mins after placing the order. My favorite was the chicken nachos and the white truffle mushroom pizza. My least favorites were the carnivore pizza and the sliders. They were whatever to me. I did enjoy the calamari, but felt like it had a lot of batter on it. Wings were good but a little salty. Really busy place inside. I was excited to check out this new location. I heard it's only been open for about a month. The food is consistently good at every Yard House location. The pricing is pretty reasonable. The service here was rough at first, but once I received my orders, it improved. When I walked in, I immediately realized there was something going on. They were playing the World Cup on TV. People were waiting for tables and booths, but since I was by myself, I looked for a spot at the bar. There were a couple spots available, so I sat down and took one of them on the corner. It took several minutes for someone to approach me, even though a guy sat down a couple minutes after me and was approached within a minute. The female staff were attentive to everyone but me. A male staffer eventually came up to me and asked if I had been helped, then placed my order. He was the only one who was attentive to me. Another guy was standing at the bar "cleaning", but was mostly just watching the game. My drink was made in a timely manner and tasted great. I soon received my food order. Both my salad and burger arrived at the same time. I asked if they could bring the burger back out later because I wanted to eat my salad first and didn't want my burger to get cold, but they wound up just remaking it and bringing it out later. I appreciated the accommodation since I didn't clarify that beforehand. Once I made that request, a female staffer chimed in, but I told her the male staffer had it taken care of. She came by later and asked if everything was good. Once I was ready to go, a different female staffer closed my bill. Not sure which one was my actual server (even though neither of them served me), but I noticed one of their names on my receipt instead of the male staffer. I hope my tip actually went to him, but he might have been the manager? I have no idea. Besides the confusion with the ladies, I thought everything else was good. The male staffer was great and accommodating, and the food and drinks were perfect. This wasn't necessarily a bad experience, but it wasn't the best first impression. We ordered a couple items to share. We had the giant pretzel it came with beer cheese and ground mustard. I love giant pretzel and like to order it anywhere that has it. The beer cheese is not for me because I don't really care for beer. The mustard was ok. We also ordered some wings . Bbq and original hot. I liked the bbq wings. I'm not an original hot flavored girl. For our shared entree we ordered the truffled mushroom pizza added sausage and pepperoni. The pizza was hot and good but it tasted a bit on the salty side. Busy new location with a few opening-week hiccups! This new Elk Grove location opened on 6/22/2026, and the public interest is definitely high. I came on 7/7 around 5 PM and was surprised to see the line going all the way outside. The indoor dining room, bar, and outdoor patio were all packed. Luckily, my friend had already put our group on the waitlist around 4:30 PM. Parking: Free, but limited for now because the shopping center is still being developed. Several businesses are under construction, so some parking spaces are taken up by construction vehicles, materials, and portable toilets. Restrooms: Clean and decent. Service: Friendly overall, but there were a few hiccups. Water was served right away without us asking, which was nice. They started taking drink orders first, but then also took food orders from some of us, so it felt a little unorganized. I asked for a sample of a beer I'd never tried before so I could decide what to order. I expected the sample to come first, but it arrived together with everyone else's drinks, so it didn't really help me make a decision. Our food also came out in two batches. About half the table got their meals first, while the rest of us waited a while longer. We ended up sharing food until everyone's orders finally arrived. Our server checked on us a couple of times and cleared empty plates and glasses. There was one funny moment when he asked if I was done with my drink. I said, "Not yet," but he had already picked it up. As soon as he realized it, he put it back and apologized. Afterward, they offered dessert, and a few people in our group ordered some. One thing that stood out was how loud it was inside. There wasn't any music playing, but the restaurant was so noisy that we had to practically shout just to talk to the people sitting next to us or across the table. If you're coming with friends and want to actually have a conversation, I'd recommend sitting on the outdoor patio. Overall, it's a great addition to Elk Grove. I was anticipating the opening of Yardhouse in Elk Grove. I like their Downtown location but parking is tricky in DOCO and sometimes pricey! So, parking in EG will be much easier! We braved the crowd and came here on Thursday for their Happy Hours between 3-6 pm (Mon. to Fri.). Not sure if it was the 4th of July weekend or they are still new, or both....it was packed! Arrive early if you want to take advantage of their HH. We got here at 3:00 pm and waited for about 15 min. to be seated but the lines started to form outside very quickly. You don't want to get here at 5 pm, wait in line to find out you didn't make the HH. DRINKS $2 off on a selection of cocktails, beer and wine. My Lychee Cosmo cocktail was pretty, sweet and tasty but I barely felt the alcohol. My sister got the Blue Moon beer. For pint size, it was less than $5 after the HH discount. It was cold and served in a chilled beer glass. APPETIZERS A good selection of appetizers are half off during HH and we took full advantage of that. -Margherita Pizza - I love the crust. It's not too thin with a nice texture. I can use a little more tomatoes sauce. 5/5. -Seared Ahi Sashimi - The sashimi is fresh but the sauce is a bit salty. Nice presentations. 3.5/5. -Calamari - It was overly fried with lots of small hard pieces. The two sauces are good. 3/5. -Poke Nachos - The first time I had it in DOCO was amazing. They use different kind of nachos. It's not as fresh and crunchy. I think the portion is a smaller too. 3/5. -Brussels Sprouts - I like that they put a twist to the sauce with a nice kick. Tasty dish. 5/5. -Classic Sliders - it comes with 4 mini sliders with french fries. Good portion. 4/5. -Chicken Wings - We got the Korean BBQ. It was just okay. Your average party wings. 3.5/5 You can order with your server and/or using the tablets on the table. We opted in to order the food on the tablet because we can see the pictures, prices, and customize the item. For some reason, we couldn't order the HH Chicken Wings on the tablet and the server put it in for us. When I got the bill to pay, I noticed we were charged full price for the Chicken Wings. It was $10 more and I address this with our server. She came back and said that it wasn't a HH item and that's why we couldn't order it on the tablet. That doesn't make sense because I can see the item and the HH price but couldn't add it. Even if that was the case, she should say something right off the bat. I didn't want to argue about $10 and ruin my evening. Clearly, they still have to work on some grand opening issues. It's a large restaurant with patio seating. My husband, our two kids, and I were invited to participate in the soft opening of the Yard House on Elk Grove Boulevard. We were both offered two complimentary beverages of our choice if we wanted them. They also had multiple draft beers to try. They had several seating options, and we chose to sit in the indoor/outdoor area. It was very warm outside, so we asked for the fans to be turned on. I think our waiter forgot to turn them on. The food was very good. I ordered a pineapple chicken dish that was flavorful, and the temperature was perfect. The kids ordered from the kids' menu. My husband's meal, on the other hand, had some issues. His T-bone steak was overcooked, so it was sent back, and his sides were incorrect, so those were sent back too. The order was finally correct, and once it was, the taste was amazing! Our server was friendly but could benefit from additional training in getting familiar with the menu. Well it's finally open. It was the first day , yesterday Monday. I got there just before 4:30PM today and it was packed. Still got a table right away. Man parking is horrible and wait till Whole Foods opens. This strip mall is going to be crappy for parking. I was lucky to find a spot. The place is a nice size and had outdoor dinning too. Not as big as the one downtown. They have free wifi. It was happy hour and 1/2 off the appetizers, a select few was great. We tried the poke nachos. I asked for no Cilantro but it came with it. Had to re make it. so took awhile. We got the sliders too. It came with fries. They had pickles on it but wanted more of them. You really had to add kechtup or mustard. A nice size but wish they cooked the fries a little longer. Chicken tenders were juicy and yummy , also with fries. Got the Margarita pizza. not a bad size . Really thin crust. Very flavorful. I liked it a lot. Finally got the poke nachos and I loved them. It was spicy from the jalapenos my wife couldn't eat it. I loved it. A must try. Service was ok especially since it was really busy. I would give 4.5 stars if I could. I like the new yard house in Elk Grove. Nice set up and a bunch of servers. We went at a good time so our wait was manageable but I hear it's really long now. Looked smaller from the outside but inside was pretty roomy. We ordered the truffled mushroom pizza and two flavors of the wings. The pizza was pretty tasty and the wings were great. So happy YH is finally open! But it was busy being that its still their opening week. It was already busy when we got there, but people were coming in and out. The reception area was crowded, with what seemed like too many staff members standing around. We were seated right away though since we didn't have a seating preference and just wanted the first available table. You can order from the little kiosk at your table, which makes it super convenient and easy. We had a server, but it was easier for us to just place all of our orders through the kiosk. Everything came out quickly, and our server checked in on us throughout our meal. HH FOOD Poke Nachos 4/5 - Good, but the portion looked smaller compared to other YH locations. Cheese Spinach Dip 4/5 - It was good, but the chips got saltier as we kept eating. Calamari 4/5 - I'm a fan of the jalapeño tartar sauce served on the side. Brussels Sprouts 2.7/5 - My least favorite. They were drenched in sauce, came out soggy, and I think there was some buffalo sauce mixed in too. Hummus 3/5 - Decent. The restaurant is much bigger than I expected, with plenty of both indoor and outdoor seating, plus a large bar area if you'd rather sit there. Considering it was their opening week, the service was pretty good. Some menu items are ordered through a tablet at the table, while others have to be ordered directly from your server. Our food arrived fairly quickly. The giant pretzel was decent--soft and not dry at all. However, I wasn't a fan of the beer cheese or the mustard, as both sauces were a little too strong for my taste. We also tried the truffle mushroom pizza and added sausage and pepperoni. It was decent overall. The truffle flavor was subtle, which I liked, but the pizza was a bit saltier than I would have preferred. The wings were another item we ordered. I'm glad this location finally opened after a couple of delays here and there. I have to say I enjoyed my time here during happy hour, which might be my new favorite happy hour spot in the city. The ambience is kind of like BJ's so it can get pretty loud inside. I was seated immediately even though it was pretty busy so that was a good start. My server asked if I had any questions and even gave me a few samples of some beers since they had so many options and I wasn't sure what I wanted. I ended up getting their honey blonde ale in a 32oz half yard glass which looked comically large but I still enjoyed the beer. I started off with some poke nachos then eventually got some chicken tenders with fries. Their prices during happy hour (half off pizzas and certain appetizers) were really good although I'm not sure if I'd get appetizers during times when happy hour isn't offered. Came out for opening night and so glad we did. The place was packed, as you'd expect for a debut, but the staff handled the rush like pros. Genuinely positive attitudes across the board and still attentive even with a full house, which says a lot when a brand new team is finding its rhythm. The food did not disappoint. We worked our way through the buffalo chicken tacos with that creamy slaw and a side of Spanish rice and beans, the seared ahi over a bright broth, shrimp street tacos loaded with crispy fries and guac, and a massive cheese pizza that easily fed the table. Every single item was a hit. The space itself is a great hang. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, and TVs everywhere you look, so it's perfect whether you're catching a game or just gathering with friends and family. Elk Grove needed a spot like this. Our friend decided to come Yard House for his birthday dinner. We arrived by 6:30 and was told it would be about a 25 min wait. We waited less than 10 minutes to be seated. As other said, after being seated we waited and kept on waiting to at least be served water. The manager happened to be walking by and was the one who brought us water and apologized for the wait. Finally once the server arrived, we placed our immediately so we wouldn't have to wait again. The food didn't take too long to come out. My friend liked his jambalaya. I had the carne asada tacos. The flavor was good but the tortilla was so greasy. My other friend had the poke nachos and brussel sprouts and she said it was typical for Yard House. This is the new location over on elk Grove Boulevard. I've been to Yard House before in DOCO. My friend and I arrived here for happy hour, and I got to tell you the environment is very lively. If you're not used to loud restaurants, I would not come here as it will test your eardrums. It also makes it hard to speak with others. I don't enjoy shouting when talking with friends. Personally, that's not my preferred environment. I am very impressed with the service and how quickly they got our food to us. This place is packed with a ton of people and I was satisfied with how quickly they pushed out so much food. Hats off to the kitchen staff. Our meals, however, were nit remarkable. I can't say this is the best cheeseburger sliders I've ever had or even the best sashimi I've ever had. It was mediocre best but for happy hour, you couldn't beat that deal. So. . .late night, I'm injured and don't feel like cooking. Yard House opened recently, it was open late and I wanted to try it so I placed my order to go. I don't recommend it. I picked up my food because I'm leery about delivery. My interaction with the staff was pretty brief so I don't have much to say about that but for the quick interaction, it was pleasant. Not super welcoming but not rude either. I received my food a few minutes after my arrival so the timing was pretty good. The thing is, I don't live far from the restaurant but when I got home, my food was cold. Not even a little warm. I ordered boneless wings for my son, birria tacos with fries for my daughters and nachos for myself. My son enjoyed his wings because he enjoys wings. I don't think he's ever met wings he did not like LOL. My daughters did not enjoy their birria tacos because they said it does not taste like birria at all. There was a pretty good flavor to the tacos, but it did not taste like birria to me either. I should've known ordering something like that from a restaurant was not going to taste authentic but they wanted to try it so we tried it. Now my nachos, they were much larger than I expected. The pan could've fed two people. I was not aware it was going to be that much. But the problem was that my nachos were super cold and the cheese coagulated in a way that everything stuck together. Like I could grab one end of the nachos and it would lift almost all of the other nachos in the pan. The cheese had the chips stuck to the bottom of the pan so I had to pry them apart and pry it off of the bottom and sides of the pan. It was not a good experience at all. I know to go orders can be hit for miss. This one was definitely a miss. 2/10. I do plan to visit again and eat in the restaurant to compare my experiences but as it stands now, I will never order to go from this restaurant again. read more

Yard House is finally in Elk Grove. I kinda expected that they would be very busy during their first couple weeks of opening. But I was surprised to see how busy they were on a weekday lunch time. It impossible to come to yard house and just stick with one item. I love the fact that we could order our drinks and appetizers on the table kiosk. I feel like the food came out very quickly for how busy they were. My favorites were the Parmesan truffle fries, fried calamari and the Margherita pizza. The menu has plenty of options, so it's a great place for solo dining, duos, or a group of individuals. read more

One of the newest spots in EG, and it was a hit for me. Nice open space with lots of dining areas inside and out. Huge bar, with lots of beer & mixed drinks to choose from. Did I mention the outstanding menu selection? Appetizers & entrees that are sure to hit the spot. Heck yeah Yard House...I see you! Our waiter, Hans, was top notch. Answered all my families questions, and was extremely patient with my youngest while she was making her selection. My wife ordered a drink that she thought would be made a bit differently. Wasn't even an issue he swapped it out without hesitation. He wasn't overbearing with his check-ins with us, and made sure we had everything we needed. We tried the new Elk Grove location for Happy Hour. We were told there'd be a 35 minute wait but only waited about 20, not bad. You check in at the door & are then called to the hostess desk & are seated. We had a nice booth inside. Lots of seating inside & out, even have like an in between area to sit plus a full bar. We ordered from the HH menu which has a lot of good items to choose from for half off. They even have a late night HH menu. We ordered a pizza, & calamari. Both were very good. Our server Aaron Hans so outstanding. Very friendly, professional & attentive. I received dessert for my birthday. One thing we realized is that they don't have club rewards at this time. A month after my initial review (which was opening weekend of this Yard House), I can say that the service and food has improved! I did notice the floor layout changed, as high tables were removed/moved from where we sat last time, so it feels more spacious. Our server was just as attentive. The food was amazing for the value during Happy Hour. Appetizers and pizzas arrived fresh and were cooked to perfection. The only minor note I had was the Cherry Coke was not sweet at all. I switched to regular Coke for my refill and it was well-carbanated, crisp, and sweet! Definitely come here for Happy Hour if you want great service, food, and overall value! It's probablu the best Happy Hour in Elk Grove. Lots of TVs are playing all sports too. Great improvement!! read more

Service is great, food is tasty, they have bar seating, great patio seating, and tables big enough for big parties. Great happy hour pricing M-F 3pm to 6pm and late night happy hour Sun-Weds 10pm to closing. Docking a star bc wait times can be fairly long but they will text you when your table is ready, so you can wait in the car or walk around nearby stores to kill time. And regardless where you're seated, there's a lot of flies. You literally have to watch your food and shoo flies while you're eating. Also the spicy tuna stack was really salty. We decided to check out the new Yard House location in Elk Grove! Since we didn't have a reservation, we had to wait a little bit to be seated, which was totally expected since this place is the new hot spot in town. Once we sat down, our waitress greeted us right away. The overall service was a little on the slower side, but the restaurant was incredibly busy, and they are still working through those opening-month rushes, so it was understandable. The drinks & food were good. We ordered a burger and the jambalaya, both were a solid 8/10! But the absolute standout for us was the spicy tuna stack, it was our favorite of the night, and we will absolutely be coming back just for that. We're glad to have a Yard House closer to home. Stopped in for lunch and was greeted and seated right away. We were lucky enough to sit in Alyssa's section. She was so sweet and attentive. We ordered an onion ring tower and I had the delicious orange chicken and Jasmine rice. My husband had the bacon cheeseburger with fries. This new Yard House location in Elk Grove, near Costco, Chick-fil-A, and Mendocino Farms, definitely did not disappoint! We visited on a busy Sunday afternoon, and even with the crowd, the wait for a table was only about 25 minutes. They offer indoor seating, outdoor seating, and bar seating, so since there were only two of us, we grabbed a couple of spots at the bar. We were greeted immediately by one of the many bartenders working, and service was friendly and attentive from start to finish. They have an impressive selection of draft beers and Truly options. We started with margaritas, which were amazing as always--strong, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. For appetizers, we ordered our favorite: the poke nachos. The portion is generous and very filling, featuring fresh, delicious tuna, crispy wonton chips, and a slightly sweet flavor profile that we love. For my entrée, I had the garlic noodles with shiitake mushrooms. The noodles were tender, slightly sweet, and well seasoned, and the meaty shiitake mushrooms made the dish even better. My husband ordered the turkey club sandwich, which was huge and loaded with turkey, crispy bacon, and lettuce. The only thing that missed the mark for me was the fries. They were a bit too brown and overcooked for my taste. Other than that, everything was excellent. Our waters were constantly refilled, the check came quickly, and the service was impressively speedy considering how busy they were. We had awonderful experience! We arrived an hour before the happy hour ended (which is a great deal) and had multiple choices to choose from. The food tasted great! I have to say.... Michael, Bri, and Yaz took it to the next level. They were very attentive. They we so friendly and checked on us often We also had a person named Ryan from Pennsylvania. This guy seemed like he was in charge and was all about making sure we had a great dining experience! We will definitely patronize this establishment more frequently than others in the area. It's finally open. It's huge. It's loud. It was busy. The food was delicious. I'll definitely be back once things settle down. But long wait times. And I'm a little concerned the parking lot won't be enough, as I had to park close to chic filet. So it's gonna be a busy center. But I'm glad we got a Yard House in Elk Grove. Worse customer service at the front. I ordered chicken tacos to go online. Order said ready at 7:20 I got there 10 minutes later. I had to wait additional 15 minutes. I can see my order was ready on the counter. These young girls working in the front are so inefficient. One girl had no customers and just stands there instead of giving my order that's behind her. She said to wait for someone to come out. Anyway, my food is all cold. I'm learning that I should not give tips ahead of time. Good thing I didn't give a lot. read more
