Not bad for a quick burger. Located in the Market food court, they also have good seasoned fries, and shakes,..I got the strawberry wafer shake. Thete is also turkey burgers , chicken tenders, and hot dogs. Their burgers are on the well cooked side - which made them a bit on the dry side. Luckily their aioli is like 1000 island sauce and goes well on the bun.

A must try for a tasty burger! A single is pretty filling along with seasoned fries and the Oreo shake. (Who's counting calories?) The double will put you over the top. Super tasty and juicy with a soft bun. Service is fast and efficient each time. No complaints. This is located in the casino food court and I'd have to say it the best casino food court in the Sacramento area! Lots of variety. The vibe is bustling on Weds (seniors age 50+ get $5 off $10 purchase, must sign up for a players card) and weekends. Still worth it without the discount! You gotta go check it out!

I love the food at Butcher's Burgers! I've been here multiple times and am finally writing a review. Today I got the regular cheeseburger and fries. It was cooked and seasoned perfectly. I was able to finish the whole burger since it's much smaller than the Butcher's Burgers, which is also good, but humongous. The fries are a little over seasoned but cooked perfectly! They're fast with service and I love that you can order and choose wherever you would like to sit...especially since my friends got food from softener restaurants in the food court.

We went to Skyriver Casino and after playing for a few hours decided to take a break and grab a quick snack. After walking around, we decided to have a burger at Butcher's Burger. I ordered a Double CHEESEBURGER with DOUBLE BURGER PATTIES, and CHEDDAR cheese. We also ordered their fries. Our food came quickly and the service was good. The burger is huge in portions and the beef patties are juicy and tender. The fries are also huge and are good for more than one person. I enjoyed the burger and fries and the price is reasonable. If you're at Sky River Casino, make sure you stop at Butchers Burger and get a bite of their burgers.

Tried the BBQ bacon burger today. Loved the crispy onions. Burger was juicy. Service was fast. Order at counter. Drink fountains nearby. Lots of seating options. Great for groups!

My friends and I stop by here, not for burgers, but for strawberry wafer shake! There was a bit of a line, but it moved quickly. The shake is pretty good. Sweet and not sour. A pretty big cup and it's a good size to share. Or not! I will be back for this!

Each time I'm here I forget to do a review. The burger is great and tasty. You can taste the char on the meat which makes it taste better. The fries are crispy and have a great seasoning on it. And their Oreo milkshake is soooo good. Forgot to take a picture. There is always a line and super busy. You'll always hear your name being called when your food is ready. Plenty of seating.

Had some business at the sky casino and though I was hoping for a buffet to try out, I saw that they had this food court, and the burgers looked good so we decided to try them out. Prices weren't too bad and the burgers were delicious. The soda drinks were a little on the expensive side at $3.50 for a small plastic cup, but there were a lot of choices in the soda fountains and I'm assuming if maybe if you're staying or gambling you could come back and get a refill. The french fries were very reasonably priced and large and more than enough to share with two people or more. They are located in the back left-hand side of this food court area.

I thought casino food was going to be bad and overpriced since it's just an adult's indoor theme park. The burger here was actually decent. I had a double cheeseburger, keeping it simple. Unfortunately, the burger was a la carte, any fries are side add ons. This burger is huge! It was almost as big as my face. Luckily they have plenty of seats, you can hide in the corner to eat this because you don't want anyone seeing meat juice dripping down your chin. Decent smashburger, just a tad overcooked for my liking, but it wasn't too dry. For $12, this kept me full all night from 4pm. I was glad I didn't order any fries, my stomach might explode. This isn't a burger joint where you HAVE to come out of your way for, but if you happen to be at the casino, this might bring you some joy if you're losing money out there.

We came to the casino just for the burger. It's so far back into the food court that we couldn't even smell the cigarette smoke. Winning! Double cheeseburger was huge! I should've just got a regular cheeseburger. Soft buttery brioche bread. 1 fry order was good enough for 2 people to share. They were heavily seasoned, not my favorite. I'm fine with simple salt. The strawberry shake was very tasty! A custodian came by cleaning the tables. He was sooo friendly!!! I wish I could say the same for the Butcher staff working there. Not very welcoming and unfriendly faces. Customer service needs improvement.

Stopped by Butcher's Burgers inside Sky River Casino and had a great meal! Ordered the BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger, fries, and an Oreo Cookie Shake. The burger was juicy, filling, and packed with flavor, with just the right amount of bacon to complement the BBQ sauce. The fries were crispy and well-seasoned. The Oreo Cookie Shake... Absolutely delicious! Thick, creamy, and full of cookies. Overall, this was a solid meal and a great way to take a break from the casino actionwith goid fast service. If you're at Sky River and need a bite, Butcher's Burgers it is.

    BBQ Bacon Burger...delicioso!

After having two stiff drinks at the River Bar, I was in need of some food to soak up the alcohol. If you read my review for the casino, you know by now that I was excited to check out Butcher's Burger. A few months ago I did a search for the best burger spots in Elk Grove and Butcher's arrived at the top of the results. However, I could not justify driving to the casino to solely have a burger; therefore, I was excited when an opportunity presented itself to hangout with friends at the casino. When I arrived at Butcher's Burger (located inside of the casino's food court) I was greeted by a decent-sized line. However, the employees were super-efficient and I quickly found myself at the front of the line. Since I was anticipating this visit, I had my order ready...the BBQ Bacon Burger (next time I will order the BBQ Bacon Double Cheeseburger) and fries. Esa (the cashier/server) was extremely personable and made me feel like a friend whom she just happened to be serving. I can confirm that the establishment lives up to it's near-perfect Yelp reviews. The burger was bursting with flavor, did not have any dry spots, and was on a quality bun that held up as I devoured the burger. The fries were not only plentiful (I pray that they continue to be this generous), but well-seasoned. I already plan on bringing my wife, whom is what I like to call a burger enthusiast, here to experience this appetizing, delectable, yumminess (yes I'm using all of the descriptive words)!

1st time at sky river and we decided to try this place out. I ordered the butchers burger and my girl ordered the BBQ bacon burger. The food was delicious. We shared one fries basket. They serve alot of fries and come seasoned with some sort of dry rub. The service was fairly quick and the place had clean seating.

No wine glass was left empty throughout the night. All the servers were very attentive and accommodating. We were large party, but they made sure everyone was taken care of. We sat in the outdoor patio and loved the ambiance with the lights during the sunset. We brought our karaoke and sang throughout the night. Loved that the servers joined us as well. Food was excellent, of course! We loved all of the appetizers (chicken skin, octopus, spinach dip). For them main dish, we got the arugula salad, braised pork cheeks and swordfish and they were all so delicious! Will definitely come back here!

I then asked if there was any chance of being seated sooner as a walk-in, and Aubrey told me they had room for two at a table in the bar area. I specifically asked whether it was an actual table where we could comfortably order food, because I did not want to be stuck at some tiny corner setup where only one plate could fit. I also made it clear that it was my birthday and that I wanted something a little more formal and comfortable. I was told it would be in the front by the bar, not shoved in a corner, though it could be a little crowded if people were in the waiting area. When we arrived, the first issue was parking. For a first-time guest, parking was unnecessarily difficult to figure out, especially during a rainstorm. Since the restaurant is set up like a small house, it was not obvious where to park, and there was no clear sign letting us know there was parking around the back. Once we walked in, I immediately saw the table that had been described to us. It was right near the bar against the wall, and it was much smaller and more awkward than I had been led to believe. My girlfriend was wearing a dress, and because it was such a high table, it made it uncomfortable for her to sit naturally and comfortably. As soon as we sat down, I looked at the table and asked if we were really going to be able to order multiple items and eat comfortably there. I was told they would "pace it" and "make it work." That should have been the warning sign right there. We started with two ice waters, and even that nearly filled the table. They brought a pitcher and poured the water into the glasses. I asked for a separate cup of ice, and because there was so little room on the table, I had to ask the waiter to take the glass back and pour it for me so I would not spill everything. That is how cramped this setup was. We ordered the chicken breast special and a half dozen oysters. First came the garlic bread, and now we had bread, butter, two waters, silverware everywhere, and barely any room left. Then the oysters arrived, and everything had to be shifted around just to make it fit. At that point, the table had bread, oysters, hot sauce, waters, and multiple pieces of silverware for each guest, and it felt like one wrong move would send a glass to the floor. After we finished the oysters and bread, they cleared the table and brought out our entrée. We ordered the shareable chicken breast after I specifically asked whether it would be enough food for both of us. The waiter said it should be. In reality, it was about four small pieces of chicken once cut, three asparagus spears, and two very small scoops of mashed potatoes. For the price, it was honestly disappointing. I cannot remember the last time I paid that much at a nicer restaurant and still left hungry. What made it worse was that they knew it was my birthday and did absolutely nothing to acknowledge it. No small dessert, no candle, no gesture, nothing. Ironically, the only people who made the night feel special were another couple who had apparently been dining there for years. They overheard us mention it was my birthday and kindly bought us two sparkling wines. That was thoughtful, but it also added even more clutter to an already ridiculously tiny table. The service overall was underwhelming. We were barely checked on, and the whole experience felt awkward. The hostess kept staring at us throughout the meal, and at one point, she rolled her eyes when she went to take the Tabasco sauce, and we told her we still needed it for the chicken. For the prices Boulevard Bistro charges, I expected much better service, better communication, and a much more comfortable dining experience. Instead, the whole night felt misleading, cramped, and disappointing. I will not be coming back.

My husband & I live in the Monterey area, but our elderly moms live in Galt & Pioneer. So, with busy lives we decided to try & give them a Mother's Day they'd really like. I was searching up restaurants that were doing Mother's Day events in their area. I didn't want to do a buffet or be in a place that was going to be so packed no one could hear each other. Tough challenge. But I found the Mother's Day brunch event at the Brick House, so decided to make reservations. I personally liked that you had to leave a deposit to hold the reservation. That tells me they're serious about making sure it was not overcrowded. The menu was limited due to it being a special event, but the items to choose from seemed interesting. Plus the bottomless mimosas & bloody Mary's was a big bonus. Our reservation was at 10:15AM. I'll start off with the review by mentioning my dad. He is a grumpy old guy who doesn't get out much. I've had to "warn" wait staff to ignore him; that he's a grump & won't be paying the bill, we will, so to not let any comments phase them, & we will try to keep him in line. Luckily he doesn't know what yelp is! When we were reviewing the menu the night before, he made the comments, "weird menu, it will be crowded, bottomless drinks? That means they will come by one time with tiny glasses." So we arrive a little early but are immediately seated in a very quiet area with only a couple of other tables occupied. The Grumpy old man: "see. They stuck us where we won't get any service." As soon as we sat down our waitress came over & immediately wished us all a happy mother's Day & could she get us a Bloody Mary or mimosa & that they were bottomless. And that she'd also be bringing our pastry board. We ordered our drinks & my dad made the comments, loud enough for the waitress to hear, "ok girls. Your one small mimosa will be coming out along with cold donuts. you'll never be offered another one, so enjoy." Within a few minutes us moms got our mimosas. In large wine glasses, filled to the top. Grumpy old man got a Bloody Mary. Nice selection of Pastries were hot out of the oven. He Made the comment, "great, a weak drink." (He hadn't taken a sip yet.") We told the waitress we would need a few minutes to look at the menu, she said fine. No rush. She came back & saw my mom & dad were nearly done with their drinks. Offered another while she took our order. My dad replied: "no. I'm driving." Translation: it's a strong drink. We went to order & my dad ordered the eggs Benedict with pork belly. also muttering it sounded weird, and it would be a shame to throw out such expensive food. He ate every bite & told the waitress it was "ok." (He rarely eats all his food.) Translation: it was probably one of the best he's had. I had the vegetable quiche & it was very good. The mimosas kept being offered & were flowing for the moms well after our food was finished which for it being a special, reservation only event was a pleasant surprise. We finely told the waitress at round 4 us girls were done. The restaurant remained quiet & when we left, it was busy, but not overly so. The manager, Chris, was greeting people & wishing the moms a happy Mother's Day. We were there for a couple of hours & never felt rushed to leave. When the bill came & my husband went to pay it, my dad told him to make sure the tip wasn't included before not leaving one. The waitress had to put up with us girls Constantly getting mimosas without asking for them. Translation: he felt like he had a nice time, the waitress made sure us moms had a nice time & wanted to make sure she got a tip. Us girls decided that we wanted to come back for regular happy hour/dinner next time we visited. My dad grumbled that he'd have to come too so we'd have a ride back. Translation: he wants to come back. Lol It was pricey, but worth every penny for the wonderful Mother's Day we were able to give our older moms. I'd definitely do it again next year if they have it. Thank you!

What convinced me was their Valentine's menu and let me say it sure didn't disappoint! Our server was Mia who was an absolute pleasure to have. She was attentive, kind, and very informative of the menu when we were indecisive. We were seated in their speakeasy, completely separate from the main restaurant, which I enjoyed much more. (less hustle and bustle) The ambiance was more romantic and intimate. I chose the Grilled Salmon served with garlic mash potatoes, fried brussels sprouts, and maple bourbon glaze. This was 15/10! Everything was perfection. The salmon wasn't too wet or dry, brussels were lightly crispy and not bitter like I've had at other places, garlic mash was well-seasoned and so creamy and fluffy. That glaze was everything that pulled the dish together! The maple glaze wasn't too sweet and had a nice subtle flavor. If they ever have this on their regular menu I'd order in a heartbeat. My husband got their North Atlantic Lobster Tail. They did not skimp on the lobster at all!!! His plate was served with bistro rice, broccolini, and butter to drown the lobster in of course. Rice was fluffy but could've used a bit more seasoning and broccolini was cooked well while still having a bit of a bite to it. We ended the evening with their Pot de Crème served with hazelnuts, strawberries, and whipped cream. This was another delicious bite! Yes, it is chocolate so you would expect something super decadent and overly sweet. That was not the case... It was similar to a mousse but a little more denser and rich but still offering such a creamy and silky texture. Glad we came here to celebrate Valentine's Day! Cheers to second chances!

We had checked online and even called and were told no tables, but figured maybe we could grab a spot at the bar. When we walked in, I thought, " What's the harm in asking"...and somehow a table for two had just opened up. One of those meant-to-be moments. I started with a martini, which was great, and I ordered the macadamia crusted halibut special with asparagus and mashed potatoes. The fish itself was really good. The potatoes needed a little help, though. I definitely wish I had asked for extra sauce and a little salt and pepper, but I did appreciate that they tasted homemade with those bigger chunks. We also got the French onion soup to start, and that was so good. It had little tips of filet in it, and honestly, that might have been my favorite part of the whole meal. My husband ordered the stuffed chicken, and this is where things kind of went sideways. The chicken was really dry, and then halfway through, he bit down on what looked like a cherry pit. Definitely not something you expect, and kind of a mood killer. We called the waiter over, and they were very apologetic, and the service the entire night really was great. But between the dry chicken and that surprise, we were kind of done at that point. We were planning on dessert, but just didn't even feel like it anymore. That said, we've been here before and have had really great meals, which is why I wouldn't write it off. The service was great, everything was clean, and it still has that nice, classic feel. Also, a side note, I used the restroom before we left, and I have to say, as a mom, seeing an actual changing station with drawers and supplies made me so happy. I remember those flimsy fold down tables and being nervous using them, so this felt like such a thoughtful touch. They even had a bidet, which I tried to check out, but it wasn't working. Helpful tip: Get the French onion soup, and if your dish comes with a sauce...ask for extra. Not a perfect night, but enough good here that we'd come back again.

It was only on the top layer and the bottom half of the fries were unseasoned. The lemonade was not sour and tasted watered down. Really disappointing because I love Nash + Tender's lemonade. It always paired well with the food, but not this time. There was not really a good ambiance as well. The mood of the store was depressing. Lighting was bad and the place felt a little run down. I came here at night, for reference. Also, I had to wait five minutes in the front to request a togo container before someone came by even though two employees (chef and other worker) were directly across the way and saw me waiting. They were chatting away and didn't even bother to say they would be right there. The chef I understand not coming to help, but the other girl was just chatting with the chef, playing around with plastic bags and not even really doing anything. I had to wait for another worker to finish cleaning up in the back to come help me and give me a togo container. It seemed like that employee was the only one really doing anything around the restaurant. They definitely run a tighter management in Lodi and Stockton. The vibe was just completely different here. I quite honestly regretted getting my entire meal and hated my experience. I would not come back to this location. It does not compare to the original two locations at all.

They've been part of the community for over 20 years, and it really feels like it when you walk in. It's comfortable, familiar, and full of little details like all the license plates on the walls that give it that local, lived in feel. My go tos are the California or the Linguica Scramble, and they never miss. It's the kind of breakfast you keep coming back for because you already know it's going to hit. One thing to know is it can get busy, especially during peak times, but that's kind of part of the deal with a spot that's been loved this long. Helpful tip: If you want to avoid a wait, try going earlier rather than later because it definitely fills up. I do wish they stayed open later, but overall it's one of those hidden gems that's been a part of my routine for years and now gets to be part of my kid's memories too.

The restaurant is clean and they have decorated it with license plates which is very unique. I feel like their service is okay, you will get what you ordered with a smile or not. Their staff is moody. If they are happy they will smile and talk, if they are not happy, they will give you the food and be on their way.

Hidden gem I've stumbled across on Yelp. Might be one of my new favorites…read more Ordered Hummus and pita and chicken over rice. The chicken tasted so fresh and the white sauce was Amazing. It had a hint of dill and it was super fresh and flavorful. The plate came with lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumbers. Very comparable to the shah's food truck in Davis. I'm happy I don't have to go far anymore. Staff super nice and chill. Few tables to sit at. Definitely recommend!

PROS: Service was friendly, we told them we were excited to try this place for the first time and they explained how everything was put together. The establishment is clean and has a seating area for dine in. The meats were juicy and tender, not dry like I've had at other places. The rice was seasoned well. The salad added a great way to cut through the meats and rice. Everything was delicious and we will definitely return with some changes in HOW we order. (Less sauce and crispier fries). Advice we received from one of the men working there... the bowls will get you stuffed and the gyros will be perfect. He was so right, however, I did order a lot. Mixed platter & chicken platter: 9/10 needs less sauce (but this is my opinion) in the future I'll order sauce on the side. Loaded fries: 6/10 everything was good, the fries just were supposed to be the main attraction and they weren't. I will order this again though, and ask for the fries to be double fried extra crispy Mixed Gyro: 9/10 everything was perfect.

The atmosphere was casual and family friendly. Although it was busy we were still able to enjoy our meal. My son ordered his usual triple dipper sliders, but the mozzarella sticks were a bit overcooked this time. I got the chipotle chicken burrito bowl and it ended up being a little too spicy for me, next time I would just ask for no chipotle. We also ordered guac and chips. The chips on top were good, but halfway through it was mostly broken pieces and crumbs, and a bit salty. I tried the $6 peach margarita, which was good, just a little on the sweeter side. Restrooms could use a little more attention, but overall it was not a bad visit. A few small things kept it from being a great one, but I would come back and give it another try.
