Stopped by Chili's Grill & Bar on a Saturday around 4pm with my son. It was pretty busy, but our server stayed on top of things and checked in regularly, which we appreciated. The atmosphere was casual and family friendly. Although it was busy we were still able to enjoy our meal. My son ordered his usual triple dipper sliders, but the mozzarella sticks were a bit overcooked this time. I got the chipotle chicken burrito bowl and it ended up being a little too spicy for me, next time I would just ask for no chipotle. We also ordered guac and chips. The chips on top were good, but halfway through it was mostly broken pieces and crumbs, and a bit salty. I tried the $6 peach margarita, which was good, just a little on the sweeter side. Restrooms could use a little more attention, but overall it was not a bad visit. A few small things kept it from being a great one, but I would come back and give it another try. read more

I should've gone inside and sat down, but life was lifing and the cold weather had me choosing delivery. Big regret. My entire order was wrong AND cold. I opened what was supposed to be loaded mashed potatoes and was hit with the texture of macaroni and cheese -- pasta, bacon, cheese, bacon bits... everything except potatoes. Absolutely gross. My daughter ordered mozzarella sticks with her Triple Dipper and didn't get them. Instead, she got two orders of buffalo chicken and two burger sliders. Nothing she asked for. I honestly haven't eaten at Chili's in over eight years. My daughter wanted to try it, so we decided to have dinner there for the first time in a very long time. We were a party of four, and I expected a long wait because the restaurant looked pretty busy, but thankfully we were seated fairly quickly. Our server was friendly and amazing -- she took our order, and soon enough our food came out. Everything we had was really good except for the Spanish rice that came with the fajitas; it just wasn't that great. Everything else was delicious, with plenty of food for us to pack and take home. I have never been to a better Chilis. Coming from Fremont the Chilis there was always a chaotic dumpster fire so we stopped going. Then my sons wanted to try here and much to my major hesitation and protest I was pleasantly surprised. They open the door for you- smile seat you fast and serve you quicker than I have ever seen. Everyone in good spirits, plenty of re-fills and the food was great. Our fave margarita on point! Even the manager stops by to say HI. My experience at Chili's on Laguna was amazing not only because I was with my amazing friends the zoo crew but because we were greeted by two beautiful young women Lauren and Timmer. They both had great public relations very professional. They both had a great sense of humor had his laughing as we settled into order. They had our table set with water chips and salsa and gave us time to figure out what we were going to order so many great choices. It was a little busy, but the staff managed to fit all 16 of my group in such a rush. They were quick to check in on us for orders and the food came out at a reasonable amount of time. I noticed that unlike other restaurants, the music was at a reasonable volume level to cater for conversation. They had clean restroom stalls. I am over half a century old and I've never eaten at Chili's. I don't know why, but it just hasn't happened. Anyway, I took my aunt out on the weekend. She is visiting from out of state and loves casinos so I also took her to Sky River casino. That's a whole other review. We opted not to eat at the casino and I wanted to take her to lunch and she wanted a burger. We tried Red Robin first across the street but they were packed and had a 30 minute wait. I was skeptical about Chili's but we did end up here. The restaurant was busy on a Saturday afternoon, a good sign. It smelled like food cooking, another good sign. We got into a tight squeeze booth for two but we're pleased to get greeted and seated quickly. We got drinks (Diet Coke for me, Margarita ($7) for aunt). Our waitress was super helpful and pointed out a three item deal my aunt could get with her burger ($11). We got our thin and crispy chips and spicy salsa quickly. They were one of the appetizer options with the burger. Lunch came some time later but it was worth the wait. I enjoyed my fajitas ($19) , and the steak especially had a nice lime/tequila type marinade. I would definitely order again. The peppers and onions came sizzling along with the meat, warm tortillas, fixings, and a bowl of delicious black beans. My aunt was less enthused about her burger but it looked tasty. I think she wanted my fajitas so I shared. She also Said her margaritas was too sweet. Our waitress was incredibly helpful. You can pay at the table with an electronic screen, which was interesting. Been seeing too many videos online with the fried mozzarella cheese pulls so had to come try it out for myself. We arrived on a weekday evening and the place was busy but we were seated immediately. We ordered their triple dipper since we wanted to try all three of their fried mozzarellas. We selected the regular fried mozzarella, honey-chipotle mozzarella, and nashville hot mozzarella. The dish came with 2 sides of ranch and 1 side of marinara. We loved the honey-chipotle as it was sweet yet savory! After speaking with her, we noticed our place in line kept getting pushed back. Eventually, tired of waiting, we tried to sit in the bar area where there was an open table. The same hostess quickly came over and told us we could not sit there, she had the fattest attitude and an RBF that you couldn't even slap off. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I understand restaurants get busy, but mismanaging guests who have been waiting fairly and moving them down the queue is unacceptable. Chili's offers a solid deal on the weekends with their all-day $6 happy hour margarita, which was impressively large. My friends and I came here on a Saturday afternoon around 2 PM. Although there is lots of parking surrounding the building mind you there are several other businesses in the same lot so it could be hard to find a parking spot on the weekend. It was not empty and fairly slightly busy at the time we came but not excessively loud, we didn't have to wait for a table and got sat down immediately. There are several booths and tables, tv's throughout, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The Three for $10+ special also provides good value, though certain drink and appetizer choices come with an upcharge. My friend opted for the burger, chips & salsa, and a margarita (with a $3 upcharge for the drink). The chips and salsa portion was generous, easily shareable with 3-5 people, and the burger was delicious. However, he later experienced an upset stomach, though it's unclear if the meal was the cause though, that was all he had eaten and threw up the entire burger later on the day. I tried the 6-piece Nashville mozzarella sticks, which were a perfect size and pleasantly flavorful--even for someone who doesn't typically enjoy Nashville seasoning. For my meal, I had the chicken crispers with fries, mac & cheese, and three dipping sauces. The mac & cheese was surprisingly good, tasting similar to Panera's white cheddar version. The fries were decent, but the chicken crispers were a letdown--tough and chewy. I didn't finish them and wouldn't order them again. Overall, the drinks, mozzarella sticks, and chips & salsa were the highlights, while the chicken crispers were disappointing. I'd return mainly for the drinks and appetizers, but I'd be cautious about what entrée to order next time. Came in today around 5 pm and our server Emma was the nicest person ever and had such a polite attitude and was so interactive. Not being overdramatic at all she was genuinely the best server I've ever had please give this girl a raise. We also forgot a phone at our seat and she was so kind enough to run in the parking lot to look for us. She's made our experience definitely unforgettable with her kindness and energy and hope to see her again when we come back to this establishment. Im leaving this review because I want to thank the manager, Anthony, for fixing a small issue that occurred when i visited. After our meal, i wanted to pay my portion with a gift card and the rest with my card. Unfortunately the whole thing was charged to my card. Our server caught note of it and told her manager right away. Anthony then came out and apologized for the mishap and gave me his contact card and told me to call him if the charge isnt reversed. Came here for dinner on a Friday night. It wasn't too busy yet so got seated really quickly. Got the 3 for me deal. I got the Cesar salad as the side, old timer burger with cheese and an ice tea. The Caesar salad was pretty good. But some of the lettuce was not the freshest. The burger was great tasting and well cooked. The parking lot is in a busy plaza so a little tough to find parking at times. The food is good, but portions have gotten smaller over time. The food is a bit salty as well. I like the variety of dishes and the drinks. My Non alcoholic drink is the blackberry tea or Arnold Palmer! The mozzarella sticks are my go to appetizer here. Finally decided to add my review after much consideration. We visited the restaurant on 9/27/25 at around 6:50 p.m. Wait time was about 10 minutes for a party of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids). Seated and then 5 minutes later, the waitress asks us for our drink order. Food was then ordered within another 10 minutes. Drinks arrive with chips and salsa. And then the adult drinks. Now the waiting game. 25 minutes go by and the waitress asks if we would like a refill on the chips - yes please. Another 20 minutes go by and now I'm curious as to what is causing the delay? Tried to convince myself that they're just busy, but then I begin to notice the other parties that arrived with us and after, has already received their dinners or is about to finish. No update or check-up from our waitress. Another 10 minutes go by and now we finally receive our orders, but they're all cold. Disappointed but would rather just eat what we have, since we've been waiting and the kids are now fussy. Frustrated for the wait and a loss of appetite, we all decided to just pack up and leave after about 15 minutes. We would run late for our scheduled movie at 8:45 p.m. if we stayed any longer. The kicker is I used the kiosk to pay for our order, wrote a nice review, and even left a great tip (forgetting that we were already charged gratuity). I regretted it immediately after realizing we were treated horribly, but it's too late, we were in a hurry, and waitresses depend on their tips. Overall, please try to provide better service. Update your patrons if an order was not placed timely or if there's trouble in the kitchen. Cold food isn't satisfying and if you're aware that it's cold, do not serve it! Food is reasonable & a fun spirited Family atmosphere. You can bring the Fam or Chill here watching Sports side with an Adult beverage. We came at around Lunch time and got a few menu items. Trio Dipper sampler, Queso Dip, and Santa Fe Salad. The food was all good & fresh but we wanted to recognize a new server (Jada), her first day. She was very attentive & paid attention to the little details. Good personality which will be great for her moving forward. Parking can fill up at certain times but don't let it deter you.
