Their fries are pretty good too. For non-alcoholic beverages, their mango iced tea is refreshing. I just wish they didn't close at 10 PM because that means I can't order more drinks! Came here because I saw a commercial about their $6 margaritas! The restaurant is very big and has plenty of seatings. One side is regular dining and the other side is dining with the bar. The restaurant is clean and is inviting. Service was great. Our server made sure we got everything we needed and always came to fill our drinks. We got some chips and salsa to start. And those are delicious. We shared a triple dipper. Egg rolls, hot wings and chicken strips. I love their eggrolls with honey mustard, it's always so good. The chicken strips with moist and crispy on the outside. Their hot wings I did not try because I don't really like buffalo sauce. Overall the food was good and went well with our margaritas. I had the dragonfruit margarita and omg that was so good. It was almost like drinking a juice cup, but except it got me a buzz! Second third and forth drink was the margarita of the month.. the shark attack margarita for $6.. that also was so good! Tasted like a juice but got us drunk after 3-4 drinks! I visited Chili's in Elk Grove, CA [7410 Laguna Blvd] on Saturday, 07/18/26, around 1:30 PM. For lunch, I decided to get the 3-for-Me deal, which included a starter, an entree, and a beverage. I ordered the Watermelon Lemonade, bottomless Chips & Salsa, and the Cajun Shrimp Pasta with extra Alfredo Sauce, served with a side of garlic toast bread. All of the food was flavorful as expected. The Watermelon Lemonade was not my favorite, as it tasted artificial. I immediately switched to the Strawberry Lemonade, which tasted significantly better. To end the meal with a sweet treat, I added the Skillet Chocolate Chip Cookie. Since I got the meal deal, the dessert was only an additional $6. It was divinely indulgent and delicious. Naomi was my server during the entire dining experience. She was friendly and attentive. When I requested the bill, she accidentally charged me full price for the Skillet Chocolate Chip Cookie ($10.99). I brought this to her attention and she quickly fixed it back to $6, as advertised under the meal deal. The inside of the restaurant was clean and presentable. The price point of food was reasonable. The dining room was busy, but the bar was available so we sat ourselves at the bar. Caitlin was working the bar and greeted us with menus. She helped my wife choose her Adult Beverage and then took our food order: chicken crispers (over fried or sat too long = dry) and chicken fajitas. Stopped by Chili's Grill & Bar on a Saturday around 4pm with my son. It was pretty busy, but our server stayed on top of things and checked in regularly, which we appreciated. The atmosphere was casual and family friendly. Although it was busy we were still able to enjoy our meal. My son ordered his usual triple dipper sliders, but the mozzarella sticks were a bit overcooked this time. I got the chipotle chicken burrito bowl and it ended up being a little too spicy for me, next time I would just ask for no chipotle. We also ordered guac and chips. The chips on top were good, but halfway through it was mostly broken pieces and crumbs, and a bit salty. I tried the $6 peach margarita, which was good, just a little on the sweeter side. Restrooms could use a little more attention, but overall it was not a bad visit. A few small things kept it from being a great one, but I would come back and give it another try. read more

I honestly haven't eaten at Chili's in over eight years. My daughter wanted to try it, so we decided to have dinner there for the first time in a very long time. We were a party of four, and I expected a long wait because the restaurant looked pretty busy, but thankfully we were seated fairly quickly. Our server was friendly and amazing -- she took our order, and soon enough our food came out. Everything we had was really good except for the Spanish rice that came with the fajitas; it just wasn't that great. Everything else was delicious, with plenty of food for us to pack and take home. My experience at Chili's on Laguna was amazing not only because I was with my amazing friends the zoo crew but because we were greeted by two beautiful young women Lauren and Timmer. They both had great public relations very professional. They both had a great sense of humor had his laughing as we settled into order. They had our table set with water chips and salsa and gave us time to figure out what we were going to order so many great choices. I should've gone inside and sat down, but life was lifing and the cold weather had me choosing delivery. Big regret. My entire order was wrong AND cold. I opened what was supposed to be loaded mashed potatoes and was hit with the texture of macaroni and cheese -- pasta, bacon, cheese, bacon bits... everything except potatoes. Absolutely gross. My daughter ordered mozzarella sticks with her Triple Dipper and didn't get them. Instead, she got two orders of buffalo chicken and two burger sliders. Nothing she asked for. I am over half a century old and I've never eaten at Chili's. I don't know why, but it just hasn't happened. Anyway, I took my aunt out on the weekend. She is visiting from out of state and loves casinos so I also took her to Sky River casino. That's a whole other review. We opted not to eat at the casino and I wanted to take her to lunch and she wanted a burger. We tried Red Robin first across the street but they were packed and had a 30 minute wait. I was skeptical about Chili's but we did end up here. The restaurant was busy on a Saturday afternoon, a good sign. It smelled like food cooking, another good sign. We got into a tight squeeze booth for two but we're pleased to get greeted and seated quickly. We got drinks (Diet Coke for me, Margarita ($7) for aunt). Our waitress was super helpful and pointed out a three item deal my aunt could get with her burger ($11). We got our thin and crispy chips and spicy salsa quickly. They were one of the appetizer options with the burger. Lunch came some time later but it was worth the wait. I enjoyed my fajitas ($19) , and the steak especially had a nice lime/tequila type marinade. I would definitely order again. The peppers and onions came sizzling along with the meat, warm tortillas, fixings, and a bowl of delicious black beans. My aunt was less enthused about her burger but it looked tasty. I think she wanted my fajitas so I shared. She also Said her margaritas was too sweet. Our waitress was incredibly helpful. You can pay at the table with an electronic screen, which was interesting. Been seeing too many videos online with the fried mozzarella cheese pulls so had to come try it out for myself. We arrived on a weekday evening and the place was busy but we were seated immediately. We ordered their triple dipper since we wanted to try all three of their fried mozzarellas. We selected the regular fried mozzarella, honey-chipotle mozzarella, and nashville hot mozzarella. Chili's offers a solid deal on the weekends with their all-day $6 happy hour margarita, which was impressively large. My friends and I came here on a Saturday afternoon around 2 PM. Although there is lots of parking surrounding the building mind you there are several other businesses in the same lot so it could be hard to find a parking spot on the weekend. It was not empty and fairly slightly busy at the time we came but not excessively loud, we didn't have to wait for a table and got sat down immediately. There are several booths and tables, tv's throughout, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The Three for $10+ special also provides good value, though certain drink and appetizer choices come with an upcharge. My friend opted for the burger, chips & salsa, and a margarita (with a $3 upcharge for the drink). The chips and salsa portion was generous, easily shareable with 3-5 people, and the burger was delicious. However, he later experienced an upset stomach, though it's unclear if the meal was the cause though, that was all he had eaten and threw up the entire burger later on the day. I tried the 6-piece Nashville mozzarella sticks, which were a perfect size and pleasantly flavorful--even for someone who doesn't typically enjoy Nashville seasoning. For my meal, I had the chicken crispers with fries, mac & cheese, and three dipping sauces. The mac & cheese was surprisingly good, tasting similar to Panera's white cheddar version. The fries were decent, but the chicken crispers were a letdown--tough and chewy. I didn't finish them and wouldn't order them again. Overall, the drinks, mozzarella sticks, and chips & salsa were the highlights, while the chicken crispers were disappointing. I'd return mainly for the drinks and appetizers, but I'd be cautious about what entrée to order next time. It was a little busy, but the staff managed to fit all 16 of my group in such a rush. They were quick to check in on us for orders and the food came out at a reasonable amount of time. I noticed that unlike other restaurants, the music was at a reasonable volume level to cater for conversation. They had clean restroom stalls. We had a really disappointing experience this evening. As soon as I walked in with my five year old wearing her birthday crown, I told 3 waitresses that it was both of our birthdays. I asked if they celebrate and sing and they said yes. We were seated quickly and our drink order was taken. I've never been charged for bubble water at any restaurant prior to tonight, and it's even more disappointing since a drink is included in our meals, and we didn't order any other drink. The very first bubble water was brought at the beginning and was not offered a single refill until after the food was finished eating. When she asked if we wanted refills, we said we were done and ready for to go boxes so there was basically no point anymore. We weren't checked on at all throughout our meal, despite the table next to us being checked on five times throughout their meal. Nothing was done for my child's birthday at all, so we are taking her elsewhere for ice cream. The food wasn't anything to write home about, but it was expected. Just never had this horrible service before. My husband's chicken sandwich was supposed to come with pickles, sauce and both fries and Mac n cheese. She even confirmed with him that both of those sides were ok. Then he never got his Mac n cheese. His sandwich was completely bare, just the chicken and bun. They also brought out to go home meal before our dine in meals! One family member stayed home and we specifically requested that meal be prepared close to check out and leaving. It was brought out first! Our waitress was difficult at checkout, the screen stopped working on us while trying to pay at 10:12, and she walked over to us and said they cut off at 10:10 which wasn't what happened. She said I couldn't tap pay on their register so I gave my sister in law cash. We could see and hear them running their mouths in back to each other about us, even making fun of me saying I had to have a physical card. Basically that it was ridiculous of me to expect to tap pay... in 2026?!. That was really the final straw that resulted in a zero tip. I'm not going to tip someone that is actively talking about me. I've never given a zero tip in my entire 38 years. I'm a millennial and in my experience we usually are very generous tippers. They didn't deserve us. My sister in law always tidies up the table, stacks dishes and organizes silverware ect, for easier cleanup. They really didn't deserve us, our business and part of the celebration of our birthdays. read more

When we arrived at this Chili's, we were 10th in line to be seated. After waiting more than 40 minutes, we still had not been seated. We had a disabled person in our party, so we approached the hostess to ask about the wait, especially since several tables were open but no one was being seated. After speaking with her, we noticed our place in line kept getting pushed back. Eventually, tired of waiting, we tried to sit in the bar area where there was an open table. The same hostess quickly came over and told us we could not sit there, she had the fattest attitude and an RBF that you couldn't even slap off. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I understand restaurants get busy, but mismanaging guests who have been waiting fairly and moving them down the queue is unacceptable. The steak fajitas usually come in clutch when that fajita craving hits, and the strawberry lemonade? Always my go-to -- sweet, refreshing, and just feels right. The Caesar salad was pretty good. But some of the lettuce was not the freshest. The burger was great tasting and well cooked. I don't know why this location has such low ratings! It's your classic Chili's, and is consistent every time you go. I've come here since I was a kid and their menu has changed soooo much. The chicken crispies are delicious :) We also love the margaritas but wish that Chili's would make them a little stronger, so you can actually taste a little alcohol instead of merely just sugar. Solid 3.5. Chili's is a great place to watch a sporting game, get alcohol and inexpensive food options. This chilis has been here a while and is always busy. The parking lot is in a busy plaza so a little tough to find parking at times. The food is good, but portions have gotten smaller over time. The food is a bit salty as well. I like the variety of dishes and the drinks. My Non alcoholic drink is the blackberry tea or Arnold Palmer! The mozzarella sticks are my go to appetizer here.
