Had a party of 12 dine in tonight and I wanted to shout out to server Jabari. He took care of us and checked in on us frequently. Him and the staff took care of the dishes and gave us refills in a timely manner. Food came out with good timing and tasted great. Overall, Chili's is pretty awesome! The dragonfruit lemonade is almost addictive, and the bacon and chicken nachos are absolutely awesome! The service is wonderful and they always ask you if you want refills or more food! It's clean, nice, and comfortable. My one complaint is the chicken. Do not order it. I went to Chili's last night with my wife Alexa R, we haven't been To Chili's in years! 8:30 at night, people were still coming in, i wanted to go check it out because I keep seeing their ads on TV. We shared a triple dipper appetizer and steak and shrimp fajitas. I needed to satisfy my craving for southeestern egg rolls and it did not disappoint. They were getting a bit skinnier though. Another sign of inflation.. You get 2 thick mozz sticks which were yummy and stretchy. We also got the boneless chili wings which were just asian sweet chili sauce. The meat was juicy. Everything us just much smaller than what it used to be. The fajitas were tasty, but the shrimp are the size of cocktail shrimp. I gave it 4 stars because of the staff. This is my first ever bad review I ever have to give out to a restaurant because I'm currently at urgent care because whatever chef was in the kitchen tonight gave me food poisoning . My boyfriend and I went out tonight to this chilis for are anniversary. This place has been so special to us since this was actually where we had are first date and we've always have gone at least once a month here for a date day and have never had problems. But tonight was different.immediately when we started eating it felt off but we mistaken it as nothing. But as soon as we left we started feeling weasy. We put it off as maybe eating to much and went about are night but after the hour we got back home we both started having severe stomach pain and nausea. I thought at first we could roll it off since this isn't are first time having food poisoning but we both were throwing up and now before you know it we're in urgent care. This is so sad and disappointing for the both of us because as much as we love chilis whatever chef was in the back tonight clearly was not following proper protocol and regulations for food prep. Was kind of having a hard night because my friends were making the night more complicated than it should be. We had a table of 6 but my friend brought someone that wasn't invited. Haven't been here in a while. We dropped by for dinner around 4:30, the dining room was fairly empty. My favorite menu item has been taken off the menu (ribeye fajitas). We both ordered the three item specials which includes a drink, an appetizer and an entree. We both selected the cilantro lime steak. My wife subbed broccoli for the rice. The service was friendly and quick. My wife's broccoli was undercooked after she had asked for It to be well done. The waitress, Malina took care of the issue and was very helpful during the entire meal. In fact, she was the best part of our experience, 5 Stars for you Malina. She checked in with us often and made sure we were well serviced. Although I didn't mention to her this to her but the rice on my plate was completely inedible. It was mostly hard and crunchy like it had been left out overnight and the slightly reheated. The steak on the other hand was tender and tasty, which was pleasant surprise. They tried to automatically get a $14.00 tip. I'm usually a very excellent tipper having been in the hospitality industry in my younger years. Chill's is a place where I default to -- this was my first time at this location and I had high expectations. When my party walked in it seemed super busy and like it was a hot spot for people to come and enjoy a drink and watch the game. After about a 15 min wait we got sat and was greeted quickly. Our server was kind and funny. Once we ordered it took a while for the food to come out but I think that was just cause it got busier as time went on. Our server mentioned that the food might be a little bit of a wait but offered to get us chips and salsa while we waited for our appetizer and main dishes. Once out appetizer (fried mozzarella) came, it was hot and pretty yummy. I don't think I would order it again, but it was cheese and pretty bad pretty big pieces. I just wasn't the biggest fan of the taste of the breeding. My main dish (crispy chicken crispers) came out and they were great! I asked for a side of ranch and the honey chipotle sauce. I would for sure order this again! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because even though it was busy, and our server was kind, the service fell flat for me as time went on. The busier she got, the less she came to check in and make sure things were right. Not really a complaint but it was weird to me how it we were told out food might take a while cause they are busy. Honestly, a 5 stars for a chain? That says a lot. We have never had Chili's and came here as a "there's a first time for everything!" They weren't busy at all on this Sunday night, there were only a few parties so we were seated right away. I can tell people come here for the drinks, especially their fun margaritas that are super affordable. There were a bunch of people near the bar and seemed to be having tons of fun. I'm also guessing their food tastes yummier when you're intoxicated. Our server was such a sweetheart, made sure to check in on our table and made us feel super comfortable. I noticed that she was also the bartender, so she was rushing back and forth. We did already have a meal this day and wanted something quick. She recommended the triple dipper so that we get more food for our buck. Everything came out super fast and was piping hot. The honey-chipotle wings were amazing. I love the flavor and the crispiness of the wings. The rolls were interesting but tasted delicious with the avocado ranch. The fried mozzarella was extremely cheesy. Their marinara sauce is okay... but that's a small critique. Honestly, I would come back here again if I was craving an American chain. Cause we all know that they have similar menus. We asked for the wrong order to go since it took more than 20 minutes to make a chicken nacho, but they brought it out to us in a plate. I came here on a Saturday afternoon around 2 o clock. Was waiting to be seated and no one at the restaurant help us out. After a few min me and friend gave up and just seated ourselves at the bar. (This is why I took off two stars) My friend been a hard chili's fan and I understand why now. They have a great deal. I believe it's the $25 deal where you can pick an appetizer, two entrées and a dessert. Bonus you can add a premium drink for $6! I ended up getting the Cajun pasta which tasted amazing! For the price I would give the food five stars. In addition I was surprised that chilis has good fries. I was a little confused about the chips and queso though. It was more of bean and cheese dip. This will definitely be a routine hang out spot. Hopefully customer service improves though. read more

Me and a friend walked in the other day and a series of very terrible service began. Walked in, employee who was LITERALLY 2' away ignored us and kept talking to his friends, until his friends turned him to look at us. A lady server comes up and says "you'll have to wait because we don't have clean tables" Then this clearly anxiety riddled other high strung male server comes walking over and says "we close in 30 minutes here's the menus so you can have your order ready when you're seated and be done by 10" ....what. The web said they closed at 1030, but even more so the frustrating part was that we're not the type to keep a restaurant open or waiting - but I've never had a restaurant give the interaction these servers did. I walked in and sat down at the front lobby area and was not greeted, likely because the restaurant was busy. I waited a few more minutes and the couple waiting in the same area before I arrived were seated. A couple of more minutes later, a group of four were immediately greeted and talked to by the host who walked right back up to the desk as soon as the were all through the froont doors. Do not come here if you are a solo diner or look young. You will not be welcomed at all. I was completely ignored. Such a waste of time.
