I ordered for pick up at this location. I ordered the Bacon Chicken Rancher sandwich. It was just ok. It was lacking chicken overwhelmingly too much bread. I also ordered creamy chicken wild rice soup. I didn't get that. I got chicken noodle soup and it wasn't filled to the top and just looked odd. Smear marks around container. I prefer the Rancho Cordova location. They take a little more pride in what they serve a customer. Not happy. No one answers the phone. I won't be going to this location again. read more

I abhor this Panera. In general, I like the company and their products. I don't know if it's this specific location, or what, but time and time again, I've been dissatisfied with my experience. I keep going back because I am always pleased at other locations, nothing over the moon, but my order expectations are met, elsewhere. This location has let me down for the last time. The service is terrible, they cannot do anything efficiently, and when you notify them of a mistake, they thank you and don't even offer an apology. I got concern when they sent me out with only half my order. I returned, Tristan says, "Missing a Tuscan sandwich?" I'm like, yeah. He goes, "thanks for coming back." He's part of their leadership! If he doesn't care, why should anyone else?! It seems like they're severely understaffed, since the bathroom and dining room are frequently in need of attention, garbages overflowing, and debris all over the place. I was so upset with myself for going back this time. It made me super late back to work as a result of all their shenanigans. I just know I can't rely on them to follow-thru. The app was apologizing for missing the window. The only reason they got two stars from me was because my food was correctly prepared this time, and tasted great. In the past, they've stuffed whatever they had left in our bag and then closed for the day so nothing could be done. I'm hustling over it. Won't even go to another Panera now. I always order online and pick up the food, this location has the best service and turn around time in my opinion. Today I order a sandwich and a salad from the pick two menu. I like this because you can choose from a variety of different options from the menu at a half portioned size. Today my elections won a 5 star review! Terrible service. They are very unorganized and people waited for over 30 minutes for their food. There does not seem to be a system to keep orders flowing in chronological order. People was upset that some got their food sooner while ordering after others. We waited for over 30 minutes for two sandwiches and was told they ran out of the bagel we requested. I love Panera bread for the consistency and quality I find no matter which one I go to. Unfortunately I have had multiple issues at this location and maddeningly it always seems to be on the small things. Occasionally they will miss an extra item ordered such as baguette or chips. I've learned to double check my orders but it is an inconvenience to have to take that extra step myself. Another issue is that this location can be extremely busy and the parking for pick up is right on a major roadway that comes in and out of the parking lot. Pedestrians and fast drivers are something you should be weary at if you are parking in the order pick up and I highly recommend backing into the parking spot to make sure you don't have to deal with crazy drivers. Food wise I like to keep it simple with a turkey sandwich or if I'm feeling extra fancy make the roasted turkey with avocado. There is enough variety however for families with varying tastes. read more

This review is for Sherrie, who went above and beyond for us today. A family member recently lost their uncle and I wanted to provide them dinner. Since their daughter loves Panera, I ordered online from this location yesterday for delivery to their home today. The Dasher got there to find that Panera was running behind. He called me and said he'd have to cancel. I asked him to tell them the situation, so he did, but then he bailed - even though Sherrie had already rushed my order after learning that this was for a grieving family member. I called the store frustrated, not knowing they'd prioritized the order, and Sherrie answered. She immediately offered to call DoorDash on my behalf and request another Dasher. I really love this location for getting work done/Wi-Fi. Their tables are always super clean and most spots have outlets readily available . Staff is super friendly. HOWEVER the coffee is always super bitter. Coffee is typically my go to for work breaks when I need to get online and get some work done - however this location is not the place for that, stick to the tea or soft drinks.. read more

Panera Bond road. Please please level up your game. Don't be desperate and settle down with rude, zero customer service employee like the counter lady today with the clear glasses. This morning, she took my order, she laughed in a mean way while I was ordering and when I wanted to add more she said "that's it for you, you're done". I was confused! I mean did they even train their staff? Let me teach you - the lady with clear glasses ...you should repeat to check customer's order if you got it right or not before even saying anything. Cold day and the perfect weather for Panera's autumn butternut squash soup. Panera if you are listening, we need the butternut squash soup all year long! It's my absolute favorite so I am sure to take advantage when it's in season. I neglected to remember this particular location didn't have drive thru and I was trying to multitask. As I parked the car I noticed the curbside parking....go Panera! Whipped out my phone, tapped the app and ordered in less than two minutes. Not two minutes later, a young lady was at my car with piping, hot, vibrant, turmeric yellow goodness and a crunchy cold apple to get the flavor carnival started. I forgot to take a pic, sorry friends! I always enjoy the fun texture of the seed garnish on the soup and baby that first spoonful...touched my soul like a warm blanket on a cold night, cozied on the lazy boy with a jumbo mug of salted caramel hot cocoa. Enjoyed a delicious lunch at Panera today! They have nice outdoor seating, all in the shade, which made lunch very enjoyable. Their seasonal strawberry caprese salad was very fresh and delish! What a bad experience. Frank shouldn't be a manager. Person that took order was kind, nice, but the guy that is in charge is a dumb business man(lost a $40 sale and good review, because he gave me the wrong type of bread and took it back) He said they will donate it, so how that makes sense is funny to me. Refunded the order and walked out. Asked for a district manager since this guy really shouldn't be managing a store, and he didn't give me the contact. I forgot to have my receipt printed after using the guest kiosk. I called later that week to have it printed. I spoke with Chyanne who was amazing and super helpful. She was able to find it right away and said she would have it printed with a note for the other employees so I could pick it up the next morning. I came by the next morning and was there for 40 minutes waiting while the employee went to check. She said she couldn't find the receipt and seemed frustrated. I said I would call back or drop by during another time when Chyanne was working. I called and she was able to pull up the receipt I was looking for. She even went out of her way to ask her supervisor to find a way to email it to me so I wouldn't have to waste time coming into the store. I really appreciated how nice she was and how she went the extra mile. I hope that there's some way management will see this and can give her a raise!
