However, there are a few points of improvement I would recommend. The store can be rather dirty, with trash on the ground and their front of house in need of a deep clean. The taro milk tea I got was a little on the grainy side and prices are high compared to quality of competition that Bambu faces. I really like the drinks here but I do not like that. They offer cash only at the register and then you have to use the kiosk for any card payments. As it turns out, there's a long line of people ordering by kiosk, and you know how that goes, it could take five to 10 ten minutes, sometimes, as opposed to just ordering your drink, a lot of people don't know how to navigate the kiosk, and then you have so many choices that it takes forever to finish an orde, and then paying at the kiosk. A lot of dead time and frustration, especially when it's crowded or hot outside. It's also they charge you a service fee when you use the kiosk. Very disappointed and wonder how much longer this place will stay in business with that type of customer service and pay options. Until the orders are completed in the kiosk the employees are sitting around waiting because no one actually has cash on hand at all times - and I really don't appreciate the kiosk extra fee. So on any given day, I suspect that cash payers will be served quicker than people paying with debit or credit card. On a busy day, the line gets long and the frustration escalates, i have seen many frustrated customers experiencing the same issue. Management, please make sure that cash paying and customers and debit or credit paying customers are treated equally. I believe that the bamboo branded sign should now be colored brown or black as all the green is lining the owners' pockets. read more

Was craving some Vietnamese dessert so I dropped by to grab some smashed avocados .. the shop is very clean and welcoming. The employees were also very nice and worked very quick to get my order out. I ordered 4 pandan waffles and a smash avocado added durian. It took them literally under 10 minutes for my order. So quick and efficient. The smash avocado was delicious but next time I'm going to ask them to put my added durian on top instead of mixed in with everything lol it was delicious regardless. I ordered #2 without boba, with shaved ice on the side, as well as #4 for my husband. #2 comes with red beans and white beans that are cooked until they are soft, a large scoop of tảo paste, rainbow jelly, and mung bean. It tastes best with lots of ice! I had a couple of bites of the #4, which comes with grass jelly, pandan jelly, the red jelly/seeds, and mung bean. The egg coffee has an egg foam layer that is quite thick and doesn't have a fake egg taste unlike some other places. The coffee is also really strong. Despite all the ice melting, it was still strong the next day, such that I will have this for at least a second day! There are so many dessert options, and I remember the pandan waffle being pretty good. Service was very friendly. I've been coming here for their ube & mango halo halo for a very very long time at least twice a month, but I'm so disappointed & upset with my experience today. I stopped in around 3ish on a Saturday. They now want you to pay at the kiosk if you're paying via credit card & there is a service charge. You can pay cash at the register but I didn't have any cash on me. I placed my order and watched 3 customers that placed their order well after me quickly receive their orders while I continued to wait for my 2 drinks. Finally, after the 3rd customer who ordered after I did, i finally asked about my order. They were still working on it. I don't believe my order was any harder to make than the blended strawberry smoothie with boba that was ordered well after me. I must've waited almost 20mins for my order and it wasn't even busy. I should've asked sooner but I never had to ask from all my previous visits. When I finally received my order, I had to ask if the ube ice cream was in it because I could barely see the ice cream. It was back in 2023 when I last visited. Its time for a new visit. Ive ordered a Magonada Drink for my boyfriend and I had a strawberry smoothie with Boba. I know Ive enjoyed my drink and my boyfriend loved his. We even brought our banh mi's from Paris Baguette and the working didnt mind we ate it to pair it with our drinks. I asked to substitute the coconut milk with coconut water because the coconut milk is too sweet for me. They wanted $1.00 extra for that! Been here a handful of times now for me to leave a review. My family and I love coming here. Their customer service is always on par-friendly, welcoming, positive attitudes. Everything I've gotten so far on their dessert menu is good. Plenty of parking, space has tables for you to sit and enjoy. Restrooms are clean. My only complaint is their newly added snacks. We ordered the popcorn chicken combo and felt the portion did not match with the price. $13 for popcorn chicken and fries. I give it a 2/5. I always get #10 which has red tapioca, pandan jelly, and grass jelly, and coconut milk. But sometimes i sub boba for the red tapioca because im not a huge fan of the crunch it has.
