Out & about in Sacramento on a BTS retreat found this milk tea shop. The servers were so nice & efficient. It's a cute place. The appeared to have so many options but at least 50% were not available. I order a chubby drink it was tasty!

Decent boba spot to try when in the area. Their short boba cup is unique but ultimately the same amount of beverage as the regular boba cup. The strawberry green tea lemonade is my go to. Be sure to notify them of your preferred level of sweetness as 100% Is the standard. Service is helpful with picking out menu items. Ambiance is a typical boba shop with seating. This location shares an open concept wall with the Ramen spot next door.

This spot has some of the best drinks I've had -- especially their specialty yogurt milk teas. They're fresh, creamy, and so refreshing all at once -- like a mix between a froyo smoothie and a milk tea. We tried a few different drinks, but my favorite was the Strawberry Blizz. We also got the Sunset, Mango Blizz, and Thai Tea, all of which were tasty in their own ways. They're conveniently connected to Maru Ramen, so you can also grab small bites from while enjoying your drinks. Definitely worth checking out if you're in Elk Grove!

I got a drink here because it was next door to the ramen spot next door with connecting door. The drink was okay. I got the strawberry jammin which is basically a strawberry smoothie. Service was decent. There is a lot of seating in the boba shop. Good for small hang outs.

What stood out about this place is their chubby cup and cute cow mascot. My friends and I were having lunch next door so we decided to stop by here afterwards. This is a pretty cute boba shop. I felt their menu is kinda limited and they didn't really have unique drinks or something that caught my eyes. It was late afternoon so I wanted to get a drink with no caffeine. I got a coconut slushie. It was ok but nothing special. Services could be better. When the drinks were ready, they just placed the drinks on the ready table without announcing anything. Some customers had to ask them if the drinks were theirs.

I've been on a boba kick recently and Moo Moo did not disappoint! They have a specialized menu featuring food and snacks as well. They located in a fairly busy shopping center but there is plenty of parking available and it's easy to spot. Upon arrival I was helped quickly and the had the drink in hand within 5 minutes. Inside there was seating but it's a smaller grab and go spot. I got the Taro Milk Tea and it was great! It had a generous amount of boba pearls and perfect amount of sweetness (I didn't adjust anything).

One of my favorite boba spots!!!! I love the theme of the boba shop it's adorable. I never knew they had a food menu but I'm so glad I was able to try these chicken wings. I was so surprised by how much flavor these wings had! I will definitely be coming back for my chicken wings and boba. The atmosphere of this place is so clean and they play good music. I love everything about this boba spot.

I have always wanted to try this place out because it is next to my favorite Ramen shop Maru Ramen. I was 100% happy with the service that I received here. The three people that were behind the register were extremely friendly, very attentive and happy to answer any of my questions that I had regarding the drinks. After my order comma I took look around the space and I will say the ambience was super chill. There were at least about six other people in the restaurant having their own conversation. The music was not too loud which allowed them to hear each other quite easily because I did not hear anyone shouting LOL. The drink itself was superb. I could really taste the freshness and quality of the tea. The amount of milk added was enough to make it creamy but not take away from the tea taste, and the boba made perfectly. I like boba that has a little bit of a bite and that is exactly what I got. Would definitely go back and enjoy another tea from here.

Their cow logo is very cute, staff are patient and friendly when I was trying to decide on a drink. I chose one of the black milk tea with boba, and for $7.60 it felt like it was missing something and or the price didn't quite match the drink and or quality. It's still worth the try with plenty indoor seating available, where you can work or study or even bring your own card games for example as the environment seemed relaxing with music on the louder side. I look forward to coming back and trying their savory food and or other drinks.

Stopped in randomly with my son after, as he said he'd been here before and that it was good. It's always hard to go to a new boba place as you never really know what to look for or try. So I tend to stick to the usual and go with a Thai Tea but decided to look around the menu this time for something new. My son wanted something simple this time and chose a Thai Tea with brown sugar Bobs, and I decided to go with a Strawberry Green Tea w/Strawberry popping Boba. Both drinks were really good, and now I have another Boba option to try when I'm in the area.

4 stars We've been here a handful of times later in the evening. It's located in the Dollar Tree parking lot east of Walmart near 99. If you're looking for eats & drinks past 8, or any eats in this area for that matter, you will see there isn't much open on that side besides Maru (ramen), Dennys (24 hour diner), and Moomoo. Moomoo offers the typical boba & snacks that you'd expect from a place like this, but the one thing that might set it apart than others is that they guarantee fresh brewed tea daily. For me, I prefer real tea, vs. powder, so it's a little more comforting to me to know that. Also, another thing is they actually take a while to make my items. But that's a good thing, cuz every time I get my fried chicken wings, it's actually very hot, scalding, steaming even, freshly cooked, and tasty. The matcha green tea was good, maybe a little too sweet, but it definitely was on the yummier side. Next time, I may try the roasted oolong or the Earl Grey, my two other go-tos. Most milk teas, slushies, & snow bubble drinks are $3.85. The signature drinks like the Coco Mocha & the Taro Lover which sound a little tasty but are a little more expensive are up to $4.85. The frappes like the Cow Bell & green tea caramel are $4.95. They also have coffees and I don't know if it's a typo but on Grubhub online, the MooMoos Latte is $55.25! Must be some drink! Other nice things is Moo Moo and the noodle place Maru and the same owners, I believe, so you can get food from Maru, which serves super yummy ramen and eat it at Moo Moo while you sip your boba. I like that there's somewhat privacy here in the sense that the corner tables feel like there's more quiet, and less hustle & bustle. This is gonna sound weird but I really love the smell of the floor cleaner when they mop. I don't know exactly what cleaner they use but it's both off-putting and yummy smelling at the same time. They typically mop from between 745-830, in case you're curious. We like coming here for after dinner studying, reading, conversation, and casual meetings. They also have wifi and I see people with lap tops here as well. I see kids & families come in here too. Come and try the freshly fried wings or fries. Super yummy, hot, and fresh.

Came here on Sunday at 3:05pm after finishing a late lunch with my neighbors. This shop is connected with Maru Ramen right next door. Staff was young and didn't really great us at all when we arrived. Just stood there when we came in which felt a bit weird. Decent variety on their menu but just came to try some drinks. My wife got the strawberry Jammin and I got the sunrise. I will say that they put in a lot of topping that I still had a lot of popping boba at the bottom of my cup even after finish all the liquid in my drink. Drink was good for what it was. 3 different sized cups to choose from the tall and chubby cups are same size just different form factor according to their description. Drinks all started at $6+ which to me is on the pricier side for boba, but I guess with inflation everything is going up in cost. Would come by again if in the area, but wouldn't make the drive across town as there are other options

this is how my drink was handed to me, 25% empty.

We are often seated quickly and handed menus and water right after. We have been sticking to the same menu items but you can't go wrong with those! Recently, we had their dry noodles with beef brisket or chicken steak. If we are feeling soup or it's cold out, we'll get the tomato soup with beef brisket. The beef brisket is so tender and flavorful. It reminds us of the beef in taiwanese beef noodle soup! The soup options includes toppings that come disassembled and adds to the unique experience of dining here like hot pot. What is my favorite here is the dry noodles! The bowls are stacked with noodles, toppings and so much flavor. We normally get mild because they add real chili peppers in here, and it is the perfect spice for us. The chicken steak always hits and reminds us of popcorn chicken you can get at a boba spot, but better. Definitely recommend if you want a good comfort meal!

Soo long ago, right? Well, their ramen has always been great and tasty. This is a small restaurant next to other small business. The atmosphere is casual and cozy. Theres soda, sweet drinks but no alcohol serve. We came here for dinner around 6pm, not busy which was perfect. We were greeted my the server and seated right away in a booth near the entrance. Food came out pretty quickly. We ordered the #3 Red-Tonkotsu, #11 Shio Ramen & Unagi Rice Bowl as well appetizer, Shrimp Har Gao. The #3 was creamy with a spicy, savory kick to it. The #11 was light with subtle taste, not too intense like the miso or soy sauce flavors. Both ramen were flavorful. My dish was the unagi rice which contains rice, scrambled eggs and grilled eel. The portion was pretty big, tasted buttery, and tender, with a sweet-savory balanced. It was good but I've had better, meaning that the way the eggs were made, made a difference. Just know this dish did said scrambled so I wasn't expecting the slighty beaten running eggs that im used to when eating this bowl. The shrimp har Gao was mediocre, not flavored until you dipped into the sauce. Overall, all 3 dishes were well made. Appetizers was not my favorite. Service was great! Will definitely come back more often.

There is plenty of space to dine-in as well. Their menu is huge - almost overwhelming - but they have a little bit of everything. I stopped in specifically for BBQ Pork steamed rice rolls, which can be tough to find at most places outside of a dim sum menu. The price was reasonable (I think $6.75) and it was a great portion. Very flavorful, tender, and a delicious sauce! We also got an order of steamed BBQ pork buns (3 total). Surprisingly, I don't think it was the same meat from the rice rolls but that's OK because it was almost shredded consistency with a good flavor. The bun is a bao-style bun, so less fluffy than my preferred steam bun type but perfectly steamed nonetheless. We ended with an order of sesame balls (3 piece). I was surprised at how much oil was in the to-go container, and a little disappointed that there wasn't more of the sesame coating, but they were so FRESH! I assumed the inside would be red bean but instead it was jelly cubes that reminded me of square boba jellies. Possibly pineapple flavored? It was not my thing but also my fault for not confirming it what was inside. Will definitely be coming back for rice rolls!

The menu had a bit too much going on and in my opinion -- restaurants should have a speciality rather than offer so many items because taste and quality loses itself somewhere in the middle of 100 different menu options. I know my partner and I are pho snobs but what we had wasn't even pho. The broth was basically hot water with a tad of salt or chicken bouillon. There were no hints of star anise, cinnamon (often referred to as Saigon cinnamon), cloves, black cardamom, coriander seeds, and fennel seeds -- nada. And the noodles were way too overcooked making my dish so difficult to eat. I ordered pho and it looked like pho -- but it tasted nothing close to it. I need to share that as a reality to the owner and staff so they can make changes to the quality of their food -- otherwise, I don't know if this place will survive the competition. Also, I observed a staff member behind the counter blending a smoothie of some sort, tasting it with a spoon, and then putting back said spoon into the smoothie to stir before pouring it into a cup (and I saw the cup delivered to a party a few tables down from us). That probably isn't very hygienic and it's sad to see that's how things are handled behind the scenes here. I just happened to look over from our table and was pretty disgusted. Moving on, I hope these guys shape up because the quality and taste of food was actually bad. And, I can rarely say that about restaurants I patronize because I love supporting local small businesses. Best of luck to these guys.
