I like moo moo. You can really judge a boba spot on their milk tea, and their moo moo milk tea is delicious. Moo moo has a selection of snacks and other dessert, however when I looked at the menu, I noticed that many items where not available anymore and covered by a post in. They have a selection of snacks like tofu and chicken, or you can go next door for some ramen. Service: I asked for a Jasmine milk tea but was given a black milk tea. Always a sucker for a good milk tea and this place is amazing! The staff is always so friendly and always willing to recommend something and 10/10 times it's delicious! I have always wanted to try this place out because it is next to my favorite Ramen shop Maru Ramen. I was 100% happy with the service that I received here. The three people that were behind the register were extremely friendly, very attentive and happy to answer any of my questions that I had regarding the drinks. After my order comma I took look around the space and I will say the ambience was super chill. There were at least about six other people in the restaurant having their own conversation. The music was not too loud which allowed them to hear each other quite easily because I did not hear anyone shouting LOL. The drink itself was superb. I could really taste the freshness and quality of the tea. The amount of milk added was enough to make it creamy but not take away from the tea taste, and the boba made perfectly. I tried to say Hi to one of the it looked like manager or owner he looked at me so shocked that I would talk to him even he was not very welcoming or friendly. When I asked one of the staff members what the name of the tea was he wasn't very engaging either I was interested in maybe trying something new but shut it down right away. The check out girl was very nice and sweet the other two were not welcoming at all. Their cow logo is very cute, staff are patient and friendly when I was trying to decide on a drink. I chose one of the black milk tea with boba, and for $7.60 it felt like it was missing something and or the price didn't quite match the drink and or quality. It's still worth the try with plenty indoor seating available, where you can work or study or even bring your own card games for example as the environment seemed relaxing with music on the louder side. Came in tonight to treat my daughters & nephews to some boba. No greetings, no smiles, no interaction during ordering. Spent under $40 for drinks and left a cash tip. Understandably people that came after got their drinks before us, no problem. Terrible customer service from the young girl who made my drinks. I asked her to remake one of them and she questioned why and I explained to her, but she was insistent to tell me it tastes the same from the drink I ordered, but really just didn't want to remake it. Lazy, disrespectful, and to say the least it wasn't busy whatsoever. A lot of attitude, and piss poor customer service. 4 stars We've been here a handful of times later in the evening. It's located in the Dollar Tree parking lot east of Walmart near 99. If you're looking for eats & drinks past 8, or any eats in this area for that matter, you will see there isn't much open on that side besides Maru (ramen), Dennys (24 hour diner), and Moomoo. Moomoo offers the typical boba & snacks that you'd expect from a place like this, but the one thing that might set it apart than others is that they guarantee fresh brewed tea daily. For me, I prefer real tea, vs. powder, so it's a little more comforting to me to know that. Also, another thing is they actually take a while to make my items. But that's a good thing, cuz every time I get my fried chicken wings, it's actually very hot, scalding, steaming even, freshly cooked, and tasty. The matcha green tea was good, maybe a little too sweet, but it definitely was on the yummier side. Next time, I may try the roasted oolong or the Earl Grey, my two other go-tos. Most milk teas, slushies, & snow bubble drinks are $3.85. The signature drinks like the Coco Mocha & the Taro Lover which sound a little tasty but are a little more expensive are up to $4.85. The frappes like the Cow Bell & green tea caramel are $4.95. They also have coffees and I don't know if it's a typo but on Grubhub online, the MooMoos Latte is $55.25! Must be some drink! This is gonna sound weird but I really love the smell of the floor cleaner when they mop. I don't know exactly what cleaner they use but it's both off-putting and yummy smelling at the same time. They typically mop from between 745-830, in case you're curious. We like coming here for after dinner studying, reading, conversation, and casual meetings. Staff was young and didn't really great us at all when we arrived. Just stood there when we came in which felt a bit weird. Decent variety on their menu but just came to try some drinks. My wife got the strawberry Jammin and I got the sunrise. I will say that they put in a lot of topping that I still had a lot of popping boba at the bottom of my cup even after finish all the liquid in my drink. Drink was good for what it was. 3 different sized cups to choose from the tall and chubby cups are same size just different form factor according to their description. Drinks all started at $6+ which to me is on the pricier side for boba, but I guess with inflation everything is going up in cost. late post - i visited moomoo on march 14 and had a horrible experience. i have been going here since they opened and never experienced such horrible service. upon arrival, the girl taking my friends and i order was rude and had an attitude for no reason. i ordered a moomoo milk tea with light ice. my drink was filled with ice and my friends had light ice. i went up and asked another employee if it was possible to get light ice. she rudely grabbed my drink and started gossiping with the other workers. she dropped my drink off at the table and said nothing. my drink was 75% full. she just scooped the ice out and gave it to me. i was so upset i left and then i called to speak to a manager. i received push back and they told me they would forward my complaint to the manager. the manager called me that night and was also rude. she argued with me for 14 minutes. making excuses that their recipes are specific so the cup would not be full. when i expressed frustration that the experience made me not want to return, she told me "so why exactly are you calling if you don't plan to return? what are you trying to get out of it?". she stated that she could not take sides without looking more into it. rather than just apologizing and trying to compensate, she argued. she said she would need to look into the matter further before making a decision if they were going to compensate. i heard nothing for days. i reached out to her and she stated she would give me 20% off 1 item my next visit. no apology. horrible customer service all the way around. will not be returning here again read more

Yes, I expect a decrease when requesting no ice as I always have but this is bonkers. Lol It just gets less and less each time. I'll happily pay for the increased prices due to inflation to support the business but this is ridiculous. Decreasing portions on top of a price hike is just plain greedy. My family has been enjoying Moo Moos for over 5 years and Moo Moos have remained solid and predictable in their taste. I like the cow theme placed throughout the restaurant and the several small tables used for short meet ups drinking something fun. My favorite is the Snow Bubble Taro with Boba at 50% sugar. Although I've tried some of the other drinks, Snow Bubble is definitely their specialty and makes Moo Moo stick out from the busy Boba scene. The prices are in line with other Boba shops and very worth it. Note: The large base of the cup might not fit in many car cup holders, either wait until you make it to your destination to poke the straw into the drink or drink it there.
