I recently got the banana pudding one as a gift and I loved it! It tasted not too overly sweet and it had a good banana flavor. I recently came in for their Dubai chocolate cake. Service was friendly and checking in and out was very quick. The shop was clean and well organized. I didn't look around much, but it seemed they had a good assortment of accessories for your cakes like candles, and such. For a mini bundt cake it was a little over $8. The Dubai chocolate cake was quite rich and sweet for me. It does have the knafeh in center, which was my favorite part. This bundt cake is definitely more for the hardcore chocolate lovers. I went in for an online pick up. They asked for my full name for the order. The store is very clean and well set up, really cute. I got the chocolate chocolate chip. The cake was delicious. Super moist. Not super thick or overpowering sweet. As it was ordered online, I did not see an option for regular cream. It was either extra, light or none so I chose light not thinking it was going to be a tiny line for the strip. So I will say the online is confusing for me, as I wanted it regular. I went to get the dozen mini Bundt cake collection for a gathering. When we opened up the selection it was all wrong; nothing that we liked and I specifically requested the assortment with the white chocolate raspberry, red velvet, lemon and the chocolate. I asked about the ones they had posters up for, seasonal I guess. She told me about them but to tell you the truth I didn't understand her very well. Her English needs improvement. I told her I wanted the red velvet, lemon etc. selection. I paid cash and left. When we opened them up it was absolutely nothing that any of us would have liked. I called and David said he would exchange them as long as we had not eaten off any of them, which we hadn't, we just read the legend inside the box and realized we would not like them. We never even touched one. After a while we just decided to toss them all out instead of driving all the way back over in the middle of our party. I called David to inform him I would not be coming in to exchange them and thanked him for his offer. It's a shame the box was all sealed and I couldn't see them before I paid and left. I love that you can get a variety of bundt cake sizes (tiered, 10", 8", bundtlets, bundtinis) and you can't go wrong with their standard flavor offerings like vanilla, lemon, red velvet, carrot cake, chocolate chip, snickerdoodle, and confetti. To celebrate my son's birthday, he typically asks for a vanilla cake from the local Nugget. However, as he settles into being a tween, he switched things up this year and requested a snickerdoodle bundt cake. Ironically, a Nothing Bundt Cakes recently opened down the street from our home, making it easy for me to walk in (I literally walked to this location) and placed the order. Since it's the holiday season, I placed the order for my son's cake five days prior to his actual birthday. Upon entering the establishment, I was greeted by an employee who immediately asked inquiring questions pertaining to the order. She confirmed the size of the cake (8" that serves 8 people), flavor (Snickerdoodle), and Frosting Option (Signature Frosting Petals). Since we were celebrating a birthday, I opted for the "Snickerdoodle Happy Bundt Day" package that comes with some optional birthday decorations (i.e., quote card, sentiment flag, bow, message card). She then confirmed the pickup date and time of December 28 at 10 am. I arrived on December 28 at noon to retrieve the cake. Although the establishment was busy, an employee assisting a customer greeted and stated that someone would assist me as they became available. Roughly five minutes later I was walking out of the establishment with my son's cake. First and probably last time at this location, I walked in and immediately felt unwelcome. No greeting and three people behind the counter, it wasn't until a person came in for a pickup that one person asked them if they're doing a pickup. When I was ordering the girl said something that I couldn't understand at all from how quietly she was speaking, so I asked her what she said again and it didn't really make any sense - I asked for a single Bundt cake and I think she was asking if I wanted the giant one. At any rate the other employees just stood there looking miserable, felt like a funeral in there so I just ordered one thing and then left. No recommendations or anything, no general conversation or anything else even remotely joyful. Yeah I probably won't be back, plus when I picked the smores flavor there was no mention of an upcharge for the flavor. Everyone seems to enjoy eating Bundt cakes versus the traditional cake. It's fun to eat and it's delicious. For me personally, I like them because it's not overly sweet. Just the right amount of icing. Another time I remember buying the cupcake sizes of chocolate and lemon. I bought a few for my boyfriend and his kids to eat for an outing we had. It was a road trip to Yosemite and it was great having a little treat while we are riding on the road. My experience was weird. I arrived at 432pm. I know becuase I knew they closed at 5pm and wanted to be sure to get there before they closed. I wanted to bring some buntini's to a client I had a meeting with at 5pm Whew! I made it in plenty of time. I asked for 6 buntini's in Red velvet and 6 lemon. I was told becuas they are closing I could only get a pre-made 12 of the the top 4 flavors, because the kitchen waa closed. I accpeted this.
