I like that they offer points now and that you get deals like buy1 get 1 free bundles. They also offer seasonal Bundtt cakes with new flavors. The service is always friendly and welcoming when I go inside the bakery and the place is clean and welcoming. Today I ordered my favorite the red velvet and the lemon bundle cake. I've never stepped foot in a Nothing Bundt Cakes store, despite having had their cakes for years. I've always liked the funfetti one and the red velvet one. I recently got the banana pudding one as a gift and I loved it! It tasted not too overly sweet and it had a good banana flavor. I recently came in for their Dubai chocolate cake. Service was friendly and checking in and out was very quick. The shop was clean and well organized. I didn't look around much, but it seemed they had a good assortment of accessories for your cakes like candles, and such. For a mini bundt cake it was a little over $8. The Dubai chocolate cake was quite rich and sweet for me. It does have the knafeh in center, which was my favorite part. This bundt cake is definitely more for the hardcore chocolate lovers. Super moist. Not super thick or overpowering sweet. As it was ordered online, I did not see an option for regular cream. I love that you can get a variety of bundt cake sizes (tiered, 10", 8", bundtlets, bundtinis) and you can't go wrong with their standard flavor offerings like vanilla, lemon, red velvet, carrot cake, chocolate chip, snickerdoodle, and confetti. However, as he settles into being a tween, he switched things up this year and requested a snickerdoodle bundt cake. Ironically, a Nothing Bundt Cakes recently opened down the street from our home, making it easy for me to walk in (I literally walked to this location) and placed the order. Since it's the holiday season, I placed the order for my son's cake five days prior to his actual birthday. Upon entering the establishment, I was greeted by an employee who immediately asked inquiring questions pertaining to the order. She confirmed the size of the cake (8" that serves 8 people), flavor (Snickerdoodle), and Frosting Option (Signature Frosting Petals). Since we were celebrating a birthday, I opted for the "Snickerdoodle Happy Bundt Day" package that comes with some optional birthday decorations (i.e., quote card, sentiment flag, bow, message card). She then confirmed the pickup date and time of December 28 at 10 am. I arrived on December 28 at noon to retrieve the cake. Although the establishment was busy, an employee assisting a customer greeted and stated that someone would assist me as they became available. Roughly five minutes later I was walking out of the establishment with my son's cake. I keep buying from here and I keep forgetting to write a review. I bought the small tiny ones and the large ones. Once I bought their regular size large Red velvet for a coworker's birthday. Everyone seems to enjoy eating Bundt cakes versus the traditional cake. It's fun to eat and it's delicious. For me personally, I like them because it's not overly sweet. Just the right amount of icing. Another time I remember buying the cupcake sizes of chocolate and lemon. I bought a few for my boyfriend and his kids to eat for an outing we had. It was a road trip to Yosemite and it was great having a little treat while we are riding on the road. I bought the pumpkin spice, white chocolate raspberry, lemon and GF lemon raspberry (xtra $1.50). Each were moist, not to sweet; frosting was bearable too! The person behind the counter was patient, friendly and smiled throughout transaction. The storefront was clean, organized and appealing. My experience was weird. I arrived at 432pm. I know becuase I knew they closed at 5pm and wanted to be sure to get there before they closed. I wanted to bring some buntini's to a client I had a meeting with at 5pm Whew! I made it in plenty of time. I asked for 6 buntini's in Red velvet and 6 lemon. I was told becuas they are closing I could only get a pre-made 12 of the the top 4 flavors, because the kitchen waa closed. I accpeted this. But I will take my money down the street to Belairs bakery from now own. I wonder if the owners know they are closing the kitchen at 430pm? I've always received overall good customer service from this location, not extraordinary welcoming, but not uninviting either. On my most recent visit, I found that the Pumpkin Spice (seasonal) bundtlet was a bit dry, whereas the Carrot seemed a bit overly mushy. I live out of the area and went through this store to have a gift sent to my sister. I ordered the triple bundtlet tower and a bouquet of 5 balloons. When the order was delivered there was a picture attached and it was missing a balloon. I immediately called to let them know there were only 4 at the time of delivery. I was told that they'd have to talk to the driver and see how many were delivered. I explained that the picture was taken by the driver at the time of the delivery and only showed 4 (missing the purple one). They said they'd have to see what the driver says and would call me back. Well they never called. If you are gonna charge me $15.99 for 5 balloons and $10 for delivery and $6 for what seemed to be a mandatory tip, then I want everything I paid for. At least the cakes were all there. My total was $58.62!! A little steep for just a couple items but at least they made it there for my sisters birthday. I just don't appreciate not being believed about an item missing and then being blown off instead of doing something to make it right won't shop there again. Had to update since I just tried their gluten free flavor! They only carry one flavor-chocolate chip cookie, and It's not offered in every store but the elk grove nothing bundt cake has it #bless. I think it costs $.50 more than a normal bundlet, but honestly so happy that they even have a gluten free option. First off, it's not like a normal cake, it is denser and CHEWY. It truly is like a chewy chocolate chip cookie...but cake. The bottom of the bundtlet is literally a cookie lol, it has a crunchy crust! So is it exactly like cake? No. But does it mimic it well enough? Yes! And I LOVE that there's a ton of chocolate chips in it, it was delicious. If you like cookies and cake and don't mind a denser chewy cake, you'll like this. But don't expect it to be light and airy, keep in mind it's gluten free!! They do have a *disclaimer* that it's not prepared in a gf environment so there could be cross contamination, so if you have celiacs I'd ask them to see how careful they are about it while preparing it before buying it (bc it varies bakery to bakery). But if you're gluten intolerant or just don't want to eat gluten, highly recommend, I think it's a solid alternative and I would get this again! read more

I ordered/paid ahead of time and when I went to go pick up, they had me show order email which is typical but they also had me show ID which just felt weird to have to provide all that info for something so simple.
