I went to get a car alarm they charge me $260 for it, they installed the alarm and after they installed they told me that not have the lock option I tell them that I don't need the alarm then so from the $260 they give back only $130,like it was my fault,In this place I have spent over $ 2500 on my car this year.I think it is very unfair,Never never go back to this place!!!! read more

Nice and knowledgeable guys, and great customer service. Experience wasn't positive at first, but they've redeemed themselves with being awesome, helpful, and even going beyond their job description to make sure their customers are happy. My radio had issues and finally bombed, and they not only sent it in for repairs, but gave me a loaner radio. Better solutions than I could've expected, very much appreciated, and made me feel like they do what they can to create happy customers, which is the kind of business I want to support. I've worked with these guys since they opened. Bought 3 satellite receivers, two car decks, 2 alarms and an auto starter. I'm not a great customer but I'm good and consistent. However they have lost all future business because they're a little tot big for their britches now. Purchased a truck with an existing system. I was having power issues to the amp. I called and asked if they could look at it and troubleshoot it. They said drop it off and leave it and we'll work on it. They had it for 7 hours and never looked at it. I needed it, so I came and got it and Jamie said make an appointment next time. Like it was my fault. Excuse me I tried to do that! But was told to bring it in and leave it. Overall attitude just plain sucks there now. I have a fleet of nine vehicles for my company and they don't deserve my business. I did head over to a competitor near everyones favorite Chinese food place and got amazing service with no attitude. So sorry sounds fast, no more attitude. read more

I brought my car in to get it tinted and when I went to go pick it up, one of the guys told me that there was a "flaw" in the tint on one of the windows so they were going to keep it over night to fix that. When I came to pick it up the next day it looked great, but within a few days the tint on the same window they said had the flaw started peeling back! During this time, I also had a passenger who rolled down a window too soon, causing air bubbles in the tint. I took my car back to Sounds Fast and they graciously fixed the peeling window and the one my passenger ruined both for free!! Now my windows look great, and I haven't had any problems since. I am very impressed with their customer service and would definitely go back to Sounds Fast! read more

I've had Sounds Fast install power ports on two of my trucks, and they did a backup camera on my previous motor home. On my current motor home, they repaired an installation that Camping World started but couldn't finish. They even squeezed me in to do a quick repair job on a project that I'd messed up (installing a power port on an old truck isn't as easy as it seems!). On every job, their work has been super clean and professional, and their pricing has been very reasonable, even on the rushed fit-in job. Great work and great customer service! I just purchased a vehicle without blue tooth and no streaming music options. I went it on a Wednesday and they were so helpful in explaining all my options within the various price points. They were able to install that following weekend and I love my new system. Excellent service and excellent product. They might be a little higher priced than a big box store but it is so nice to have someone take the time to educate you enough to make a good decision and then follow through with superior service. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. The price you are quoted is only the price until you have you car in and if you want it done so it will actually WORK it will cost you a lot more than what you were initially quoted. If you have tons of money to spend and don't care about value then this is your place. If you want the price you were quoted to be the price it actually costs, go somewhere else. read more

Very poor customer service. I went in to have my aux cord fixed, and they told me it wouldn't take long (my aux cord attached to the back of my glove box, which is the only reason why I didn't do it myself); I spent over two hours waiting in the shop. They didn't even start working on my car until an hour and a half of waiting. When they finally actually started working on my car it turns out it wasn't even the aux cord that was broken, it was my actual radio. However, they still replaced the unneeded aux cord; over charged me for the labor ($35 dollars for working on my car for less than 10 min), and charged me $25 dollars for an aux cord that could have been bought at target for $5. read more

I went to Sounds Fast to get new led lights as my right side wasn't working properly. After the installed, the right side was still poor. I went back to tell them, they told me it was my headlight assembly. (Why did I spend $500 in the first place to just have to tell me something else is wrong after I paid!) They gave me the same basic answers about my headlights without actually looking at them. "It's because it is a projection headlight, these won't work well with them" (Why would you sell them to me then!?) The left side then started to flicker. Tried to set up appointment but they were always 3-4 weeks out. After I finally got in there with an appointment, they took the car in the back and told me the part they installed had failed. I'm thinking, okay, great! Replace the bulb and install the new headlight assembly that I bought and I'll be on my way. Nope, not that easy. I guess the really expensive lights that they convinced me to buy were out of warranty and can replace them at a cost. (Why would I send $500 on lights to only last 1 year!? That's absolutely ridiculous!) He offered to install my new headlight assemblies at no charge. Great, at least I'm getting something. After getting the car back, they simply just installed the new lights without transferring any of the $500 lights I paid for. Why would I not want the better lights in my new assembly!? I was very clear as to what I needed and wanted done. Now I have a car with basic headlights, the $500 set still sitting in the back of my truck and totally out the money I paid to fix a problem that ended up failing faster then I could even get good use out of them. Poor service, sales tactics that tricks the consumer, false upfront information about warranty, over priced and not knowledgeable about what works and what won't work in certain vehicles. Do yourself a favor and do not go here. You think you get good service and parts with how expensive they are but you will not. Do more research to find someone else in town. Save the time and money. read more

My wife and I were on a one-week vacation, staying near Redmond (a thousand miles away from home) and the CD player in my 2008 Ford Edge suddenly stopped working. Oh, no ... the prospect of driving all the way back home without my tunes? Not good. The Ford dealer in Bend couldn't help but their service manager did suggest I try taking it to Sounds Fast to see what they could do. I'm SO glad he sent me there. I was helped by August, who was sympathetic to my plight and explained my options. He had a technician first attempt to extricate the CD's from the deck (a six-disc changer). When that didn't work, they said they could take the unit apart, get the discs out (hopefully) and reset it to see if it would restore to normal operation. In the meantime, August showed me several models to choose from if I would want to replace the factory unit with a new one. Very soon, August came back with the news that the technician was able to get all the discs out, did the reset but only three of the six slots were operating normally. I had to decide whether to stay with the original unit or have them install a new one. I felt there was a high probability that the original unit would break down again, so I opted for the new one. They had a real nice Kenwood model that was on sale, with lots of good features. They made it very affordable for me and had it done in only about an hour while I waited. (Really lived up to their name Sounds Fast!) After it was installed, August spent a good amount of time showing me how to use all the features, and he optimized all the settings for me and paired my phone with it. The following day, I began to notice some background noise or music very faintly coming out of the rear speakers, and I wasn't getting very good bass response despite turning up the bass boost and subwoofer all the way up. I called August and he told me to go ahead and bring it in. In just a half hour, they figured out the problem, fixed it, and I was on my way, a super happy camper.
