Our server was super nice and friendly and made great recommendations. Snooze has an amazing special going on right now really great value! The food is always consistent. I'm newly obsessed with the cinnamon roll pancake with bacon on top perfect combo of sweet and savory. Nice atmosphere it's always lively but not too loud. read more

Best place to go to after a long night shift! Tara takes care of us everytime. She is friendly and remembers her best customer! Recommendations on good pancakes is her speciality! Food portions is just perfect! Wonder staff Tara and great food! Love it there! Thank you! read more

The food was good and are server was super sweet, But i got bit by ants on my legs and they were crawling on the table.. And we were inside

With a menu as big as Snooze's, I was immediately pulled toward the Monte Cristo without a second thought. When the waiter came by, I ordered it right away and it did not disappoint. The combination of flavors blended so well together that the sandwich disappeared in a matter of moments. I will say it was a tad cold, and for me, it left something to be desired in terms of portion size. Luckily, my girlfriend and I split a pancake, which definitely made up for it. The overall vibe of the place was upbeat and full of energy. Honestly, I'd give it a solid 3.5 out of 5 read more

Fast and friendly. The jalapeño omelette was amazing. The organic black tea refreshing hashbrowns were crisp and full of flavor. I couldn't find anything wrong with today's meal. Everything tasted perfect but what was surprising what was how fast the service was...that was a pleasant surprise. The vibe is always good there especially the 80s music jams that keep the mood positive. I always like coming here. read more

We vacationed in Mesa for the week and at the end of it, we needed to find a breakfast place before hitting PHX. Did a Yelp search while en route to airport and Snooze popped up with great reviews. Talk about a great find! I got the Bravacodo which was awesome! Hubble got the usual eggs and bacon and he couldn't stop raving about the bacon! Great ambience and service! Food was superb!!! read more

What a disappointment. We have frequented this location for several years and it's sad to see the quality/service decline. We understand Mother's Day is busy but we waited for over an hour for our food once seated. No apologies or updates from server during this time. The worst part was expecting our food to come out fresh only to receive cold food. Come tip time I reward quality service and didn't feel this service met expectations. Left 10% and server said out loud "disappointing" while lingering over my shoulder. Informed her all of our came out cold after waiting that long. She did apologize but too late and unprofessional. Won't be going back. read more

Another day, another amazing experience at Snooze! One of my besties flew in and I had to take her to try out their god tier pancakes. She got the strawberry shortcake pancakes and she said they were "the best pancakes I've ever had." I got my usual order of the Goldilocks porridge and it was delicious as usual. The bananas this time were especially soft and ripe. We got there around 8am on a Sunday morning and we were seated immediately. Good thing we got there the time we did because the place was quickly filling up. The service was quick and overall another 10/10 meal. Truly the best brunch place in the Valley. And I stand by that. read more

We came here on a Sunday morning so we expected it to be busy. They told us 30 min- 45 minutes. However it took over an hour to be seated. Once seated we ordered right away cause we were starving. The food took a while but once we get it , very good food. Recommend if you are having a nice day out but not if in a rush. read more

Okay, I KNOW that the Snooze crew can do better than this. Here's why- my sister graduated from dental hygiene school, which was a major accomplishment for her. My family was in town so we were in high spirits. The food was good, especially the breakfast fried rice (can't remember the actual name) and the store was well kept for the most part. However, once again, my partner and my dad kept trying to wave down our server for a top off on coffee and water. She finally took the hint and refilled our drinks. Again, I don't mean to be, "that person," but we shouldn't have to flag someone down for drinks if they know that their job entails drinks are of decent amount, food is good, and if there's anything else the diners need, they attend to it. I will have to stick with my initial review of 4 stars. My partner does enjoy the breakfast burrito here with the green sauce and I enjoy the bella bella benny. However, the fact that the food is phenomenal, especially that fried rice should mean the service and the maintenance of the store should match it as well. read more

We came in on Sunday. I got there at 10am and put our name down, they told me it would be about 25-30 minutes. We finally sat down about 10:45. We didn't get our food until 11:40! My dad ordered an omelet and they didn't have American Cheese or Rye Bread. It was overcrowded and they couldn't keep up, the food wasn't very hot. Overall very disappointing experience. read more

It's been a while since I've been to Snooze. I don't dare come on the weekends for the crazy rush, but love a laid back weekday brunch here. They have lots of sweet and savory options. Our server was good, low-key and friendly. I ordered a Lavender Latte and the Garden Harvest Omelet. Neither was over the top amazing, but definitely fit the bill for what I wanted. My friend got the sweet potato bacon smash up and subbed tofu for eggs. She liked it very much. It was a Friday late morning, and there wasn't a wait for a table, but it was still a busy crowd. Still recommend Snooze for sure. Be prepared for a wait if coming on the weekends. Enjoy outdoor seating in the back while the weather is still cool! read more

Probably one of THE most popular breakfast spots here in Gilbert! I'm knocking off one star, because the wait can be long both to be seated and to actually get your food. So, if you're with a large party, I'd probably not try and eat here (especially if there's children with you)! Other than that, great food and the servers are always nice. I typically order their crab cake benedict and it's delicious. The panko crust on the crab adds the perfect crunch and the hollandaise sauce is creamy and warm. My husband gets either their smashed avocado benedict or their green chilaquiles (which they ran out of the other day we went). The kid's meals are generous and come with fruit, the chosen entree, and hashbrowns. The drinks are also delicious I am a matcha lover and their vanilla almond matcha is great. read more

Get ready to tickle your taste buds! The food was wonderful! Never have I ever had flavors meshed so well. I was skeptical about The Monte Cristo but decided to get it anyways. The flavors meshed so well. It also came with a spinach arugula salad with strawberries and candied pecans with a light vinaigrette dressing. This dish looks healthy but the flavors says otherwise. It's a must try! The hubs got the classic breakfast with eggs, sausage and toast. The sausage was juicy with a little spiciness and very satisfying. You have to try this place! read more

Absolutely blown away by Snooze! This is our new favorite breakfast spot in Gilbert! All of the ingredients tasted fresh and were uniquely combined to give great flavor combinations! The portions are a little on the small size, but well worth it for the quality of the food. My wife and I split 3 meals and were full, but we may have been hungry if we only had one each. It's a great place to try different dishes. Our server was very attendant and was accurate with our order even with our substitutions! Very professional! We sat out on the shaded patio and it also had indoor seating available! Very well kept up and clean. We will definitely be back! read more

Snooze is a great place for breakfast. They have a variety of great tasting food. I always look forward to the pancake of the day!

I have been to the one in Denver, and been to the one in Gilbert twice. The pancakes are fluffy, the French Toast is really good. The omelets and Eggs Benedict are amazing. I love this place. read more

What is so great about the Snooze franchise is how utterly consistent they are. The place was packed for breakfast (all of them are, get there early or expect to wait!) but we found a couple spots at the bar. The server was fantastic (all of them are) and asked about drinks. We were told about a couple specials and decided on the standard mimosa and a bloody mary. Both of us ordered the tofu scramble, which is also great (and yes, at the other locations it is great too!) Food and drinks always so good. Snooze is packed because it is so consistently good for food and service. Go to any of the Snooze's and don't mind the wait- it is worth it! read more

As a gold tier who visits snooze twice a week at Biltmore location, the meal served to me and my lady was so repulsive I'm scared to return to any location. We waited 30 minutes for cold, undercooked yuck to get placed in front of us. I'm struggling to come up with the right words that demonstrate the experience - not kidding when I say, I wouldn't LET someone eat from any of the plates that were presented. Apparently there was a private event upcoming in an hour, and it was obvious the kitchen had turned the burners off, long before our arrival. Spare us the 8 mile drive next time and just lock the doors early. Awful read more

This place has always had Friendly staff , good food + service and fair price. I would go back there

I never leave reviews but this experience left me upset. I came to eat and was excited for their gluten free options. We sat down and the table underneath was dirty. Then there were what felt like 20 flies buzzing around absolutely ruining the experience. Then my silverware was dirty. Then there was something floating in my drink. To top it all off the waitress we had made a judgmental comment while we were paying that left me feeling upset. I will never eat here again. read more

We ate here with family one sunny arizona day and it was just ok. Our first experience was in texas and had the shrimp and gritz. It was the best we've ever had. However, at this location the same dish didnt taste the same nor did it have the same punch as the last one. And we can do without the six colored rainbow propaganda. don't think I'll be coming back here though. Thank you very kind server and staff who served us. read more

The food is still good but there was a decline in service. We got our own lattes as they were sitting getting cold. Too bad there isn't a Snooze in the Bay Area, so any chance I can hit one up, I take that opportunity. We came to the Gilbert location since it was the closest to where we were staying in Mesa. This location has a large back patio that is very dog friendly. The menu is quite extensive so I recommend getting a physical menu as opposed to browsing on the phone. I got the crab and asparagus omelette and added hash browns. Hubby got the OMG French toast with sausage links. Our server was super friendly and equally nice to our dog. Food was great - my omelette was phenomenal. The omelette with the greens was a good portion even though it didn't look it. The hash browns are very good too - definitely get it. read more

Used to be my favorite breakfast place. Last two times been very disappointed. Both times the bacon was overcooked, and I go there because I've always thought they had the best bacon. Their potatoes used to be really good now they're marginal, ordered my eggs over easy got them over hard. If you're gonna charge that kind of money, you gotta get it right. read more

I love Snooze for a nice brunch spot to catch up with friends, it's so cozy and the food is delicious. While we had some issues with the kitchen, our server Abbie was wonderful. Unfortunately, my bacon came out burnt and my egg came out twice extremely over easy when I had ordered over medium. Not a big deal and Abbie was quick to fix the issues when I addressed them which I appreciated heavily! Definitely not my best visit to Snooze but everyone has a rough day sometimes and the meal was still wonderful regardless. Thank you Abbie! read more
