It's ok. I ordered the omg french toast. It wasn't bad. The crusts were too dry and two of my wedges were missing the marscapone stuffing. They also don't offer Splenda or other sugar free sweetener for your tea or coffee. We went early so it wasn't busy. My friend was seated facing the front window and the sun was right in her face. She had to put on sunglasses. I doubt I will return. There are better places. read more

Enjoyed my first visit to Snooze for breakfast! I arrived around 9:15am and thankfully beat the masses who all showed up at 9:30am. By 10am the place was packed inside AND outside (that's always a good sign)! Service was top notch! Bailey was amazing and attended to me like a pro! I went with the Blueberry Danish Pancakes with lemony cream cheese filling which I liked. It was a tough decision because I wanted to try so many things. I have heard all the hype about these Snooze joints, so I was really looking forward to the experience. San Diego location is all about it, but I have never been. My party of 3 walked in shortly after they opened, and we were hangered. We had just come from another restaurant that was supposedly open at 6:30 am, but they still hadn't opened by 7 am. Yelp came to the rescue as we made our way here to Snooze, an A.M. Eatery in Gilbert. From the moment we walked in, the service was slower than Flash Slothmore from the Disney movie Zootopia. Our server seemed to be very friendly with the other 3 or so parties dining in, but not so with us and I am not sure why. Not much to say except the food was disappointing and so was the service. The only thing that was pretty decent was the OMG! French Toast that my niece ordered. My Blueberry Ricotta Pancakes were really dense and lacked flavor for some reason. I have ordered this at other places before, and it's always fluffy and tasty. My sister ordered the Spuds Deluxe, and she also said it was bland. Not sure if the employees here were off to a bad start early on a Tuesday morning, but we definitely do not recommend it. The restaurant was not at all busy, yet it took forever for us to ask for things we needed. It took a long time for us to get our bill, and even longer for our server to collect the cash we left on the table. We tip accordingly, but this time, we left cash to the penny. It's 2024 and I am done being nice when people don't treat me or my party well. Too bad, so sad. Hopefully our reviews will prompt some housecleaning at this Gilbert location. I have been craving pancakes lately and was overjoyed to find them on the menu as many spots typically do not offer a plant-based alternative to this breakfast classic. I never leave reviews but this experience left me upset. I came to eat and was excited for their gluten free options. We sat down and the table underneath was dirty. Then there were what felt like 20 flies buzzing around absolutely ruining the experience. Then my silverware was dirty. Then there was something floating in my drink. To top it all off the waitress we had made a judgmental comment while we were paying that left me feeling upset. I will never eat here again. read more

Snooze in Gilbert is always a pleasant experience for my family and I. Great drinks, service and food. This time I finally decided to try the Crab cake Benny. So glad I did! The crab cake was full of lump crab meat with little to no filler. I ordered mine with an over medium egg instead of the poached egg that it originally comes with. The avocado, tomato and chimichurri sauce was nice way to balance out the richness. This dish was plated very well! My only complaint was I should have read carefully to see that you only got one Benny. Which in my opinion that was more than enough considering how much crab meat you get! 10/10 read more

During a recent visit to the Phoenix valley a friend and I decided to grab brunch at Snooze. Thankfully I noticed that you can add yourself to a waitlist, which I did about 40 minutes prior to when we planned to meet for brunch. Parking in the area is pretty smooth as they have a free parking garage just a few blocks away, which was a pleasant surprise! The area is super cute, with a slight hipster vibe. There are a lot of restaurants and bars to choose from, so I can imagine it gets busy at night. When I arrived I checked in with the hostess and only had to wait about 15 minutes to be seated. The place was packed, so again I'm happy I used the waitlist feature! The dining area was definitely buzzing with brunch goers. There is a patio out front and behind the restaurant, however it was a bit too chilly for me that day to sit outside. I started with the Palomimosa, which packed a punch for a brunch drink- no complaints here! I really wanted to try their pancakes, but I had just ran a 5k and my stomach needed something lighter. So, I opted for a side of hashbrowns with pico added ($1 extra) and 2 scrambled eggs. The hashbrowns are formed into a puck and didn't have the greasiness that you get from a lot of breakfast spots, which I appreciated! The pico helped to cut through what bit of heaviness there was, so I'm glad I had that added. My friend had the spuds deluxe and enjoyed it- neither of us could finish our meals though as the portions were very generous. I'll definitely be back to try the location in Vegas and this time I'll ensure I'm hungry enough for the pancakes! read more

The customer service lives up to the name. We were looking forward to picking up brunch today, ordering via the app. Only to be informed at the final step that online ordering isn't available between 10 a.m. and 12:45 p.m. We then attempted to call in our order only to be lulled by continuous ringing followed by a message that said to call back later. Simultaneously, we received a text (see screenshot photo). I hope that management improves all aspects of the lack of customer service just described. We had virtually no wait on a Wednesday morning of course, and service was prompt and friendly! And super patient... With a menu as big as Snooze's, I was immediately pulled toward the Monte Cristo without a second thought. When the waiter came by, I ordered it right away and it did not disappoint. As a gold tier who visits snooze twice a week at Biltmore location, the meal served to me and my lady was so repulsive I'm scared to return to any location. We waited 30 minutes for cold, undercooked yuck to get placed in front of us. I'm struggling to come up with the right words that demonstrate the experience - not kidding when I say, I wouldn't LET someone eat from any of the plates that were presented. Apparently there was a private event upcoming in an hour, and it was obvious the kitchen had turned the burners off, long before our arrival. I feel like this location of Snooze has changed recently, and not in the good way. This is usually a go-to spot when family visits us, and now I'm not so sure. The service and food were both subpar when I came in on a Monday mid-morning with my mom and sister. They were steady, not packed, and it took awhile for our server to greet us. I ordered my usual, the Bella Bella Benny. The prosciutto was either old or heated up, because it was dark brown in color. The hash browns were hardly edible. They were so hard and dry I had to cut them with the knife. My egg was well-cooked though! Previous times I have had the Bella Bella, my egg was either super over cooked or extremely runny. One of the guests in my group enjoyed her meal, the other did not. We waited about 20 min after finishing our food to get the check. Our server never came to check on us after someone else delivered the food. The waitlist feature on Yelp is fantastic, and is a good way to get your party seated in a reasonable amount of time, especially on the weekend! read more

Probably one of THE most popular breakfast spots here in Gilbert! I'm knocking off one star, because the wait can be long both to be seated and to actually get your food. So, if you're with a large party, I'd probably not try and eat here (especially if there's children with you)! Other than that, great food and the servers are always nice. I typically order their crab cake benedict and it's delicious. The panko crust on the crab adds the perfect crunch and the hollandaise sauce is creamy and warm. My husband gets either their smashed avocado benedict or their green chilaquiles (which they ran out of the other day we went). The kid's meals are generous and come with fruit, the chosen entree, and hashbrowns. The drinks are also delicious I am a matcha lover and their vanilla almond matcha is great. read more
