The orders are done pretty quickly too. The people who work there are also really great and friendly. Overall a great place to get your pizzas and sandwiches. We got our menu on our front door. Usually I would just toss it but my roommates were gonna order so We of course had a hollywood, "special order". They had no problem accommodating me in addition to three other orders. We didn't order a pizza.! Delicious! We were looking for a new pizza place since moving to Burbank. Ordered delivery, Pizza came on time and was very fresh tasting and cooked nicely. Delivery man was super pleasant as well. I ordered the special#3 at about 8:00pm. An hr passed and I just thought it was due to time it took to cook the extra large pizza so I waited. After another 30 minutes of waiting I called up the place and the guy told me they will be at my house within 5 mins. Well, they didn't arrive and i was raging lol. I called them again and they were making up excuses such as they arrived at the wrong location (They could have called me or the restaurant for my number or address whichever they didn't have) they were saying that they were busy (which I doubt) and saying that the pizza was cold now (-_-). Fast delivery! Got my food in 25 mins! It came hot and super flavorful! I ordered the wings which were huge and could literally smell the buffalo sauce from the bag. The pizza tasted very good. Had it today for the first time and must say I really enjoyed it! I love pizza, but I'm also kinda picky. Not many places make a good pizza. I ordered a medium pepperoni/ mushroom and shared with a couple friends. We all enjoyed it very much. You can taste all the fresh ingredients and I even ate the crust (usually I leave it). Terrible delivery service. The guy delivered to wrong address (the next door neighbor) and didn't ask for name or signature or anything to identify, and just left my food with another person. This pizza place is so cool and unique with the style of pizza that it makes. I ordered the Persian pizza with bacon and the Mexican pizza. Great flavors and really unique idea. The problem is the sauce. There was hardly any sauce on the pizzas and I requested extra sauce. Also, the crust recipe needs a little work. My family got the worst bubble guts after eating this pizza. Love the idea of this place but the execution of the product needs a bit of work. If they keep on improving and studying their pizza techniques, they have the potential to be 5 Star. read more

So my first few experiences with slash were good. Pizza is amazing here. One of the best I've had. But the other day I ordered a pizza and was quoted 40 min for pick up. Usually it's 20 min, but I didn't mind too much. They reassured me they would call me back as soon as the pizza was done. Well 40 minutes past, and still no call. So I said "screw it, I'm hungry... I'll just go get something else." I went to inn n out and back by the time they called me back. Then 2 days later they call me, saying I have to pay for a pizza I never received. Are you guys crazy?! Don't get me wrong their pizzas are good, but what threw me off was when I called and placed an order for 2 large pizza, and I asked the lady over the phone to give me extra Parmesan cheese and crushed peppers and the lady responded with, "we charge extra for that" and I said "that's really funny because I always order and I've never been charged, but go ahead and charge me." So my dad goes and picks up the food and brings it home and I open the pizza and see there's 2 Parmesan cheese packets and 2 crushed pepper packets, for 2 large pizzas.... I specifically asked for extra and said you can charge me. Either way if you didn't charge me I'm sure a large pizza isn't supposed to come with one of each. Not only that but there was no jalapeños in neither of the pizzas when I've ordered many times and have received jalapeños with the pizza. read more

Their service is amazing I can be impatient especially during lunch hour but they are very quick on their feet whether I'm picking up or getting my food delivered it's within a reasonable time frame.
