I had no idea what Persian Pizza Makhloot was but I was hungry and this place delivers. I was so satisfied with the pizza that I ate the entire 12" pie. It was delicious. The toppings were great together and the crust was crunchy and seasoned. I couldn't have asked for a better dinner, thank you, Slash Pizza! read more

Honestly hats off to this place for being able to maintain a high variety menu while consistently delivering quality food. Ordered from here multiple times trying different items and have never had a complaint. They have something for everyone on their menu and each is as good as the next. Love this place! read more

Love the pizza always have extra toppings on the pizza BUT the pizza is always burned! I've requested that they take it out sooner 4 times but we continue to get it burned! Looks like I'll continue to look for a pizzeria that is acceptable. read more

I ordered for delivery an extra large pizza and french fries. Now the pizza was OK. The dough was a little bit undercooked, but the toppings tasted overall good. BUT the french fries were a total swing and a miss. I was expecting them to be a little bit cold but what I received was double fried french fries- which basically means they were once fried to perfection, then left aside (for hours or days) and then before delivery they drowned the same french fries in hot oil again and over fried the heck out of it. so the result was very very oily french fries, half of them super soggy and the other half brittle and overcooked. went straight to the trash. We probably shouldn't have ordered french fries from a pizza place but since that's what they advertised on their new flyers they should be able to deliver everything. Delivery guy was very nice tho. read more

I can see the charm and the reason why many love Slash Pizza. Sooooo good and very well priced. I could hardly decided what to order, but I am so happy that I had Vegetarian Pizza, it was absolutely terrific. Everybody was so helpful. I would certainly come back to Slash Pizza. read more

Very disappointed with the customer service in this business. Last night my friends and I and paid almost $33.00 for pizzas and soda that we waited for over 45 minutes and nobody came to our table. Finally I approached the waitress (customer service lady) and told her what's going on with the pizza and she replied that we have to wait for another 10 more minutes ?? Which I think in my opinion very un professional Another party came after us and was greeted informal a formal way. And then I was very upset and I asked the lady to give me my money back and then she made a phone call to her boss. She was speaking in a foreign language that I didnt understand I finally got my money back but I didn't get a good experience here very poor customer service. No, I DON'T recommend this place to nobody. read more

Perfect place to get a pizza in Glendale . I've been here a couple of times and I've always been satisfied with the quality and taste of the food . Best pizza place around Glendale for sure , plus not only pizza , Persian food , sandwiches and pasta is also on their menu , so you always have something different to try . Excellent place ! read more

I haven't tried their pizzas yet but their sandwiches are really good and filling for the price. Ingredients tasted fresh to me and had a homemade quality to it. Skip Subway and come here. read more

Pizza was just ok. It was a little on the burnt side. Cheese bread was hard, burnt and only one side of the bread had cheese on it. This is not ok since I'm paying $2.99 for two little slices. Not sure if they aren't paying attention or just so busy they leave the food in too long but burnt pizza and bread is never a good thing. read more

I got a vegetarian pizza from this place and it was amazing. Not soggy, fresh, good taste, reasonable price. I'll be going here again

My co worker told me about this place and how good their food is. I finally tried and it is now going to be my favorite spot. I got a pastrami sandwich and fries and it was SOO GOOD! All the food was fresh and still hot. I will deifinitely be going again. read more

I love this place especially their german sausage . They are kind of famous for their pizza though but i love their sandwiches. The cool thing about this place is that when you check in yelp and you pick up food, you get 10% off. Highly recommend if you like middle eastern taste. read more

In short: Their well designed menu gave me hopes of a good lunch, Slash Pizza exceeded my expectations. If you live/work nearby, I'll gladly vouch for the quality and value, I'll be back for sure. In long: I ordered the stuffed chicken breast sandwich($7.99) which comes with a choice of either salad or fries. I opted for the salad. The salad was simple but nice, fresh romaine lettuce and fresh cut veggies ( I was expecting one of those tiny after-thought salads and was pleasantly surprised). The sandwich was simply perfect. A generous portion of chicken breast, provolone, mushrooms and other veggies in a large toasted baguette....awesome! Way better than anything you can get from a franchise sandwich place in both quality and quantity for the same price. My uncle (possibly one of the pickiest eaters on earth) ordered the Torino pizza with no marinara sauce & thin crust. The crust arrived deliciously crispy and the pizza, hot and flavorful. He genuinely liked his lunch and said he'd be back. This was a first...he usually finds fault in every place I've ever taken him. The location is a bit hidden away, tucked in a shopping center between a liquor store and the Winchester Room (a great little local dive bar). The atmosphere inside is casual but very clean and organized. One thing to note...if you're coming expecting service from an overly friendly, frozen-smiled staff that merrily says "welcome to our pizza place" as you step through the door...you're not gonna get it. I've seen many a yelper ding their review for other eateries because the staff wasn't grinning ear to ear when they took their order or brought their food. What you will get is quality food at the right price. read more

Haven't tried the pizza yet, but the sandwiches are pretty tasty and they deliver (min order $10). My Fav's are: Stuffed Chicken Sandwich (served hot), Pastrami Turkey Not a fan of the Philly Cheese Steak, as I've had better elsewhere, but their other sandwiches are A-ok! We order from them regularly for lunch, and always receive great service! read more

As were sitting eating one of the employees says it's much more money to stay and eat. That was extremely unprofessional. I tried ordering the special, the lady at the front counter taking the order said the special was only for pick up, I said it's fine we were still gunna stay and eat. Then as we're eating this man comes out and literally tells us it's much more money to stay and eat there, in front of other customers eating there. That is horrible. Never coming here again. UPDATE The man who shouted at us about it being more expensive to eat there was actually the OWNER! How unprofessional! First time and last time there. read more

some of the worst bread I've ever had on a sandwich, felt like cardboard. no flavor, took almost 30 minutes, will not return

How do I love thee, let me count the ways.... First, there is no sauce in the calzone but they give you some on the side. There isn't supposed to be any in there anyway so I like this. Second, and third, ricotta and mozzarella, just the right amount. Melty but not stringy, full but not fattening, well sort of. Basically more than enough cheese without tasting like it is all cheese. Forth, the ricotta, yes again. I don't know what kind of ricotta they buy but I love it. It is on the sweeter side and a flavorful, robust cheese in its own right. I know it is only food but some people care about these details. Fifth, the guts are proportional. The loaded calzone lets you pick up to four items and they always have a nice balance and plenty of each ingredient. It is not so packed that it makes a huge mess but they don't cheap out on you. Sixth, slits on the top. Another minor detail that makes a good calzone. Can't say why, won't pretend to know, they just belong there. Seventh, there is no cheese/sauce on top. WHO does that??? I don't know why but it seems to happen. That isn't right and they don't do it. Maybe if you ask nicely.... That may all seem like minutia but combined it makes the perfect calzone. If you are feeling adventurous try my pick four; tomatoes, mushrooms, pineapple and fresh basil. Sounds weird but together it is unforgettable. read more

Delivery times are usually long, but the last time about two hours!!! Absolutely not acceptable! Not recommended!

Dont play ya self If you looking for some good pizza some real good pizza. Not from some big chain pizza spot ie. pizza-hut,dominos this is the spot don't hesitate to give them a try. Especially if you from around the area you should give them a call or pay a visit the pizza is really good crust is nice n right. Wings are good if you like wings the salad they give is really good as well we get it every time. For sure a spot to try if you like pizza and if you live around the way this should be your go to spot to get pizza. read more

Sitting here stuffing my face with pepperoni pizza when I'm supposed to be at bootcamp. All discipline goes out the window when I get a hankering for Slash. Carry out special is $6 for a medium! Can't beat it. read more
