It was a quick stop, I decided with my daughter to have a lunch and wanted some Armenian and Mediterranean fusion. It's a little clean spot with few sitting tables inside and couple outside. So cozy and nice. Has a TV inside with captions sound down, and had nice upbeat music playing Totally loved the ambience. Staff is friendly and respectful, great and fast service. Food was absolutely delicious and tasted like homemade not commercial food, which is always an amazing bonus plus by me. Service - excellent, staff very helpful, insightful and attentive. I always love this place. It's one of the best and tastiest Mediterranean spots around. I was craving Soltani BBQ, so I called and ordered. They're super quick; it was ready in less than 30 minutes. They have a small fridge full of appetizers. We got the jalapeño yogurt; it's really delicious. The price and portion of the food are very reasonable. There's a small seating area inside. read more

Great casual Mediterranean food spot. A very nice gentleman recommended me a plate with chicken thigh kabob and a kubbideh beef skewer. The plate was huge and it came with buttery basmati rice, grilled onions, grilled peppers and a grilled tomato. The meat was absolutely delicious. Both, chicken kabob and kubbideh beef were very juicy, well-marinated and just super tender with each bite that I took. The spot itself is small, with just 3 tables and one table outside. The best Mediterranean in Glendale, hands down. The service is almost as good as the food. Claude always knows my order, and Aiden is a master chef in the kitchen with well-seasoned food. The atmosphere is nice and small, nothing crazy, but the chicken breast is always juicy, and what I really love is that they have actual vegetables grilled to complement all the fine meats. Chicken sandwich is great, I personally get it in a French roll with easy mayo no parsley. I have not found the time to try other things on their menu but judging from the chicken I'm sure the other items will be just as delicious. Passing through the valley and I had a massive craving for koobideh, Aiden's Grill came through in the best way. This place did not disappoint. It was pretty busy when we got there (lots of pickup orders flying out the door), so it is clearly more of a grab and go spot than a dine in experience. But do not let that fool you, the food here is absolutely phenomenal. The koobideh? Incredible. Juicy, tender, perfectly seasoned, everything I was hoping for and more. We also grabbed a koobideh wrap and let me just say, the lavash is next level. We swapped out the mayo for tzatziki (highly recommend, do not do it any other way) and it was chef's kiss perfection. We could not resist ordering chicken thigh for our pup, but of course we had to sneak a bite. I am not even a chicken person and yet there I was, battling my dog for the last piece. It was THAT juicy and flavorful. Despite the rush, service was fast, friendly, and so thoughtful. The staff even noticed our dog and brought out a little cup of water for him. Small gestures like that really make a difference. I would absolutely stop by again on my next trip north and recommend Aiden's to anyone in the area. Fun fact, we almost went to a very popular Mediterranean spot nearby that was sold out for the night. And honestly no regrets because this was on par with the best koobideh I have ever had. This is the closest you'll get to Persian-style kabobs in the area. For the price, the food is solid, and within a 5-mile radius it's the best you'll find. Amazing food - holy crap why did I not try this place sooner? Their chicken thigh plate is delicious, chicken is juicy and tender, rice is flavorful, and the char grilled onions are perfection. We always order lunch take out from here (call 20 min ahead!) and are never disappointed with their quality or portion sizes. Their plates come with salad, rice, and grilled tomato/onion. Just note that it doesn't include hummus. We've tried their beef, chicken, and salmon and they're seasoned well (not too salty) and very moist. There is plenty of parking in the lot. I have been eating here for two years now and this place has been excellent. I'm convinced that there's nothing on the menu that isn't delicious. What a great place for delicious food. Many friends recommended Aiden's to us and after trying their food at parties, we decided to order catering for our own party - so glad we did! Ordering was easy, called in the morning, spoke to a lovely woman who helped me choose wisely, and they were able to have our food ready by the afternoon. And it was PLENTY. Their portions are huge and we had the perfect amount for our party and leftovers for the next day. We loved that the sides and dips were different than other places - kashk bademjan specifically, and the yogurt jalapeño - big hits with our guests. The torshi was deliciously pickled. We were all very satisfied! The sarma (stuffed grape leaves) were seasoned to perfection. And the hummus was outstanding. The location itself is on the smaller side, but it is clean and welcoming enough for a takeout meal. A table (or two?) sits outside. So pretty simple, but that doesn't matter. Someone please re-train the lady at the front?!?!?!? First, I placed an order, and when I arrived, she said the order wasn't placed b/c she thought I was asking the price when I specifically said I wanted to order! Then she reassures me that it's okay b/c it'll only take 5 MIN when I explained I needed to pick my daughter up. I check in 10 min later, and the cook tells her 7 MORE minutes. Why didn't she just tell me it took 15-20 min from the beginning? The right step would have been to apologize for the misunderstanding instead of making excuses. read more

I've ordered from here two times so far and I was definitely not disappointed. The food was honestly really delicious, the meat seared well and flavorful. They give big portions which I love. Place is a little expensive, but FIRE GOIID. I like the Beef Soltani Plate. I have had this plate at many Persian restaurants in Los Angeles. The area around La Cresenta and Glendale have a lot to offer as far as Mediterranean food goes so we selected a place that has 4.5 stars figuring that should be exceptional. Unfortunately that logic did not play out. Aiden's Grill is not a bad place it's just not up to the ratings. First off it is small, 3 or 4 tables small and it does a lot of takeout business. The upshot is you are likely not to find a table if you go in for a sit down meal and you might have to wait a while to get your food if there are a lot of takeout orders in front of you. We stopped in for lunch and were lucky to grab the last table. People that came in behind us had to stand around and wait for someone to finish. When I paid for our order of two Chicken Kabob Wraps, one with Fries and one with Salad the Counter person said there would be a 25 minute wait. Ouch! That's a long time for a Wrap sandwich. Luckily it came out in about 12 minutes. The wraps were $14 each. The picture on the wall lent us believe it came with a Salad or Fries but no, those are each a $1.25 extra. The wraps were stuffed with a lot of lettuce, I assume to make them look bigger but the result is that's about all you taste. Persian food isn't dull as a rule however all that lettuce proved that Wrap to be an exception. Maybe the high ratings are based on some of the other selections but I can't speak to those. The result is that at $15.25/person for a lunch Aiden's Grill is only Meh but something better than Bleh. read more
