I love Sizzler, this location is on Madison Avenue and I've been going to meet friends for lunch and dinner there for years! Their steaks (I get tri-tip) is so good and cooked to perfection. When you go you order your meal at the counter. They give you a slip and the waitress takes it and brings your meal. The waitresses are very attentive to the customers. There's a salad bar which they finally are able to add a lot of their foods they had before Covid. After Covid closed things and Sizzler was able to at least do delivery, the food was still excellent and I still got the same proportions. I never got a steak that wasn't cooked the way I like them, and in the bag there was always napkins and silverware. True prices have gone up, but I find the quality of the food and the service excellent read more

Had dinner at the Sizzler on Dale Road. My friend ordered the Tri-Tip steak dinner, can not remember how he wanted it cooked, but I know it was way overcooked to his liking. Told him to tell our server but he said that was ok, but I knew it wasn't. Just at that time, our server, Edde, asked how our meal was? That's when my friend spoke up. They wanted to give him another steak, but he said no, thank you. Just as we were about thru, Edde said the manager wanted to speak to us. To our surprise, she gave him a complete complimentary dinner next time he goes in. Wow! Super nice! We were just there Sunday & sure enough she was there & had jotted it down in the computer. Every Time We come to Sizzlers we usually hit the Salad Bar. Salad is always Top Top, Soups are always Good. Wish they would bring back their Bread Pudding. I like coming here with my parents, they love the salad bar, there's so many healthy options. It is like a Sweet Tomatoes minus the pizza and pasta but with a taco bar and chicken wing area! I like the salad choices they now have which include a kale and feta cheese salad, a greens with sweet potato and brussel sprout salad and many more. If I could add 1 thing it would be a nice chocolate chip dessert whether it's a cookie or brownie. When I last came, the utensils I used were not as clean but I didn't let that bother me from enjoying my meal. It's probably been 10 years since I've had steak and 17 since I've been to a Sizzler. It's one of the few steak houses that is available from coast to coast, even if it is a budget restaurant. I've had good luck with them and they've been consistent from location to location. Entering this one, I was surprised how upscale it looked. There was a menu board ahead of the cash registers and a smaller version in front of each of the two cash registers. Prices were easily visible, if not a lot higher than 17 years ago. I ordered the 6 ounce steak/shrimp scampi linguine for $14.99 with a side of rice pilaf, and my buddy ordered a bacon burger with fries. Drinks were extra at $2.79 each. I expect that other steak houses would have been quite a bit more. Julia took care of our table. After she brought our drinks, she asked if we wanted cheese bread and we wanted to try it, so she brought a plate with two pieces of what seemed to be Texas toast. It was both good and greasy. After a bit, the food arrived and it was hot, displayed pleasantly. It was good for the price. If there was a problem, it was that my steak was on the lighter end of well done. Everything tasted just fine. During the meal, the server returned to check on us--usually when I couldn't talk, of course. She brought us drink refills, which came in large glasses both times. They were quick to buss tables and take care of customers. Since we were there around 7:30 p.m., it was likely a favorable time. read more

My trip to sizzlers today was the best so far, the food was wonderful I got the smaller plate sirloin steak with loaded mashed potatoes. This was a rather bad experience. I think the pay and tip before you're seated/served is a steller money-making plan. Buuut, for the customer- it doesn't work out well. My French dip was served on a nearly liquid butter bun and the beef & cheese had both a foul and musky taste. Not to mention the beef was akin to beef jerky. No joke. I had one bite. And, the 10 ounce steak was shorter than a fork and nearly as narrow. And, to boot- my husbands "all you can eat shrimp" was "all you get on your plate is all you get."
