The first couple times the waitress said something we wanted was out we didn't mind and pivoted, especially since she said those were the only items they were out of. However, it quickly became evident that was not the case. She said the reason was it was Sunday and they are only open Thursday-Sunday so they often run out of stock during the Sunday rush. Like I said earlier, the last time I was there on a Sunday there was no issue with items being unavailable, and I feel like if this is a recurring issue maybe that's something that should be looked at when ordering for the week? But I also am not in the restaurant business so who knows maybe this isn't that unusual. It was just a bummer to go for my birthday excited to try certain things, only to ultimately end up with a chicken Caesar salad (which was still good though!). There was a steady stream of people dining in and picking up orders, and it wouldn't take many more customers to fill the place. I also noticed a nice wine selection and an espresso machine.
