This place had the potential to be much better, but unfortunately it fell short due to cleanliness and customer service. The bagels themselves were actually good very fresh, and you could tell the bread was nice, fluffy, and soft even after being toasted. That part was definitely the highlight. However, the coffee bar area where the fountain drinks are located was extremely dusty. It looked like nothing had been moved or cleaned under or around it in a long time. The soda fountain machine itself also appeared like it hadn't been cleaned recently. While ordering, I could also see the cutting board behind the counter and it's no longer white, it's basically gray from buildup. That definitely needs a deep clean. Service was also disappointing. When we walked in, we greeted the staff but some had AirPods in and didn't acknowledge us. The main cashier saw us standing there but didn't respond right away. We ordered breakfast bagels and waited about five minutes, which was actually pretty quick. When we finished and were leaving, we said "thank you, have a good day," and no one responded. That was honestly a little sad because this place really has potential. Overall: 2 stars. The bagel was decent, but with the cleanliness issues and lack of customer service, I probably won't be back. read more

This morning I called in my order and stated my name for my order twice. When my husband went to pick up the order, Jose and the other woman didn't even know the name of my order. My husband had to explain the order for them to find it. Jose is extremely rude and stood there shaking his head IDK with a dirty look on his face, mad at the world. I called back to complain and spoke to Chin, and he was very apologetic and nice. The bagels were more like toast than the bagels I'm used to. They were light and crispy (when toasted) instead of dense and chewy like New York bagels at Noah's. It's a shame because I drove from Manteca to Modesto based on reviews since there wasn't a Noah's nearby and I'm disappointed because the gourmet flavors sounded good. However, there wasn't a lot of cheese on the different cheese bagels they carried...that's another way that Noah's is better because their 6 cheese bagel has significantly more cheese and much more flavor since the 6 cheese is also made using an onion bagel as the base. Posh's cheddar bagel was the worst offender having so little cheddar that I could count the individual shreds. I'll have to continue to buy bagels in Pleasanton periodically until I find a local shop. However, their cream cheese was good, but I wouldn't pay any extra for their Lox cream cheese because there is very little lox in it. I'd recommend buying Lox at Costco and adding it to your bagels yourself. The green onion cream cheese was my favorite. I might make the trio every now and then to stock up on cream cheese. read more

Muffins, fruit cups and huge variety of drinks. Small family ran shop that works hard. I don't eat a lot of bagels and two bagels with cream cheese will set you back $8 seems a little expensive but we support and they are delicious. Wife gets the pizza bagel and am boring so always get the sesame bagel. They do have yesterdays bagels that you can buy in small bags of 6 but its a mix and I am partial to just sesame so have not gotten that. Worst service ever. I am in the hospital and sent my husband to pick me up an Asiago bagel with Jalepeno cream cheese. They handed him a Cheddar Jalepeno bagel with regular cream cheese.
