During our first visit we had a party of seven, two of which showed up very late. Our servers were fantastic! They went above and beyond at every turn. They were friendly, engaging with the child in our party, accommodated special requests and didn't miss a beat the entire time. The food was fresh and delicious! It was exactly what you want from a diner experience. They have a huge selection to choose from and offer lunch during all hours. We have marked this as a favorite and will definitely be back! We were wanting breakfast. Drove by and saw My Garden Cafe. Went in nice clean airy space ! Lots of Cool Highland Cow pictures! We were seated quickly . Coffee and Water Provided quickly. Hubby ordered the Waffle Combo w/ 2 eggs and bacon . So, much yummy food . He brought some home . I ordered the Eggs Benedict w/ Tomato and Avocado. Hashbrowns as well . Very Good ! My husband and I came here the other day for breakfast. This restaurant was previously the Waffle Shop and it was recently taken over by My Garden Cafe. The service was good. We were seated promptly and asked what we'd like to drink. I ordered coffee (3/5). My husband ordered OJ. The busser was always ready to refill my coffee. Our waitress was prompt to take our order. I ordered the French Toast Supreme with over easy eggs, 1 sausage and 1 bacon (4/5). My husband ordered the All American Sausage & eggs (4/5). The ambiance was like an old school diner with a Hobby Lobby modern twist. They have cute farm style decor on the walls. Overall, decent breakfast. read more

We have now been to My Garden Cafe three times since it changed ownership from the Waffle Shop of before and can report that it's a keeper for us. The food has been well prepared each time, the service as good as we could want (they have always seated us promptly each time, and immediately take our drink order and food order promptly thereafter). We sense that it is locally owned which we always prefer over big chains places. Portions are generous, and all has been tasty (my wife is more picky than I and she has nothing but compliments for the quality of the food. The ambiance is created by both the vibe the staff put out (totally focused on the customer) and the makeover of the place, it appears they have added and/or enlarged the windows, and hung a number of paintings/prints of Highland cattle which my wife loves. We will definitely be back as this seems to have become our new Sunday morning breakfast place. read more

My Garden Café on Coffee Rd (where the old Waffle Shop used to be) is phenomenal! From the warm, friendly staff to the delicious meals and generous portion sizes --everything was perfect. I've always loved their other locations, but this was my first time visiting this one because of my crazy schedule. My Garden Cafe is our "go to" place for breakfast. It's gone by different names over the years due to changes in ownership and so forth. The vibe is friendly, proletarian, salt of the earth. Great service, reasonable prices, and good "stick to the bones" food. I had eggs, hash browns, toast, and sausage. The goddess had waffles slathered with bananas and whipped cream. Delicious. Worst $41 breakfast ever or worst waitress, not sure! We sat at the bar, no acknowledgment & we had to get our own menus. It was also so cold in there we had to wear our jackets. We should have taken all this as a sign to leave. The she got our orders all wrong. Instead of giving the right part she leaves it in the pu window to get cold while the wrong stuff was fixed. So I had to ask for my plate back while it was warm. My husband's biscuits came, no gravy at this point we gave up. His pancakes were So overcooked you could hardly cut them with a knife. Once mentioned to her she didn't offer us anything. She never said sorry I'll give you a break on the bill. What a surprise!! This place was so clean, efficient and delicious. Allen, my husband, is very picky, he ordered the ham and eggs, which were perfectly made. The ham was so tasty (I had a piece) and thick, his potatoes had lots of grilled onions which he requested and the pancakes were darling, fluffy and delicious. I had my boring eggs with hash browns and an English muffin, everything was so tasty and well done. Our waitress, Myranda, was so sweet, although she was so busy, she stopped to talk and made sure our hot and fabulous coffee was filled. My husband was leery about the place, because of the prior business which was there, but the entire place was refurbished and new. He told me that this is our new breakfast place. Fat sign on the door. .75 cents added to each egg!!!! They decided they were going to keep the egg inflation in place. The eggs have gone down 59%, but California, Gavin Newscum and now My Garden Cafe is passing the over exaggerated egg price hike onto its customers. Keeping the hike going is called price gouging and a scam to make more money. This price hike should disappear quick or I will never step foot in a My Garden Cafe again. They could have did .50 cents to share the cost instead of heaping the whole thing on the customer. The Old Mill didn't hike their prices at all and they have better food, thick bacon!!!! read more

Friendly staff and extensive menu. This restaurant is part of a local chain, but this location just opened. Their decor is nonexistent but the place is clean. We ordered an omelette with jack cheese instead of American cheese, but it came with American. The other issue was a waitress and customer talking VERY loudly, even yelling their conversation when one was 12 feet away! read more

We have eaten at most of the locations and have always had amazing service but we ordered pick up this morning and it was in my name. When my husband went to pick up our breakfast the waitress look at him accusingly and asked in a very snide voice if he was Jennifer. It really upset him.
