While waiting for my car to get serviced, I walked to this location. Very clean place with AWESOME service. I got the chicken fried steak breakfast from their fabulous 50's menu and it was large and outstanding. Have eaten at many Perkos over the years and I've never been disappointed. They remind me of good, old fashioned diners from my youth. Highly recommend!

So we had lunch today over at Perko's really good food definitely worth the price and weight this sweet potato fries were definitely a must

Had brunch today at Perko's we always enjoy coming here. Service is good. The timeframe is reasonable. They were a little bit busy today. Service was really nice. The environment was very friendly and welcoming. If you're not in a rush and you got time definitely stop by order some food the French dip with some sweet potato fries and those sweet potato fries are a must food is definitely good good reasonably pricing in today's economy and definitely will be coming back again thank you to every staff members. I did leave a $17 tip on a $50 bill. Hopefully the staff ever gets it.

We've loved this little diner for many years and have no complaints. My husband's favorite is Sarah's Old Fashioned Ham, a full pound of bone-in ham. He ordered this today with a side of pancakes and had lots of leftovers to go. I had the Patty Melt and fries and also came home with leftovers. Expect a homey, cozy diner and nothing fancy--cute signs on their walls, friendly servers, and excellent comfort food here.

The food was really good for a diner. Our waitress was nice polite but not overly friendly. The price is about average 12-15 a plate. The signs in the restaurant are so cute!

I been wanting to try this place for a long time. I can't believe it took me this long to try them out. I was very pleased from start to finish. The service was excellent, the food was amazing and I was ultra impressed with the waitress explaining we can get gravy made with no pork and also for next time to ask for our home fried potatoes to also be cooked in non pork fat. ( I told her We don't eat pork ) It is so hard to find a place that offers no pork in their gravy. They went the extra mile to make us special non pork gravy on the spot, amazing. Also they fried our home fried potatoes in non pork oil, thats the extra extra mile of care and service and attending to a customers needs, I was completely satisfied. I cant wait to try more of the menu. Everything we ordered was good. The cinnamon bun was so good, I would go there just for that alone, yummy and fresh and moist and soft and so much frosting and yes I said and alot, AND? Haha Pro tip: if you dont eat pork ask for them to cook your potatoes in non pork oil and if you want gravy ask them to make non pork gravy. You have to mention it to your server, dont forget. Now go & enjoy, you can thank me later. Make reservations if possible or go on a slow day, the weekends are packed but worth the wait. They have alot of seating inside.

The food was just your typical diner type, greasy spoon kind of place. I got an egg white omelette with ham (looked like cut up pieces of thin sliced deli meat) and asked that fresh potatoes be boiled in water or steamed in water due to food allergy. What I got was fried potatoes. When I questioned the server he just said that's how they come. Do they not have raw potatoes in the back they could have boiled for me?? The taste of the omelette was meh and I only ate 4 bites. I obviously didn't eat the potatoes. The English Muffin felt oily, like someone touched it with greasy hands. I had asked for it to be dry and with no butter. So basically I didn't eat any of my food and will not be back (this was my third time here and none of the other experiences were any better.) Such a shame because it is only 5-minutes from my house. My dad ordered the chicken fried steak and my mom got the taco salad and both of their meals were inedible too. The food here is just BAD. I told the server I didn't like my food and he didn't even answer me. He took away three plates of uneaten food and no one asked if there was an issue and no manager bothered to come over to even talk to us or try and make it right. What a HUGE waste of money. Don't bother eating here...so many other places to eat that are so much better. This place was packed and no real waiting area...everyone just squished together. This is a hustling and bustling place, so if you are looking for a quiet spot, at least don't go when we did. Best part of this place is their wall for taking pictures. I think they care more about making things look IG worthy, than the quality of the product they are serving.

While I typically avoid paying premium prices for coffee, I decided to treat myself and finally give this location a try. Upon entering, I was greeted by a pleasant atmosphere and placed an order for three iced coffees, which I stated clearly. When my order was delivered, two of the drinks were iced, while one was served hot. I calmly and politely mentioned that all three were supposed to be iced coffees. At that point, I overheard an employee respond in the background with an attitude, stating that I had ordered the drink hot. I fully understand that mistakes can happen--orders can be entered incorrectly, and errors are part of any service environment. However, my concern lies with the dismissive attitude and the decision to challenge the customer's request in front of them. This interaction left a poor impression, and as a result, I do not plan to return to this establishment. I will instead continue supporting my usual coffee shops.

My friend from Modesto told me about this spot, and I immediately wanted to try it. I actually planned my drive around this pit stop, which was just a short detour off the 99. My brother got an egg sandwich on a brioche bun and he still can't stop talking about how good it was. He was particularly impressed with the brioche bun. We also got the blueberry french toast to go, which I didn't anticipate traveling very well, but it did and holy shit, it was fan-freaking-tastic when I ate it that evening. I can't even fathom how incredible it must be if eaten fresh. This place was so cute inside and clearly had an intentional aesthetic direction. There was a cute outdoor seating area in the front where I could have my dog with me, which is a huge plus. The service was top-notch and the food was ready lickety-split. The bagels themselves were actually good very fresh, and you could tell the bread was nice, fluffy, and soft even after being toasted. That part was definitely the highlight. However, the coffee bar area where the fountain drinks are located was extremely dusty. It looked like nothing had been moved or cleaned under or around it in a long time. The soda fountain machine itself also appeared like it hadn't been cleaned recently. While ordering, I could also see the cutting board behind the counter and it's no longer white, it's basically gray from buildup. That definitely needs a deep clean. Service was also disappointing. When we walked in, we greeted the staff but some had AirPods in and didn't acknowledge us. The main cashier saw us standing there but didn't respond right away. We ordered breakfast bagels and waited about five minutes, which was actually pretty quick. When we finished and were leaving, we said "thank you, have a good day," and no one responded. That was honestly a little sad because this place really has potential. Overall: 2 stars. The bagel was decent, but with the cleanliness issues and lack of customer service, I probably won't be back.
