Came here for a staff birthday lunch, even though I have tried their pizza through delivery, this was the first time we dined In. So there was 6 of us including myself and had ordered the pizza to be ready for our lunch time which was 1 pm. Half of us had tried Gold Dust but half it was their first time. We ordered a large pepperoni and garlic bread. Because this location is smaller than the Ripon one, I was a bit concerned that all the tables would be occupied during lunch. I think we were lucky that it was a weekday and there was room for 6 of us. The staff there was nice and took the time to check on us if we needed anything. Large pepperoni was big enough that we couldn't finish it. The garlic bread (which looked like a cheese pizza) had 3 different sauces provided. Ranch, marinara and spicy ranch. Service from a Gianna was absolutely horrible. I placed an order online at 2:13 for a med pizza and a drink for 445. I arrive at 445 she said 10 more minutes. Ok I waited 10 minutes asked again and she said no. 8 more minutes. I go up and ask again at at 5:10 she doesn't even go and ask and she is looking at me and automatically says nope not ready 15 more minutes. I begin to tell Brooklyn I ordered online at 213 to be ready at 445 for a bday and she was amazing! So apologetic and went back to see what was going on. When she came back I asked for a refund. My friends ordered pizza with various toppings, garlic cheese sticks, and habanero wings through DoorDash. They claimed this was a great spot in Modesto, and they were right! Upon entering the restaurant I didn't like the location much seemed really crammed and built more takeout rather than dine in for pizza. We were able to place an order and I was disappointed about they did not have fountain drinks to offer. I bought a couple soda bottles. Pizza took quite a while to come out. Staff was friendly just very busy. We finally got our pizza and garlic parmesan wings. Pizza was delicious and fully loaded. Wings were tender and flavorful. Definitely will return but going the to go takeout order option. May visit the restaurant in Oakdale to get the full experience. This location is more takeout friendly. read more

Definitely my favorite pizza in the area. Pricing and wait time could be better but it just shows a lot of other people also really like the pizza here. The breadsticks aren't my favorite though, the mozz ones are too cheesy / gluey and the parm ones are too dry.. we usually get the $45 deal with pizza, breadsticks and a drink. The pizza is perfectly sauced and they are heavy handed with the toppings (which I loooove!) The wings are amazing and came out piping hot, just like the pizza! Ranch is delicious! The service was amazing and they are super friendly! Love how it's small enough for a cozy lunch, but roomy enough for multiple small parties. I've visited this location a fee times now and they are very consistent and generous with thier portions of pizza by the slice. They run a lunch special that is around $5 for a thick slice and a drink. The pizza is very well cooked and they give yiu a generous amount if cheese. Very satisfying and cooked fresh every time. I love this place and will always support them and thier staff which has always been very friendly to me and my family. It's a great place for great pizza! read more

The veggie was good but I really liked the cheese. I personally think you test how good a pizza place is by their cheese pizza and theirs was excellent. I tried the original wings which come out more crispy then the mango habanero wings with sauce in them. I like my wings crispy that's just me. But the flavor on the mango habanero was good, just next time I would ask them to try and make them crispier. The service was very polite and right away offered me recommendations. Nice clean inside seating, not a big dinning area but big enough for small gatherings. Definitely one of my new favorite pizzas in town. We like the Oakdale and Ripon location and was excited when I heard they opened a spot in Modesto. The pizza game in Modesto is severely lacking so this is great. Tried to get a deliver but they do t have their own process so ordered through Uber eats, that was ok next time I will just pick it up. Usually the phone eats first but I forgot to take that pic..... We ordered a specialty pizza, the yuppy, it's a veggie style and it was delicious! AMAZING pizza and customer service! Came in 20 minutes before they closed and asked if that was okay. The girl at the register assured me that is was fine and happy to take my order - NICE! Interesting decor, clean tables, organized shelves behind the counter - inside was pleasantly clean and organized. The staff, a few guys and 2 girls, were friendly the entire time I waited. I even ate a few slices while there and again, I was assured that it was okay. I ordered a medium 1/2 BBQ Chicken minus the bacon and 1/2 vegetarian with extra thick crust. When it came out to my table I was blown away with excitement. The pie was THICK and the tippings looked fresh and esthetically nice. Going forward I would only call it in and ho pick up but highly inconvenient if you have family already visiting for lunch.
