Salad Bar, Never again, It just keeps going down hill, The selection gets worse notably between visits, my visits have gotten less frequent due to food quality, the pre-made salads have changed for worse. We said after this last visit Never Again. Sizzler keep lowering your quality and no one will come. read more

We were humiliated, harassed, discriminated, & disrespected by Sizzler's employees today. My husband, 9 year old son, & myself came to eat to Sizzlers around lunch time. We ordered an entree (burger with fries) with a salad bar, a salad bar without an entree, 1 soda & a water. From the moment we entered the restaurant and waitress Cassandra greeted us, there was a hostile feeling. We were being treated very differently and spoken to very differently. She asked if my son was eating and emphasized there was no sharing of salad bar. We respectfully answered we knew the policy and said our son will not be eating anything from the salad bar. I made a comment that my son would most likely take a bite out of my entree and I may take the rest home. Cassandra looked at us weird & decided to call the manager (Christina). The manager came out and again emphasized that there is no sharing of salad bar, which was completely rude and inappropriate to say the least as we had been reminded already. Once we were seated, waitress Deanna brought out our drinks and also made a comment. She wanted to make sure we were aware there was no sharing of salad bar. She said "I was told 2 individuals were eating. There is no sharing of salad bar." Again, leaving us feeling very uncomfortable, disrespected, & in a way discriminated. No other families around us were being "reminded" or spoken to this way. I answered to her by saying "Yes, we are aware. Our son isn't eating that." My husband and I got our salad bar plates, come back to the table, and then our burger entree arrived. My husband takes a bite then offers a bite to me. I then asked my son if he wanted a bite and he said sure. Then my son took a couple of fries. However, The entire time we were eating, we could feel eyes staring at us. Next thing I know, here comes Deanna again. This time she says "I am sorry but we will have to charge you for an extra Salad bar plate." My husband requests to speak to the manager. Manager Christina comes out and says "unfortunately there is no sharing of meals. Your burger is an entree that cannot be shared. Any entree that comes with a salad bar is not supposed to be shared. We have signs stating our policy." My husband gets upset & requests to see these "signs." Well what do you know, THERE IS NO SIGN THAT SAYS YOU CANNOT SHARE YOUR ENTREE." We take pictures of the signs, emphasize how mistreated we were the entire time we were there, we emphasized how their signs do not specify we are not allowed to offer our son a bite of our entree, we write down ALL of their names and then proceed to leave. Never, NEVER EVER have we EVER experienced such type of treatment at Sizzlers. There is no policy that says you cannot share your entree. We are respectful of the Salad bar and we know not to share that. And to be spoken to and treated in such discriminatory way is simply unacceptable. Just because we look Hispanic does not give any employee the right to stare at us like hawks! Or speak to us disrespectfully. Or be reminded of policies that do not exist! NO ONE, regardless of their race and/or skin color, NO FAMILY should ever be treated this way! I will not deny my 9 year old a bite out of our entree. We are an educated family with strong values & morals that respects restaurants policies. The salad bar plates should not be shared. I will not allow this type of mistreatment to happen to us or others. Families, please be aware and stand up for what is right. Do not let this type of mistreatment happen to you the way it happened to us. We will not visit Sizzler again & will contact corporate office as well. read more

My first time experience with Sizzler was not good at all. I was in the super fun situation. I ordered my food on Yelp and it literally said you could order to take out or delivery. But when I came there, they didn't have my order. An old man (the manager???) was so unprofessional. Instead of apologizing to me first, he claimed that their business didn't do anything with Yelp. He didn't even know about Yelp. He was standing there repeated so many times that he didn't know Yelp instead of solving the problem. What did you mean you didn't do anything with Yelp? If no, at least take down the thing or the button that say "Order to take Out or Delivery". I was standing there and got confused. I had already paid for my food and got nothing? Then, I contact GrubHub to see if they could help and got the order later. For the food, I paid $39 for a piece of steak, a small lobster, and mass potato. Nothing delicious and very expensive. Clam chowder is better, but al lot of potato in there, no clam. Definitely not gonna be back there for expensive foods and unprofessional service. read more

Brought my nephew here for lunch on his Birthday as le absolutely loves their cheese toast. We came at 11am just as it opened and I ordered the salad bar, everything was fresh, clean and organized. The salad bar options was good as expected, the service was great. The only delta that I have is that it did seem a tad expensive, I believe the salad bar was $17.99 on its own. It was our sons 12th birthday and he decided to eat here because he really wanted steak and lobster. The restaurant was clean as usual. When we first got in, our tables and chairs were freshly cleaned by staff. The food was perfect and well seasoned, everyone was satisfied with their orders. What made our experience smooth and enjoyable was the excellent service from Nathan, our server. He was very diligent, quick and kind. When it was time for cake, Nathan was just as excited as us to sing happy birthday for our kiddo. His positive attitude and cheerful demeanor made today a beautiful memory for our family. We can say that we definitely miss the concept of a fall Buffay. But when it comes to a really great salad, bar sizzlers has always been at the top of the list. The only concern I had about the salad bar was that the eggs were still frozen when they were set inside of the bar area. we had a great hostess by the name of Diana who is sister ass during our visit. And the food was pretty decent, the location was very crowded. Definitely become acquainted with the menus on the wall prior to meeting the cashier at the front end, it allows the ordering process to go much faster. it was nice to be able to sit inside due to the last time that we visited a sizzler. It was during the Covid restrictions and we had to be seated outside in a tent because the inside was still closed. The earlier you can get there the better. But our weight was not too much of a wait. They also have a taco bar selection that can be enjoyed as well. read more
