We came in this past Friday and had the pleasure of being taken care of by Steven (honestly one of the best servers we've had in a long time!) He encouraged me to try a piña colada for the first time ever, and I was super impressed! He really knew his stuff, explained everything perfectly, and made sure we were taken care of from start to finish. One of the biggest surprises for me was the bleu cheese. I normally don't even think of that as an option for my wings but Steven explained how theirs is made in-house and after trying it, it has more of a hint of whipped cream cheese flavor with the perfect ratio of bleu cheese. Both of us loved it, and my boyfriend is a very picky person but he wouldn't stop talking about it for the rest of the day! We also tried a few appetizer staples like the garlic parm aioli fries and ranchero tots. Don't even get us started on the smoked wings!! They blew us away! The prices during happy hour are insanely good for the quality of food and service you get here. What really stood out though wasn't just the food, it was the energy of the whole place. Last minute order. I haven't been here before and usually don't like chicken wing places. The app wouldn't take my order so I walked in. Looked only 1 or 2 people working, but the guy taking my order was nice and accommodating. The wings were loaded with sauce and taste. This is the best wing place I have ever had! We were in on a packed Friday night. We might have grabbed the last available table. Our server was incredible too. Just non stop rounds checking on all her tables. She didn't miss a thing. We ordered queso con chili and the garlic parmesan aioli fries as an appetizer. Both were great but if you don't try those fries you are messing up. They are fire! I ordered 15 wings, a side salad, and a side of potato wedges for my meal. My buddy did about the same. I picked three flavors. He picked a few others. I had Buffalo hot, sweet chili, and sweet mango. I should have probably just did all Buffalo. They were that good! The other flavors weren't bad. They just didn't compare to the Buffalo. The salad and fries were also on point! I got out the door for just over $50. Less than I was expecting. The love of my life joined me on this outing as she's the wing expert. Unfortunately I couldn't wait and I devoured my grilled Korean chicken sandwich before I could take photos. There were 2 parties that came in after us that had their food and drinks before we even got our drinks. The server never came around to check on us for refills. When the food came out she just threw it on the table and only brought half the order. We had to wait 15 minutes for the rest of our order and the food was cold by the time we got it. To top it all off, our to go box had a bug in it and the server was really rude when we asked for another one and when she came back she threw the box on the dirty plates.
