Salad Bar, Never again, It just keeps going down hill, The selection gets worse notably between visits, my visits have gotten less frequent due to food quality, the pre-made salads have changed for worse. We said after this last visit Never Again. Sizzler keep lowering your quality and no one will come. read more

My father has a disability and Alec's attention to detail went above and beyond. I have to right a review for Kia and Mel. We first had Kia and what a big personality in such a young lady. The food has improved tremendously but the service and atmosphere is amazing. We have visited several times and had Kia and her sweet smile but tonight we had another sweet young lady named Mel. What a smile and her just constantly asking if we need anything. The salad bar food was not good quality, fried chicken, taco meat tasted very bad, i believe it was there too long, no longer do they serve bread pudding or hot pie, salad bar vegetables were mushy and now good quality, i felt like sizzler quality has fone downhill due to inflation & economy, charged $40. It was our sons 12th birthday and he decided to eat here because he really wanted steak and lobster. The restaurant was clean as usual. When we first got in, our tables and chairs were freshly cleaned by staff. The food was perfect and well seasoned, everyone was satisfied with their orders. What made our experience smooth and enjoyable was the excellent service from Nathan, our server. He was very diligent, quick and kind. When it was time for cake, Nathan was just as excited as us to sing happy birthday for our kiddo. His positive attitude and cheerful demeanor made today a beautiful memory for our family. Brought my nephew here for lunch on his Birthday as le absolutely loves their cheese toast. We came at 11am just as it opened and I ordered the salad bar, everything was fresh, clean and organized. The salad bar options was good as expected, the service was great. The only delta that I have is that it did seem a tad expensive, I believe the salad bar was $17.99 on its own. It had been years since I'd been to Sizzler. To celebrate my mom's 66th birthday, I decided to flashback and have her bday dinner at Sizzler. We were a party of 8 (two kids included). I called beforehand and asked about reservation requirements and was told by an extremely polite professional (Lorenzo) that it was first come first serve and he'd be happy to serve us upon arrival. Upon arrival he explained the order process and kindly took the small bday cake I brought to the back for refrigeration. I can't say in enough words how FANTASTIC he is at his job. He was genuinely kind, helpful, accommodating and professional. Despite the phone ringing constantly and customers in and out to pick up orders, he remained calm, friendly, and attentive. The environment once we were seated was great. The server (Kimberly) was very sweet and also very good at her job. I appreciate great customer service when I experience it -- after a long day of work; it was great to finally enjoy dinner with my family and celebrate my mom. My first time experience with Sizzler was not good at all. I was in the super fun situation. I ordered my food on Yelp and it literally said you could order to take out or delivery. But when I came there, they didn't have my order. An old man (the manager???) was so unprofessional. Instead of apologizing to me first, he claimed that their business didn't do anything with Yelp. He didn't even know about Yelp. He was standing there repeated so many times that he didn't know Yelp instead of solving the problem. What did you mean you didn't do anything with Yelp? If no, at least take down the thing or the button that say "Order to take Out or Delivery". I was standing there and got confused. I had already paid for my food and got nothing? Then, I contact GrubHub to see if they could help and got the order later. For the food, I paid $39 for a piece of steak, a small lobster, and mass potato. Nothing delicious and very expensive. Clam chowder is better, but al lot of potato in there, no clam. Definitely not gonna be back there for expensive foods and unprofessional service. read more

We can say that we definitely miss the concept of a fall Buffay. But when it comes to a really great salad, bar sizzlers has always been at the top of the list. The only concern I had about the salad bar was that the eggs were still frozen when they were set inside of the bar area. we had a great hostess by the name of Diana who is sister ass during our visit. And the food was pretty decent, the location was very crowded. Definitely become acquainted with the menus on the wall prior to meeting the cashier at the front end, it allows the ordering process to go much faster. it was nice to be able to sit inside due to the last time that we visited a sizzler. It was during the Covid restrictions and we had to be seated outside in a tent because the inside was still closed. The earlier you can get there the better. But our weight was not too much of a wait. They also have a taco bar selection that can be enjoyed as well. read more
