    Bone-In Ribeye

Another day and another 20oz. Bone In Rib eye. If you can't cook a steak at home, order one of these medium-rare. I like the green beans and the hot rolls. Lively and loud atmosphere at dinner time. Our server on this visit was upbeat and memorized the entire order, impressive.

If you craving a steak this place not bad. I go for the hot bread rolls with butter. Service is great have not had a bad experience. I usually go for lunch during the week because Fridays-Sundays forget it you wont catch me waiting with that said, if you super hungry on a weekend be mindful you will be waiting up to an hour. So plan ahead if you going. Place gets crowded and I do like booth tables though feels you next to others & place does get loud since lots people conversation at the same time.

Texas Roadhouse never fails to hit the spot! We started with their legendary Cactus Blossom -- crispy, flavorful, and perfect for sharing -- along with their freshly baked bread that melts in your mouth, especially with the cinnamon butter. Honestly, by the time our meals arrived, we were already stuffed! I had the Steakhouse Filet Salad, and my husband had the fried catfish. Both were delicious, and we enjoyed what we could manage after the appetizers. My favorite drink here is the Strawberry Cucumber Fuzzy -- so refreshing -- and my husband really enjoyed the Sparkling Berry Bliss. The service is always great, friendly, and attentive. It can be a bit loud, but that's just part of the lively, roadhouse-style atmosphere. Definitely a place we'll keep coming back to for good food, fun energy, and great service.

Checked this place out because we got a gift card from our daughter for Christmas . It was very crowded but we got seated pretty fast . Service was very good too . I loved the drinks and the appetizers and even thought the food came out fast it wasn't the hottest . Maybe it's because they were super busy but it's the small attention to details that make a place great . Nice vibe if you don't mind noise .

This was my first time eating here and everything was amazing! From the customer service to the vibe to the food. The place was hopping for a Wednesday a little after 5pm. I put me and my son in the waitlist in the mobile app just in case, and we were immediately seated upon arrival. The restaurant was busy. But no shortage of employees and all were friendly and said hello. To start off, of course we had the rolls. My son had the regular butter covered rolls, but they brought out a basket for me without any butter on top. So hot. So soft. So pillowy. I could have eaten the entire basket! I had a coupon for a free appetizer so my son chose the fried pickles. Came out super fast, hot and crunchy. He loved them. For our mains, I chose the 6 oz Dallas Filet Mignon (simply grilled with no oil or butter), medium rare. Cooked to perfection (even though it was a little cold by the time I got it), but melted in my mouth and was definitely lean. There was only one little piece of a gristly fat vein. For the price, this was definitely top notch for filet mignon! My sides were steamed vegetables with no butter/oil. I do not like carrots, so I just ate the four pieces of broccoli. And then I got the fries. OMG. Some of the best fries of my life. So thick, crunchy on the outside but melted like butter on the inside. And the seasoning on top was so good. I love that they keep a bit of the peel on it too. Let me tell you what...it was hard limiting myself to eating only 4-5 of them! My son got the 16-oz ribeye, medium rare with corn and green beans as his sides. His steak was cooked perfect and he ate all of it!! Plus he loved the buttered rolls (not pictured) - which was the reason why he wanted to go here. All the food was hot, cooked perfectly and came out quickly. Our waiter was AMAZING. Wish I got his name. But he took good care of us and I left him a tip to reflect that. My only complaints...it can get loud in there (I am old lol) and the table was way too small for all that food! But not really complaints. I would go back any day, any week. Definitely recommend!!

It's been a while since we had been here but really wanted a good steak. I got a 14oz rib eye and wife a 10oz rib eye. I got fries and she got baked potato and we each had salad, mine with thousand island which was thick and tasted freshly made. The bread is still buttery and warm. Steaks were cooked perfectly. Very busy, great service, still very loud with the country music and patrons having a great time. I do miss the peanut room, opening the bag on your table just not the same. Solid 4.5 overall.

I had the 8oz Hand Cut Sirloin - we may have eaten some of the entree before we took the pictures - OOPS

We were in town to do some shopping - stopped in for a late lunch. As expected, everything was on point. They were starting to get busy, when we arrived. We were taken to a table quickly - our server - RAVEN, was right there to take our drink order. Took our appetizer order and we had them promptly. The Deep Fried Pickles are a hit (we have had them in the past but we have not been to the restaurant in a while - we live 45 minutes away from this location and 30 minutes south of another). Raven took our food order and it arrived perfectly cooked. She checked on us enough to be helpful but not annoying. We will be back for sure. The restaurant was Hustling when we left. Glad we got there when we did. Good Job!

Patrick is an absolute gem. We had the pleasure of having him as our server today and he made the experience. Thank you for being so attentive and kind. You upsold the hell out of me in adding in the best way possible. Everything was delicious.

Came here before the dinner rush. The business is in the parking lot of a shopping center so there's plenty of parking. We were seated right away which is a surprise since there is usually a line all the way outside. The staff was very friendly and prompt. Our food came out fast. Good flavor. Not the best steaks. However for the price it's definitely worth it. Comes with free peanuts, bread and their delicious butter. Bread was fresh. The peanuts are no longer thrown in the floor which is nice as it keeps the place clean. Worth coming if you're looking for some inexpensive steaks.

Always have great customer service. Hailee, our server, was so sweet. Great personality and professionalism. Can't ever complain about the service here. Good tasting food as well. We will be back, of course.

First off BENJAMIN AND KELSEY ( hope I spelled her name right !!!) THEY WERE AWESOME !!! We don't have a Texas road house near us so when we are near one WE GO!!! Just got back from Las Vegas and we're in town in Modesto California, the restaurant chain don't miss! Foods is amazing the bread and that diabolical delicious butter is insane ! We ordered the rib eye with shrimp ( I did the rib eye and ribs) don't forget the blooming onion appetizer and before you know it FULLTO THE TILT! Great music high energy and once again Benjamin and Kelsey made our visit AMAZING AND AWESOME! Thank you so much - cheers

My party was seated fairly quickly. Our waitress took all our orders by memory - we were a party of 8! I got the Chicken Marsala: Chicken, sauce, mixed veggies, mashed potatoes, and gravy. I started off with the mixed veggies - they were cooked soft, just how I like them. They were also flavorful! Not just regular ole steamed frozen veggies, they definitely were buttered and seasoned or something. Next, the mashed potatoes. I'm not a mashed potato connoisseur - matter of fact, I usually skip eating mashed potatoes when they're available. These mashed potatoes however were so flavorful! And it was not only the gravy doing all the talking, it was both the mash and the gravy. I was impressed! Lastly, the chicken Marsala. The chicken itself was cooked to perfection, moist on the inside & fully cooked - and with chicken breast, we all know how hard that is to accomplish. The sauce was incredible. I have never had any Marsala sauce as good as that. So much flavor, very savory. Altogether, the flavors worked together and worked perfectly. If only I wasn't an hour away, I would come here more often. I hope to be here again someday!

Unfortunately the bread was not edible due to the taste of old grease. I simply discarded the bread and ate the 2 piece of turkey and bits of bacon. The service was good and the atmosphere was pleasant, but at these prices, and the taste of old grease from the grill, I could not recommend this restaurant. The bill was $39.97 and we did not have anything to drink! Go democrats! Lol!

I showed up around 7pm and I thought it might have been closed because no one was here. But they were open. I ordered a Bauer burger with the house seasoned fries. They asked how I'd like the egg cooked and the burger cooked: I asked for medium for both. Given how dead the place was, it did take a minute to get my food. The burger was ok, not worth $21. The bun fell apart very quickly which is a bit of a cardinal sin in the burger game. The bacon on the burger was not bacon strips but a bit of bacon crumble. The patty was a bit overcooked so it was dry and it wasn't seasoned so it was bland. The egg was cooked perfectly, but the aioli and the egg yolk with a disintegrated bun made for a huge mess. The fries were interesting. The house seasoned fries are not salted. So the fries were almost sweet due to the spices, but no salt. And they do not have regular table ketchup or malt vinegar. I did ask for some ketchup and they brought me their house ketchup. While not like a classic ketchup, it was actually quite good. Oh, be aware. They will charge you a 4% fee when they bring you the check (what would have happened if I'd paid with cash?). I do not see anywhere on the menu where they say their is a payment fee so that is a pretty shady business practice. Overall: meh. I think for the price point the burger should have been great, but sadly I can't say it was great or even good. I'd likely not return.

Despite the restaurant being relatively empty, it took quite a long time for us to be sat. When we got to our table, the first thing I noticed was how large the booths were. If you are coming with a large party, you will likely be able to fit at one booth - this definitely makes this place feel more intimate. Despite the menu being very large, I must say, I appreciate that the there are photos of all the sushi rolls. The photos are definitely not the clearest but they help visualize what you are ordering. The menu definitely has a lot going on. There is sushi, hibachi, and all the side orders and bowls that you can imagine. Our table ordered the Crab Rangoons, Fantastic, Alaska, and Lion King Rolls. The rangoons were unfortunately deceiving. They are large, but have hardly any filling. They were almost entirely fried wrapper with quite literally a drop of filling. As for the rolls, they were alright. The texture of rolls was almost mushy. On some of rolls, there was so sauce that it was all you could taste and made the rolls soggy. The flavors were pretty good, but the portions were tiny. I felt the rolls were comparable to glorified grocery store sushi. When the rolls were brought to our table, my friends and I had to hold back our laughs when we saw the tray. There was a little whale figurine that spewed out steam. This novelty was cute but felt a little tacky. The service was somehow worse than the food. Our table ordered three waters for our party of three yet only two came. Our server said she would bring it to us later. Little did we know, this "later" would be at the conclusion of our meal. The one time she came by our table, she asked us if everything was okay. Before we were even able to provide an answer, she just assumed we would say 'yes' and walked away, making no eye contact with us. She literally walked away so quickly we couldn't tell her we were still missing a water. It felt like she was just avoiding any interaction with us. At the end of our meal, it took a long time for the bill to be brought to us. I don't see myself coming back in the future.

Here, you order your food, grab a number, and find your own seat for the food to be brought out to you. We sat at a table outside to decide what to order. There were no menus available so we just had to search for it online before heading inside to order. Despite being third in line from the register, we had an extremely long wait to order. There was only one person running the register who also had to make the drinks, meaning the service incredibly slow. We wanted to order the five taco platter, garlic fries, chicken Caesar salad, and mimosa pitcher. Sadly, we were only able to get the pitcher and salad. The cashier told us "sorry, we aren't doing fries right now." Not doing fries? Every plate in the vicinity had fries on them. She said that because it was brunch hour, only food on the brunch menu could be ordered. We looked at the brunch menu again and literally saw garlic fries as an option as a side for the burgers/sandwiches. No where did it specify that you can't order off the other menu and both were available online. What bothered us about this is that we placed this order at around 1:50pm, and brunch ended at 2:00pm. I understand that we are not entitled to things on the lunch menu during brunch-time for items like the tacos, but considering the menu swap was less than 10 minutes away and they were quite literally were "doing fries" at the time, it didn't make much sense to us. The only food that we ended up ordering was the Chicken Caesar Salad. This one dish took a super long time to receive. By the time it was brought out, the three of us nearly finished the Mimosa pitcher. The waitress noticed we had no silverware and said she would go grab us some. Because of how the service had been going thus far, we placed a bet on whether or not the waitress would come back with the silverware. Surprise, surprise. She didn't. We had to go inside later and search for silverware ourselves. We weren't even able to get sharing plates which was upsetting since the waitress asked us if we would be sharing the salad. The salad itself looked delicious, but was bland. The dressing was missing that zing and zest that a Caesar dressing typically has. I do appreciate that is was a chopped salad, had avocado, and seasoned croutons. It is just unfortunate that it was lacking any flavor at all. The food prices are quite affordable for the quantity of food you receive though. This experience was disappointing because I was so optimistic about the place. The menu looked good, it had fun and casual vibes and a cool crowd of people. If Commonwealth worked towards better service practices, it would have been a more positive experience.

We ordered the asparagus and the Brussels sprouts as appetizers and split the New York steak. I'm giving a 5-star here because it's rare to find things up to this standard, but I have some points for improvement. The service was good, but my drink order was incorrect. Not a big deal or worth one less start. However, the ambiance is close but not quite. We had a reservation and, upon arrival, were seated between two full tables. One had two children who were loud and wiggly throughout our whole meal. (Nothing against children, they were totally appropriate for their age and very cute) But it would be nice if reservations had designated areas that were a bit farther away from the crunch of the walk-in crowd. Nothing we experienced took away from the great food, so the 5-star remains. Looking forward to another visit.

We came at 7pm and there was 8pm closing time so we were conscientious and had our order ready immediately. ALL the waitstaff and manager (I think- blue floral polo) were very focused on closure for the full hour. Unloading clean dishes, stocking the bar, a lot of watch checking. This is pretty off-putting when trying to enjoy food and feeling the pressure of closing time. No ongoing smiles or eye contact. Ambience: very cute, modern vibe. May need to look into some sound absorption material as there is quite loud reverberations from lively parties nearby. I also felt the employees were not very happy and I felt it was due to them being under extreme scrutiny of above-mentioned manager. Nobody smiled.
