I've been to this location a handful of times and blended matcha with boba & ice cream is what I always get. I love on how their boba is perfectly sweet & chewy. They also give generous (or overwhelming? lol) amount of it. I don't, however, like how I could barely taste the matcha. It's pretty bland, to be honest. I've had tastier matcha drinks elsewhere. I'm still giving ShareTea 4 stars though since the staff were friendly and the store was clean during my most recent visit. Great little place close to Todos Santos Park. It can get pretty busy in the evenings especially in the summer. Line can go out the door bit the drinks are amazing! The menu is huge and they will custom order for you if you tell them! The staff is helpful and nice and very hardworking. They are open late so lots of teens come here as well as families. Not to much seating and it gets a little warm in the summer. My favorite drink is the wintermelon with milk and boba as well as the greentea with milk and boba! Glad this is here because there aren't many boba places nearby! This chain is really great I usually go to the ones in SJ or Berkeley but happy this got here a couple years ago. Friendly and diverse staff out here so that's always a plus! I always go for the Okinawa Brown Sugar milk tea but if you aren't into milk tea then mango green tea is always a good option. I trust this place enough to try out their different flavors too so I've been meaning to try their wintermelon tea because it can be surprisingly sweet. This Sharetea in particular is definitely lacking. I've been going to the one in my neighborhood (Union City) and I love it there. Their drinks are consistent and good and the service is on par. I'm sorry to say that I did not find that here. We went in here with a big group so it seemed that the staff couldn't handle the busy crowd. I ordered my usual, mango green (milk) tea with boba. When my order came, I got just the tea with boba so I apologized if I ordered the wrong drink without the milk, but the cashier seemed really irritated and said that she would have to refund me and then charge me again (which was a difference of a few cents). I didn't mind that they had to redo the transaction, but I didn't appreciate the lack of customer service. When this happened to me at my usual UC Sharetea, they would change my order with a smile and not charge me the few cents, whether it was my fault or theirs. That's what you call superb customer service. Aside from that, too, is that the drink did not taste like the one I usually order from my preferred Sharetea. My daughters come here at least once a week to get some of their yummy drinks. They have a lot of different drinks and toppings to choose from. Their boba is cooked to perfection. Not too soft and hard, it's just right. All the employees are very friendly. The place is always clean. They also have a water station now too. My husband and I usually get their Hokkaido milk tea with boba. You can also adjust the sweetness and the ice level. The only wish I have is that of they can do split cups since my boys can't finish one full cup because they only have one size, I can't even finish mine lol. A lot boba places are pretty similar but it's the way the boba is cooked is what keeps us coming back to this place. They also have a restroom and free wifi. We always enjoy walking from our house to come and have sharetea, it is so good. This is not to reflect on the quality of the product. During this trying time I understand that everyone is doing their best, however in this particular place the customer service is lacking. The main person (who I assumed was the store manager) was rude and obnoxious on our most recent visit and probably needed to just home today. Her actions did not reflect what seems to be the quality of product. Probably should have a customer service training and learn how to not disrespect the customers that buy the products that gives money in their pocket. Love the milk teas here! They have standard flavors but also some unique combos that I haven't seen st other places. The taro milk tea with pudding was delish and so was the jasmine milk tea. Sharetea is my FAVORITE boba chain. My friends would describe me as a boba addict, but I would prefer to describe myself as a boba lover who appreciates milk teas, flavored teas, and of course slushes. When I heard that there was another Sharetea in the east bay I was elated. Sharetea has a good variety of drinks from milk teas, tea leaf brewed teas, fruit teas, creama drinks, along with ice blended drinks varying in price from $3-5. They take 5 stars, a few tables and chairs, free wifi, and a bathroom- sweet! The one thing I wish they had were the standard staple of snacks like popcorn chicken, fries, and egg puffs just to name a few. That would make me love this place sweeter. My typical go to drinks are: - Oolong or classic green milk tea which I usually get at 30% sweetness with light ice - Peach or mango green tea at 30-50% sweetness depending on my sweetness desire. The fruit teas are great alternatives when I don't want a milk tea and want something fruity instead. I've tried the creamas here as well which are good as well, but not as satisfying as the above drinks. Though many of my friends love Okinawa pearl milk tea and the first few sips are amazing, it overall is too sweet for me an is not something I'm a fan of.
