I'm excited to see Sharetea introducing new items on their menu, including a take on the classic Halo-Halo. It didn't take me long to give it a try. I also noticed that their prices seem to have dropped a bit--at one point, drinks were creeping up into the $9 range, which felt very steep. As for the Halo-Halo drink itself, I really like the concept. It's a taro-coconut milk tea loaded with toppings like boba, egg pudding, lychee jelly, and maybe a few others I forget. The drink was surprisingly not too sweet--which isn't a bad thing--but I personally would've preferred a sweeter flavor profile to better match the traditional Halo-Halo flavor. Still, the overall taste was nice and mellow. They also offer an "ice blended" version of the Halo-Halo, which I imagine might be closer to the real deal. I'm curious to try that next time.

My favorite spot for a nice cold refreshing drink! My go to drink is the coffee ice blend with ice-cream, super ironic that i don't get a drink with boba but just not my cup a tea! The strawberry blend & mango blend are my next favorites. Always good service!

It's Friday and it's warm so it's nice to get a cold refreshing drink. Also, on Friday's they have the Mango Passion Tea as a BOGO! It was pretty empty around 3:15 in the afternoon, so the drinks came quick. The service was eh, the prices went up a bit, but eh, so did everywhere else.

tried the new strawberry matcha milk tea. it was just okay. the strawberry part kinda sour and it wasn't that matcha-y. milk tea is solid. service was fast. few spots to sit at inside.

The service here is really fast, but the flavor of this drink was overly sweet considering I got 50% sweet. I took 2 sips and ended up throwing the rest away because the quality just isn't there. They have plenty of parking & seats inside. Maybe it might just be this particular drink but won't be going back to a Sharetea in a while.

I always enjoy Sharetea and glad there is a location in downtown Concord. They have a parking lot so no need to find street parking. I usually older a Roasted Milk tea with grass jelly. 30% sweet is not super sweet at all. Have also enjoyed their fruit teas but I usually get 0% sweet because 30% tends to be too sweet with all the syrups. Their coffee crema is also yummy. Quick service, efficient, usual prices $5-6 which is standard for boba shops. Make sure you use your number for Five Star rewards!

My usual is the Okinawa milk tea or Jasmine milk tea. However, I was feeling adventurous and wanted to try something new, so I tried the Ginger milk tea. OMG it's my new favorite! There is only a hint of ginger flavor and a small amount of ginger pieces throughout the drink, which is the perfect amount, as ginger can easily overpower anything it's added to. I highly recommend that you be spontaneous as well and give it a try! It will not disappoint.

Great to stop by this afternoon for the best drink ever: Taro Ice Blended with Pudding. I am not a major fan of pearls so the pudding is a fantastic substitute. The flavor is always great and the service is quick. Lots of COVID precautions still in play, such as bathrooms are closed, plexi-glass barriers at register and staff wearing masks. Customers have the option to wear a mask in their lobby. Overall, I always enjoy this place for the expedient service and tasty drinks.

Came here in the evening and was looking to satisfy my boba craving, but was very disappointed. I got the hot classic pearl milk tea, and I got a hard piece of boba upon my first sip. The boba was not very soft nor QQ. When I was waiting for my drink, I saw the guy scooping boba into a cup, and the boba was clumpy. Yikes. Maybe it's just because it was the end of the day, so the boba wasn't as fresh. The interior seems clean, and the staff did their jobs.

    Accepts apple pay?

    Encouraged!

Do you really charge extra to split drinks into two smaller cups?

Yes. The extra cost of supplies has increased significantly with the rise of ocean freight.

Does the mango mojito have alcohol?

No, this is a boba tea shop, they do not serve any alcohol. Mojito probably implies that it just has mint, sugar, and lime juice in it.

Are you guys open on new years day?

    Yes regular Hours

What time do they close today?

    10pm

    Do they have mobile orders?

Katey, Sorry it's only in store ordering at this one. I've been to a couple and it's always in store ordering for take out . They are really strict about social Distancing.…

    Do they have gift cards?

We have gift certificates for our locations only.

    Does their boba contain gelatin?

Hi Beanie, tapioca balls or aka pearls have no gelatin in them even though they have closely the same consistency texture as gelatin.…

Do they have an Oreo milk tea with crema and do they have small boba right now?

You can order Oreo milk tea with creama and yes we have mini pearls but usually run out towards the end of the night.

    Do they do fundraisers?

My group did a fundraiser with the ShareTea in San Ramon. Customers had to present a flyer when they made a drink purchase.

My husband arrived around 8:10 AM, after the store's posted opening time of 8:00 AM, only to find the business completely closed with no communication whatsoever. No call. No email. No cancellation notice. Nothing. What followed was somehow worse. I called the store multiple times throughout the day and left several voicemails that were never returned. I also emailed both the location and corporate customer service and received no response. Corporate didn't answer their phones either. All of this over a $35 order that the business happily charged for but never fulfilled. Today, I went into the store in person to ask for a refund and was met with attitude and defensiveness from the manager instead of accountability or even a simple apology. I was told they "do answer their phones" despite my multiple unanswered calls and voicemails. I was then told they could not issue a refund because it had been "more than two days," even though the delay was entirely caused by their complete lack of response and failure to handle the issue. The store being unexpectedly closed is frustrating enough. Ignoring customers afterward and then treating them poorly when they ask for their money back is unacceptable. I'm still waiting to hear from the "other manager" or "boss" who is supposedly able to process my refund. Who apparently already had my information but was "too busy" to respond to me sooner. Give me a break. At this point, it's not even about the $35. It's about the complete lack of professionalism, communication, and basic customer service.

One thing I really appreciate about Palmetto bowls is that they don't charge extra for additional toppings. It's a great model. During the summer, I could happily eat it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This visit was disappointing. The açaí base was quite soupy, possibly because it was a busy, hot afternoon. More importantly, my bowl was about half granola. The granola is not good- I seem to remember flagging this during my last visit, but it escaped my mind today. It has the texture and flavor of raw oats, and because it was layered on both the bottom and the top of the bowl, there was no way to avoid it. Based on my prior experience I'm inclined to think this was an off day rather than representative of the brand as a whole. Otherwise, this would have been a 2-star review. Next time, I'll skip the granola.

Person at the door was responsible crowd control - keeping it to 10 people max in the store. The smoothie makers were bringing out trayfuls of smoothies to a counter to the side. After ordering, we took our receipt and picked up our smoothies at the counter. The employees were running a well-oiled machine to get quickly through the long line of people. Very impressed. The smoothies themselves - extremely good for $1. If I had to pay full price on these (my real opinion), I thought the Mango was very good, but a little on the sweet and runny side. The strawberry was a little lacking in flavor (almost no strawberry, a little banana) and too icy. I think I'm searching for something that no longer exists - a reasonably-priced, fruit-packed meal in a cup. It feels like each time I go to 'Jamba' (now ostensibly not a Juice place), the menu looks more and more like a fast-food dessert menu - which I'd have no problem with if I weren't wanting the good old Jamba Juice of yore. I assume it's true because their cup sizing has changed which I'm sadly disappointed. It's more open space/spacious and I had to create a new rewards account. Drink menu names changed slightly on kiosk and on the wall. They don't have that tacky shelf with plush, stuff, Knick knacks, for sale anymore. Drink still good, I don't think recipe has changed. I heard, then seen it for myself, the instagram post and stories shared by friends, of people dancing and partying at the shop late nights after hours. Then when I went in, also still had the sign up that said they did dance concert or hosted DJ nights at the shop. But Im also assuming it was under the old management and they must've got caught something doing something illegal or something they weren't suppose to be doing. The minus one star is for the cup sizing. Bring it back! Main reason why I love coming here, a good price for big cup size. Now it's like every other boba shop. Which is fine, but I won't go out of my way to come get boba here like I used to.

This was my first time visiting them again since the ownership change so it's been a minute. What I see here now is just depressing, not just because the place was empty, but it's now devoid of anything that felt like a spot someone would want to hangout at. No music, when I got in there was one person waiting for their food and nobody was even at the front counter for minutes before somebody finally came out from the back. Ordering is just through the kiosk now, which isn't a bad thing. The part that was really rough was the reason why I even came here; the boba. I got a regular milk tea which now they only have a single size. I miss the extra large size they used to have, but oh well. The next issue comes with how much the boba actually costs. They may have gotten rid of the extra large cup sizes, but they're still charging the almost the same amount for it in a much smaller cup. What a deal, right? And we get to the actual drink. When the person making the drink after receiving your order finishes within a minute of making it, it's never a good sign. Why is that? Well, they had premade jug of milk tea ready to pour out for your tasting pleasure. When you have a premade jug of milk tea, it's never a good sign. While I've had them at other places that have done this before, and it's ranged from bad to mediocre, the one here at Milk Tea Lab, now, was in a word, rancid. It was incredibly gross with absolutely no redeeming qualities to it. I generally try not to be so harsh, but this was really not it and I couldn't even finish the boba because of how bad the milk tea was. It's sad to see how big of a dropoff this spot has become compared to what it used to be. This isn't like when they first opened where there were only 2-3 boba spots right next to them. Now there's at least a handful of options within a few minutes away, and dozens of spots within a mile or two, and this is what they're pushing out? It's a shame but this Milk Tea Lab which was their starter store is no longer a place I would ever go back to for boba. It's time is now past with this new ownership.
