Note: the long bench is wobbly so when people sit or leave it will feel like it's going to tip you off the bench. ** Parking during lunch hour is a little bit tough in the area but I was lucky enough to park close by. Ordering was a cinch. Choose your tea, toppings, sweetness and ice level. Remember to add your number to the iPad on the counter to collect points and rewards. I ordered the oolong tea wirh pudding and mini pearls. It came wrong... they made it as milk tea but no big deal. Drinks are always decent. The girls behind the counter are busy chatting amongst themselves but since I was there to use wifi, I didn't care. I didn't bother asking them to make it right. This establishment plays loud hip hop, pop and pop country music. It's great to just grab something to go. But if you are sitting around, be aware that you will hear girls giggle, laugh and gossip behind the counter all whilst your ears bleed to the loud music. Sharetea Concord has been one of the original places I've enjoyed ShareTea. Located downtown Concord, parking isn't too hard. It's easier to park on the one way street because the parking lot is a little small. I've also been a fan of Okinawa or Hokkaido Milk Teas with like a brown sugar base. They have tons of options of teas, milk teas, snows, and plenty of toppings. I came here specifically on a Tuesday evening upon closing and the line was out the door. Unfortunately they said they stop using their blenders about 30 minutes to an hour before closing so I couldn't get any blended drinks. So we had to change up our group order. They also give our cups of water and there's no indoor seating at the moment. I like to add in egg pudding every once in awhile. I also enjoy adjusting the sweetness, this was our specific orders- Okinawa, with crema & crushed Oreos, no boba, regular sweetness and ice. Taro blended with mango (since there was no blend we switched to thai tea with boba). We also wanted to get the strawberry ice blend with lychee (and just switched to strawberry tea with lychee). I have been a loyal customer for many years. Getting drinks every friday night has been part of our family friday movie nights, 5-6 drink order every friday. @management, your making it hard for repeat customers to keep coming back. First, ive seem prices go up and have noticed that this location has one of the highest priced drinks compared to other sharetea locations, almost $2 higher. Then today (friday night) placed my standard order and two of my drinks were missing 20-30%. I have ordered ice cream on the side and boba on the side for many years and have always received them full. Today, i was told by the server that management "messaged her" to no longer fill the drinks. I usually really like this place, their kiwi fruit tea with aiyu and lychee jelly has been my favorite for years. However, now on two occasions, they have taken 15% tips without asking for my permission. Unfortunately I noticed these charges after I had left. It doesn't happen every time but that's a very low thing to do. On these days the tip screen did not appear at all. Out of all the bubble tea spots in the area that I go to, Sharetea is the one that I tend to frequent the least. Not because I don't like their teas, but because it's always so damn busy in there! Sometimes I roll up just to find that the line is out the door. Occasionally I'll have the time and the patience to wait, but usually I'll just end up going to another place. But when I DO end up ordering a tea from here, it usually ends up being worth the wait. Sharetea is like an OG in the game when it comes to bubble tea. They've been in business since 1992 and originated in Taiwan. They currently have over 450 locations in 18 different countries. They claim to be the most authentic makers of bubble tea. While I can't confirm this since I've never had tea in Taiwan, I will say that their teas taste different from any other place that I've been to thus far. What I really love about Sharetea is their unique flavors and styles. With uncommon flavors such as Hokkaido and Okinawa, you can really taste the difference in their drink quality. They also have many styles of tea such as fresh milk, fruit with jellies, ice blended, and creama. I'm currently going goo goo gah gah over their fresh milk tea! It's the bomb diggity bay-beh! When I first tried them out, I wasn't a huge fan. But since then, I've learned what kind of teas that I like and which ones that I don't. There are so many great menu options here including tons of great toppings, so it's pretty easy to find something to enjoy. I really like their Hokkaido and Wintermelon teas. You can adjust the sweetness and ice levels and they actually do this justice! Some places advertise that you can choose, but you can't really see or taste the difference. But here, they've definitely mastered it. The staff is friendly and very informative. I always love trying new flavors here, and bar staff is super knowledgeable about all of the teas. The only downfall is that you'll probably be waiting forever to get your tea. This place is extremely popular but now I know why. Friendly service, fast, and the best milk tea in town! My favorite is Hokkaido Milk Tea. It's creamy Caramel Black Tea in a humungous cup to replace 2 meals! I'm also weird because I'm not dying to have boba/pearls every time I'm out with my family. I would opt for grass jelly and red sweet beans instead. If you want to have a good taste of boba without going to Taiwan, this is the place I would recommend. The price is definitely on the higher end of course. By the way, do yourself a favor and DO NOT order from DoorDash. I don't know what kind of deal this store has with DoorDash, but one cup of Classic Black Pearl Milk Tea will cost you $10 (what the fuck?). If you order in the store in person, it's $5.50 with pearls. Deducting a star from the shady business strategy. There are two things I don't like about this store. First is that the way they take the order for all customers in a line is pretty retarded IMO. Whenever I go there, the way they handle is that they'll take an order from a customer, and then go make the drinks for that customer, while keeping the next customer waiting in the line until the current customer order is ready. I have had a couple cases where there was just one customer in front of me ordering his/her drinks, I had to wait for that customer's drinks to be ready before the cashier took my order. My worst case was a 15 minutes wait when there was only one customer in front of me because that customer had a big group order (16+ drinks). Thus, deducting a star due to the inefficiency and retarded way of handling customer lines. The second thing I don't like is the volume level of the background music played in the store. It's really loud. I always have issues hearing the questions that the cashier asks me, such as what I want to have in my drink when I order from them. Because of this, I ended up just telling the cashier what I want for my drinks before the cashier even asks me any questions. It definitely caused some communication problems on my end, so I'll deduct another star for this too. Overall, I would recommend the drinks here to everyone. But with the price they charge for the drinks, there are definitely rooms for improvement, especially at the customer service level. read more

There are a few spots in this little street, but I've never had a problem finding parking. The inside is the size of what you'd expect a boba shop to be. Some bar seats at the window, and some tables throughout. If you're familiar with their menu, the drinks that I've had are pretty similar in quality to other locations. My go to for any shop is Classic boba milk tea, but theirs isnt as tasty as some of my go to shops. They do have a pretty lengthy menu though, so theres something for everyone. I live 5 minutes away and I typically come here weekly to pick up some drinks for my parents and grandparents but after today, I no longer will be coming to this location, nor will my family and friends locally. You're probably better off going to 85 bakery, which is 2 streets down. I came in today at around 12:45pm. I ordered online through their Instagram link and got a hot green milk tea with boba no sugar and hot coffee milk tea with no toppings and less sugar for my parents. I selected the "HOT (No Ice)" option. When I got there, there were 3 people working there. I don't know their names so I can only describe them. I walked up to the pick up counter and gave them my name. An asian employee brought it over to the counter, I noticed the drinks were iced so I politely let her know that I ordered hot drinks. The woman looked at the order paper and said "Oh it is supposed to be hot. We'll need 5 minutes to fix this". I let her know that it's alright (as I know mistakes happen). It wasn't a big deal. Suddenly the person who apparently made the drink (she was maybe white or Hispanic - I'm not sure) walks over and checks the sheet again and immediately went to her own defense by saying that next time, I need to select "no ice" as if she was shifting blame that the reason the order was wrong was because although I selected "HOT (No Ice)", I didn't take the additional step to clarify by also indicating the ice level should be "NO ICE". Ridiculous. The issue was small and a quick apology and fix would've sufficed but the fact that she took the time to lecture how I should better order in order to minimize her mistake was appalling. Instead of trying to justify your mistake by telling the customer to make sure they put no ice when the drink literally says hot.. you could just apologize and move on to fix. That wasn't the worst part. When the same woman remade my drink, she did not put any labels on my drink so I had no idea which drink was the Green Milk Tea with NO SUGAR and which was the Coffee Milk Tea with LESS SUGAR. I also asked the 3 employees huddled at the pick up counter to double confirm that the green milk tea had no sugar but everyone was hesitant and wouldn't answer since no labels were on it. They just looked confused. As mentioned, I pick these up for my family. The no sugar drink was for my mom who is diabetic (she can only have a controlled amount, so we typically get no sugar since the boba will already have some). I asked the woman who made the drinks, which drink is which and she didn't know so she had to open the lid once again with her bare hands after she had wiped something on her pants. Disgusting. Had to make sure I take off the lid so my parents didn't drink from it. And to the point that really made me write this review.. When I brought it to my parents, my mom WHO IS DIABETIC took a sip and immediately was startled because the drink was very sweet WITH SUGAR. We've bought drinks from here several times and this never happened. Management really needs to evaluate their employee who made the drinks because in this situation, from customer service to the actual drink, she did not perform. read more

This used to be the top boba spot in town where I'd go for the best milk teas. Unfortunately, the staff has continued to worsen and worsen since last year. Customer service is no longer there but that's not a problem since I come for the drinks but the last few visits they have butchered my order! It was very upsetting. They clearly are not measuring the proportions so I now specifically request specific measurements where they can't mess up yet they still manage to... Just last week I ordered two drinks and it was so bad I had to get them remade. The lady with glasses was actually nice about it but the cashier was not pleasant to deal with. Even after it was remade it tasted so bland even with 1.4 brown sugar added. The oolong was clearly not brewed to the right measurements but I ended up just settling to avoid causing a scene but ended up throwing them away. read more

I'm not sure if the other location used powder but this one does and it makes the drink have a really weird taste. I got the Okinawa milk tea and it was super sweet, and off. I asked the cashier if I could exchange it for something else, and she was really nice to let me switch it out. So instead I got the oolong milk tea, half sweetened, and this one tasted terrible too. I took two sips of both drink, and threw out the second one. Sadly this was all a waste of money, and I will not be returning. But once again thank you for the kind cashier. read more

Just been craving some good Milk tea lately and, since everything is pretty much shut down I am thankful Sharetea is still opened. I have gone here a few times now and overall their system especially during this pandemic is pretty nice. 6ft apart, social distancing and using the sanitized stylus to touch the screen on the cash register. The associates are super accommodating and make ordering super easy. I love how they have some of their own creations that you can order making it special. Went here today because we wanted boba! The customer service was great. I had high expectations for my drinks. I got 50 percent sweetness and there was nothing sweet about my drink. I've been here a handful of times now and sadly, none of their drinks have made a great impression on me. I have tried their Classic Milk Tea, Matcha Red Bean Milk Tea and their famous Okinawa Pearl Milk Tea, as well as a few of their fruit teas, but all were average to me. Recently, I tried their Hawaii Fruit Tea and it's probably the best I've had out of all the drinks I've tried from their menu. The Aiyu Jelly included in the drink was tasty. However, even after adjusting the sweetness level to 50%, the drink was still too sweet for me. Staff is friendly and helpful. This review for Sharetea is long overdue. They are located is in the quieter part of the downtown Concord area. There is a parking lot, street parking, and a parking garage nearby as well. There is plenty of seating here for those who want to sit here, but their bathroom is closed to the public. I ordered a green milk tea with boba and it was bland and watered down, unlike at their other locations. The service is horrible here as well. One of the girls working has a lot of attitude and should not be working in a customer/food service job. After placing my order, I waited patiently for my milk tea and after awhile I looked over to see if my drink was done, I saw a drink on the counter that looked like it could be mine, so I walked over to the counter. I did not hear anyone call any names or numbers, and I did not want be rude and touch the drink just in case it was not mine, so I tried to get one of the employees standing closest to the counter. When I nicely asked her about the drink, she snapped at me if I even looked at the number, but I told her I could not see it because the label was facing her way. She proceeded to tell me that she called my number out and I said I did not hear it, but she kept arguing and insisting that she called it, and I had to tell her again, I probably did not hear it if she did.
