As soon as you walk in, you're immersed in a cute café filled with greenery and plants everywhere, which adds to the fun, cozy vibe. It does get pretty packed on the weekends. I went around 10 a.m. and it was pretty busy. Although, we didn't have to wait in a long line as the service is efficient. You order at the counter, and they have a good selection of pastries, sandwiches, and other brunch items. I ordered a vanilla latte, the raspberry cloud matcha, a quiche, and the croque monsieur. The coffee was perfectly creamy and smooth without being too sweet. The food was good, nothing that particularly stood out but I'd still come back. Next time I'd probably try the breakfast board since that seems to be a favorite. Overall, it's a nice spot to study or grab a bite or drink with friends, but just keep in mind it can get pretty noisy when it's crowded.

Maybe more jam than other spots, which can help sweeten the drink and add some texture (chewiness), so might have to say above average.

When a child is not causing harm to themselves or others, there is no reason to ask them to be silent. It is especially important to recognize that children on the spectrum express themselves differently, and they deserve to be able to exist freely without judgment.

However, I did end up trying one of their seasonal menu items - the Sakura Blossom Cloud Latte. I customized this drink with oat milk, even though the foam has to stay as dairy. The oat milk added a nutty creaminess that I particularly enjoyed. There were notes of the sweet Sakura syrup with a slight saltiness from the cream foam that gives the drink its perfect balance. It was a refreshing drink for a pick-me-up and they only had it for a limited time! My only thing is that I felt some coffee beans at the bottom that may not have been grinded as finely but other than that, the drink was amazing and I would recommend as a good backdrop for a spring walk!

The chicken wings were still crispy on the outside (despite the drive time home), giving way to succulent and tender meat on the inside. The caramelization was an art form, creating a delicate balance between sweet and savory that danced across my palate. The hot pot dishes are priced at market value; my ribeye steak pho was $38 during my visit--admittedly on the higher side--but ample enough to serve two. The ribeye was fresh and tender, while the broth was pleasant, though it failed to make a strong impression, which was somewhat disappointing. I visited around 3 p.m. and found parking right outside the cafe with no hassle. There was no line, and I was greeted right away by friendly staff. The dining room had a cozy, festive vibe with plenty of seating. I opted for a Bánh Mì Drip to-go, and while it didn't look like a traditional bánh mì, the flavor was outstanding. It had a similar feel to a Philly cheesesteak, but it was less greasy and packed with more depth of flavor. The broth was unique and really elevated the sandwich, making each bite soft and savory. Nostalgia Meets Modern! I came here with high expectations hearing from others talk about this must-try new Vietnamese cuisine and, honestly, it did not disappoint. I had a wonderful experience at Saigon Drip Café, and a lot of that was thanks to Vivian's exceptional service. She was friendly, attentive, and ensured my order was taken with care.
